My first two times I had good experiences despite a few things that I was able to overlook. Recently the service was horrible!! My nails look terrible, the lady was super rough and cut me multiple times. They tend to rush over your nails and are not the friendliest. Tammy is nice, but super rough and moves a little too fast. Also i was charged different prices each time for the EXACT same service 😑. Goodluck if you do go here.

I’ve gotten my lashes done here several times, by Tammy. The service is usually always great. I had an issue once where they over charged my card $10 and didn’t refund it, said they’d give me $10 off next time. Today, she spilled glue in my head, and cut my hair. I spent $85 on my lashes which were beautiful, but she wasn’t even going to say she spilled glue in my hair! I lost a nice portion of hair. I’m very disappointed, for these reasons I will never go back! People should be valued, and treated accordingly. You’ve definitely lost a good customer.

I just left there and it was probably the worst service ive gotten. I understand i didnt have a appointment but i clearly asked if i could get a pedicure and full set. (It says walk in welcomed) I rather she told she couldnt instead of doing a horrible job. My set is thin uneven and ugly sad to say. She rushed threw my whole nails cutting me several times. Wont come back here ever. Glad i didnt even get the pedicure. I would put her name just didnt even catch it.

Service is good but the nail work is like a hit or miss. I came for my birthday and the nail work was amazing. I came a few weeks after for a refill and the lady that worked on mine was rough on my nails and left cuts on the side from too much filing and drilling. She was a little lousy with the paint job. Probably wont be returning again.

Mimi does a wonderful job everytime I go. Shes patient and always smiling. I love this nail salon.Go check it out.

I was a walk in so my wait was about an hour. The rest of my day had already fallen apart so I was going to wait regardless. They have massage chairs, so the wait wasnt a waste of time. I got Carol and she was friendly and did an awesome job on my pedicure. They take appointments so try this place out, and ask for Carol!

First of all, this place is clean and I had no issue going in post Covid-19... HOWEVER! This is the worst manicure I have ever had. I got them done on Sunday (Mothers Day)... today is tuesday and the dip is lifting because a bunch of it was on my cuticle skin/finger. These nails will MAYBE last a week and I paid $68 for all of my services. I will never go back there.

Love my nails every time I get them done here. Go see Julie #2 if you like coffin shape. Shes the only one thats done them to my liking out of all the salons Ive tried so far.

Walked in there and was promptly greeted and asked to pick my nail color etc. I sat down and the nail tech was very polite and nice. I told her to file my nails down a little bit to which she nodded. 5 minutes in I was asked to stitch places because my original nail tech had her appointment come in. The next nail tech was a bit hard on my nails and I also told her to file them down. She was very friendly but a bit to invasive and nosey and talked a bit too much which led to her filling my cuticles so much that a few started to bleed. At this point I was just fed up and reminded her again to file my nails shorter but alas she forgot and the nail paint job was too lousy as well. I wont be returning.

Terrible experience.

Nice clean venue. Staff is nice, but when I walked in I yelled to them what I needed done... Bc they were all busy doing something. They told me to pick a color and then they gestured to me they were ready for me. I was appreciative of how quick they were willing to get me started. I was offered something to drink and made comfortable. The lady was sweet but she knicked me and didnt say anything just began treating it. At the end, the lady who helped me (I apologize, I didnt get her name) didnt realize I walked up front to pay and I waited about 10 min before she came up front to check out. I could have easily walked out, but I didnt.
