Paid 130 (peach nails below are the ones done by this shop), not including tip,for nails and toes,, toes basic pedicure with shellac, fingers regular polish, the regular polish so gummy and pulls to the cuticle of nails making a think clump they charge 10.00(25.00) more for shellac than other shops(15.00),, full set is 55.00 without shellac and they charge for the shape of the nail never been charged for shaping of nails, the pictures dont show the tackiness of the nails the purple, pink and blue nails are my nails I got done at another shop for the same price shellac nails and toes designs and quality of work was excellent wanted to test shops around home but I will be traveling across town to somewhere I know the work is quality and worth the price after this experience!!!!

I have went here several times and this last time was my final time going. This place is seriously hit or miss….sometimes they do ok and other times the work is just not up to par for the price. I went this past Saturday for a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. It is Wednesday and my nails have already chipped and the polish looks dull. The people are very nice and they offer several refreshments, however their work is not neat and can considered sloppy. Now I’m stuck with horrible nails on my birthday because I don’t have time to get them redone. I would beware if this place and at the very MOST, let them do a polish change.

I was not please with my first encounter here. I went with my 3 year old daughter. It was nice they had a kids area to get her nails done in, but the chairs we’re worn out and very uncomfortable. I had my pedicure, but then was left sitting for a long time waiting for my manicure. (Not easy to do with a toddler). They put extra designs I didn’t ask for on my daughters nails. I don’t think it looked good. My nails chipped in less than 24 hours. I paid 80 dollars for that experience

The worst place to come !!!! I had my appointment at 12:45 pm. They did my pedicure first made me wait to get my full set nails. I waited for more than 4 hours for the lady to do my nails. When she came to table she said she couldn’t do my nails. I had sent them a photo through Facebook of the nails I wanted and they responded to messenger saying they could si them. After 4 hrs of waiting the lady refused to do my nails. It is not fair and it is so wrong that they made me wait for 4 hrs just to tell me and refuse to do my nails. Horrible place to come and horrible attitudes !!! 0 stars. Manager is rude.

Decent customer service, but poor selection of nail polish and colors.I was asked to select my color and then led to a chair where the nail tech started preparing the water. I decided to go back to the front to look at the polish again and I guess I took too long. When I walked back, they had already sat someone else in my chair. If that wasnt bad enough, I felt like I had to settle on the color because of the limited selection. They have a lot of darker colors, but limited on bright neon and spring colors that pop.

Nice job! Now I feel like I need to take my fancy nails out on the town.

First and last time going to this salon. Theyre rude, they dont listen, they dont care what you want or if they injure you in the process. Terrible customer service. I asked for short square nails. They completely hacked my long real nails off and cut them round, with the intention to add a fake nail, which I never asked for. They became very irritated when I tried to clarify the cost of the services. I dont recommend this place at all.

I had my daughters 8th birthday party there awesome place and people were so nice.

1st time coming ... last time coming .Got a full set and pedicure . I’m glad I didn’t the chose a more expensive pedicure . She left my feet sooo sore. They hurt to walk. My full set looks fine but definitely overpriced for something basic. They have lots of colors to choose from and an overwhelming amount of options for manicure and pedicure but makes no difference if the end result will be like mines .

I went here the day before my birthday, for an new overlay, new color . I had white nails at first overlay. I picked my color which was black, and the guy filed some on the old color white off and polished the new color black on top, I asked why not take the old color off and give me a complete new overlay,? he completely ignored me. My toes were great Thanks Anna.I did not like the pricing for an not done correct service.

Overpriced for what you get..$55 for basic colors, $10 for removing your old set, nail shape additional charge, and $10 design on each nail..

We visited yesterday and my daughter was not told of the up charge of the length until after the nails was put on. There was also a sense of tension with our group. You know, how they treat black people as if we didnt belong there. The service women were also forgetting simple things like putting on the top coats on the medi/pedi. Never again. Do better with ever customer.

