This is a great place for pedicures. I went for the first time & it was amazing. My nails on the other hand, not so good. Vee did my nails & she overused the electric nail file & my nails are now so weak & on top of that, she was not careful with it & I now have cuts 3 of my cuticles. I don’t think I will be returning to this place

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. My nail tech was Anna. I never had her do my nails before until today. She did a really good job. She took her time & made sure she did every nail perfectly. I made sure to ask her what’s her name so that next time I come she can do my nails again.

V is a true artist with the nail art! Any image or picture she can duplicate but her creative vision is amazing!

They give the BEST pedicures. I’ve tried several places around the Houston area and they have been the best!

The service was A1 environment was very clean and peaceful not loud nice holiday music playing low tempo the staff was friendly greet with a smile .They did beyond my expectations. Enjoy my relaxing calm pedicure felt revived and refresh. My beautiful precise full set acrylic nails and good shaping my eye brows. Definitely will continue with their services and highly recommended

Christina is absolutely wonderful. She does a good good, smiles and carries on a good conversation.Ms. Tina is the only nail technician that my husband will allow to work on his feet. She does her magic. Her calls her his professional pedicurist.

First I have to comment on how clean and refreshing the spa was. My nail technician was very nice, patient, caring, took her time, did not rush and made me feel so special and comfortable. I am happy to recommend Ms. Tina as an excellent technician.

My daughter treated me for my birthday to get our nails together. Not only were my nails 2 cm thick they were also lumpy. The services were rendered in May and I couldn’t get them off for 10 weeks! Now that my Acrylic nails are off my actual nails are left and in hideous condition. I’ve had my nails done for over 20 years and have never had artificial nails tear up my actual nails this badly! I don’t know what they used, but honestly acrylic nails never last that long as well as do the long term damage I’m experiencing now. Of course one expects their to be come damage after using acrylic nails BUT NOT THIS.

The staff were friendly however I got acrylic powder and it was done so thick it covered my cuticles. Maybe you should not be on the phone while doing a clients nails.

Ive been going to this nail salon for almost a year and I really love this place! Everyone there is so nice! And its peaceful and quiet! They really take their time to do your nails or pedicure! 5 stars from me!

I went yesterday morning and since Ive left my toe hurt so bad. I looked today when I could barely walk and it has pus and is swollen and red!!

The lady had a attitude and really didnt want to be bothered with me. She said she was the manager. She was servicing my sister and didnt want my business because I needed latex free gloves. Will not return.

First time customer: I literally found my new nail shop. I’m very satisfied. I had to leave my old nail shop due to the new staff that was there. I love how clean & open it is there. The staff was friendly & funny with me. I love how they actually had a menu to give me displaying their services. However, I’m so glad I came across this shop which was only like 3 mins away from my old nail shop. I went here twice in one week. They will definitely be seeing me more often!!!! I have been a regular for a couple of months now and today I show up 35 minutes before closing and they tell me to come back tomorrow, poor customer service to their loyal customers. So I went to another salon. I have had issues in the past but today was the last, I was only going there for convenience but not anymore, going to their competitor just down the road from now on.

Everyone is very nice. I had my eyelashes extensions done by Kim and she did a great job. I got the 3D lash . Also on Wednesday 20% off for medical professional. Cant beat a good deal. I also did a manicure and pedicure and it was relaxing. The shop does not have big TV, so it is nice to disconn

Quick and fast. Only compliant was that the girl that did my manicure did not seem to want to do it. The nail polish was thick and clumpy and came off hours later. My pedicure was excellent.

Not a great experience. Great location nice salon. However the talent in the salon is subpar. If someone is spending $30 or more the work should should look good and paint should be smooth. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my services. Paint very bulky. I guess I will keep looking for a permanent nail salon.

Been coming here for a while...Julie does my nails all the time and I love it. All staff is friendly and attentive, the place is always very clean.

We made an appointment for 2 full sets/pedicure and 4 little girl nails painted. We showed up at the time we told them and they were only prepared to start on one persons nails. I asked frequently for them to start on my sister and our girls but the kept saying just a few more mins just a few more mins. They even put my sisters feet in cold water in the pedicure chair. She waited 10 more mins and still no technician to do either feet or hands. After a total of 30 mins my sister and the girls left (since they actually started mine only when we got there I had to stay). They kept telling my sister to stay but the girls started crying (4 girls under 6 yrs old).The worst part about all this is...my sister put a bad review on here and the OWNER accused her of being WORST CUSTOMER EVER AND TREATING THE STAFF LIKE THEY WERE CRIMINALS!!!! What owner does not take responsibility for their breakdown in communication and not being prepared for an appointment set up at their business. My sister did not scream at them like they were criminals. Anyone who would have made an appointment and had to wait 30 mins after (at least because they still hadnt started by the time they left), especially involving children, would have been mad. SHAME ON THE OWNER. We will spread the word.

I popped in today for a mani/pedi and found the place to be clean and the staff not pushy at all. I had a regular pedicure with a deluxe lavendar pedicure. That included lavendar sugar scrub and paraffin wax treatment in addition to the usual pedicure for $30. They have a rewards program for repeat customers. If you havent been here recently or since they changed owners, give it a try!

First time customer I loved it. Pedicure expirence was fabulous, havent got a foot massage like that in a while. Manicure was also nice. They took there time in making sure they did a good job. Atmosphere was nice, Lealie did my nails and pedicure I will defiantly be back. I love finding a good nail salon. They also have the fake eyelashes at a reasonable price. $35 and up. Very nice people but my shellac nail polish only lasted a couple of days. Very disappointed in how fast the polish wore off. I had the same done in El Paso and it lasted a couple of weeks. I paid $75 for a mani and a pedi here.

I just visited this Nail salon for the first time, very unprofessional. I was in the neighborhood looking to get my nails done so I seen this shop and decided to give it a go. I walked in I was greeted like a regular nail salon would greet you. the lady asked me what I wanted for my service I told her I wanted a Shallac but no manicure the price was $18 without a manicure which wasn’t the issue about the price it was just that I didnt need a manicure, immediately I seen the difference the way she started treating me, I picked out a color and I didn’t like it so she brought other colors and applied them each on my nails I picked out one and she left to help a other girl that came in leaving me with undone nails then she went on to send a other lady that “didn’t do nails” to finish her undone work. As soon as the other lady started doing my nails she was in a rush and seemed very upset they messed up my nails before they put my shallac color on I asked if they can start over because my nails were very messy with the clear coat she was very rude and unprofessional she was very rough and in a huge hurry. When I seen her body laugage that she was giving me and speaking in their laugage to the other employees I told her to stop and take it all off the reason was because When you come to a nail salon you come to enjoy yourself and relax she was very hesitant about taking care of my nails even taking it off when she was done wrapping my nails to remove the clear shallac she told me that the owner would finesh it. I waited about 5-10mins while I was there first while they were working on other customers the owner finally took my shallac off after I had to ask her to