They are entirely over priced. I paid 136, 105 being for plain one color nails and 31 for a pedicure that she never turned the spa part of the tub on or put any scent in the water. I could have soaked my feet in regular water at home. Kevin this was terrible

Unfortunately I rate them a 3 because of the male that works front desk. Absolutely horrible demeanor and tone. Zero service skill and would benefit from being coached on how to address paying customers as opposed to acting as though he is doing us a favor for offering services we pay for! The ladies in the salon are fabulous and do a very good job. They deserve a 5. If this gentleman is the Manager or owner, he really needs to be self aware. He is a walking ad for how not to speak to customers.

I absolutely LOVE this salon! They do a great job on your nails and you can relax and wind down with a FREE adult beverage of your choice!Edit: Their services are slightly overpriced. Initially, I didnt mind paying extra because they included free adult beverages and snacks. Since Covid, theyve stopped the drinks, but kept the higher prices. Thats a no go for me. Especially since other salons are now offering adult beverages ... with lower prices. Ex: They charge a minimum of $5 PER NAIL for a basic design.

DO NOT GO. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I came here for my cousins bridal party. I now have 3 nails that are INFECTED. They filed my nails so low they are damn near GONE. Helen was everything!!! Didnt catch the owners name but everyone was pleasant!! Service was excellent but what stood out most was the cleanliness!!! So often you hear about how germs are spread in public places but the technicians use fresh materials for each customer: A+++ in my book

I was surprised how much the nail tech yell and chat across the shop. I got my daughter a princess pedi. The guy literally took off the polish then went straight to polishing. I had to ask for the lotion massage and for the massage jets to be turned on. I wonder if hes licensed... last time coming here.

I came here with my sister January 2,2021 to get a pedicure. I had Cindy my sister had Lisa, The were both so sweet & Friendly. They took care of us, they didnt rushed us. They made the experience warming. Hospitality was Great!. I drank a Sprite. I wish i had the Wax on feet a little bit longer for $25.00 felt like 10 mins i had it on. I dont know if the pedicure chair had a massage, which i believe it does no one told me about it :/ Other than that it was Fine. Will come again because of them two. Thank You for the Great service!

I have been a customer here for a few years now. And even before COVID Lexi Lexis spa has always been very thorough with their cleaning and sanitizing between customers.I recently got a manicure and pedicure and the guy who took me in, did an amazing job. I have never had any issues with the service or the staffs. Everyone is really friendly and it was a great experience.

Super busy but worth the wait. I got two full sets for my teens and a mani/pedi for my 7yr old. They have cute bear chairs for the kids, she watched a movie, ate snacks while getting serviced.

Nice scenery and tons of colors to choose from. They were very clean as well. The tech that assisted me was very kind. The quality of my manicure and pedicure weren’t good. I had to keep instructing the tech how to file my nails. They were crooked and ranging from a circular shape to a square shape. The application of the nail polish was poorly done on both my hands and feet. The tech complained about not being able to see due to the lighting and his shadow getting in the way. With the poor lighting he also didn’t clean up around my nail good either. I offered to move but he said it’ll be ok. During and after the tech painted my hand nails, I had to keep pointing out spots he missed. Both my toes and fingernails were unevenly painted. The tech states it would look better after applying a top coat. It didn’t. I expressed how I didn’t like my fingernails and the tech didn’t charge me for it. The owner didn’t like that. They offered to repaint my nails but I had already been there for 2.5 hours and it was almost closing time. I decided to get the same service done elsewhere at a different place in the area.

I just moved from Pearland and hope to find a group as friendly, kind and job well done in my area. Emily and Mia are wonderful and have taken the best care of me. I miss them already! 💗

My nails look worse than the cheapest nail salon. They’re over priced, cuz they serve drinks and snacks. Everything is extra 5 dollars even longer nails. I paid $60 for a full set powder nails and if I wanted a little longer I had to pay extra 5 dollars for each length.

The guy running the shop had poor customer service skills. The nail technician did a poor job and I showed the guy running the salon. The guy running the salon acted as if I was making it up. I asked that another technician redo my mani/pedi (repolish and making my nails look like they were professionally manicured). He had the same technician repaint. I left and paid full price. I will not be taking any chances going here again.

2nd time posting this 1st was removedWorst ever I never felt so disappointed in a nail shop but I did this to myself for trying. i should have left when Alex kept trying to upsell out of the pedicure I wanted in to something more and my kids where already happy about the kids chairs. No hes doing my feet and still trying to upsell telling me it would make my feet cleaner. Yes the word users was cleaner. well photos below along with receipt for proof. going to different shop for a proper pedicure and to get my nails redone after I asked him to re-polish my toes there. My kid where to get mani pedi and after telling them 4 times they still ended up only got the pedicure and their nails polish just not worth it.

Went in for a mani/pedi with a friend. They charged $10 just to remove the shellac polish and $25 just to add shellac polish to your pedicure. I sat in the water so long my skin shriveled and the water was cold. Their was polish on my toes and skin that I had to have cleaned up only because I pointed it out and then my nails were not completely painted. The technician was nice so that gave the 3 stars but the quality of work for the price is not worth it. My feet still have dead skin that wasn’t removed and I got an upgraded pedicure

Went here on a whom to get my mani and pedi...sat with my feet in water for 30 mins until a tech finally came over. Then she left,claimed she was getting my nail color and waited another 15 mins for her return. Finally just left out. As Im leaving nail tech who was to help me is working on another patron. Why. How. Terrible experience for my FIRST AND LAST time here. Could have told me I would be waitin. And the owner, I think was nice at entry. A shame

When I asked for a color that they had on display, they made me change my color cause they ran out. The lady kept criticizing me when I chose to get longer nails and kept telling me it was more money as if I had a problem with it to begin with. If I’m treating myself then no one should be denying me any service just cause they think it’s too expensive for me, went with my fiancé and they didn’t even try on his manicure. Barely cut any of his nails and didn’t properly clean his cuticles. We expected more from a high rated place but it was a disappointment. Not only that but when the lady was filing my nails she was so rough and I explained that because I’m pregnant that I’m a lot more sensitive and she brushed it off and kept hurting my hands. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Waited 35 minutes before they started despite i was the second person to arrive after opening time. Man who did my shellac was trying to talk me into a dip instead. More money? Clipped my cuticles too short (ouch) . No tip! Need i say more?

My niece had her 7th birthday here and it was fabulous! They catered to not only the kids but as well as adults and providing much needed drinks; the nail techs were very professional and fun at the same time. I cant wait to come back again.

Just left them from attending my nieces 6th birthday party!!! The place was great from the space they provide, the warm welcoming employees to the tv loaded with movies! They took great care of the birthday girl and her guest not to mention us. I HIGHLY recommend seeing them for any nail or spa service you have in mind they have a HUGE selection to choose from! Cant wait to go back!!!

My nail lady is great. The girl who did my feet kept getting on her phone and she did a very mediocre job on my feet. They serve drinks and snacks which is a very nice touch. I would give them 5 stars, but my time is valuable and for someone to keep stopping to text and talk on the phone while providing a service that Im paying for shows a lack of customer service. The owner used to be very rude, but hes toned down some.

Went in to get nails removed, and the guy seemed to be in a rush. he peeled my acrylics off and clipped them without soaking them first, and when he was done with that, he was “finished”, but he didn’t even try to drill the excess off, I had to tell him file the glue off before I leave... Bad experience, hope he learns to be patient

Had the best pedicure I ever had in my life. Is a little expensive but its worth it if you want a relaxation. Only thing I didnt like is they had a discount that wouldve save me some money since it was my first visit. I just feel like they shouldve told me it wouldve save me some money since I was treating my daughters and I to a girls spa date.

On Sunday Feb. 10th Me and my daughter came to this nightmare of a nail salon. While the lady was doing my pedicure I felt a bad burning sensation. But I thought it was normal so I didn’t say anything. So I went to work on Monday and my big toe started itching profusely. Monday night I went to bed and my toe started burning and my whole foot started aching I couldn’t even sleep. Tuesday woke up with a fever of 101 and chills and a oozing blister on my big toe. My husband took me to the emergency room and I found out I had a staph infection and cellitis. It spread all the way down my foot.I have missed a week of work. I am on strong antibiotics for infection.I tried to call the manager to inform him and he was so rude. Please stay away from this place. It is not clean. Stay home and do your own pedicure. They also did a brow wax on my daughter and she had itchy bumps all over her forehead. STAY AWAY from Lexi nails.

Best massage ever. Lashes were itchy and I could hardly see afterward they were placed. Maybe because I kept having to push them up?
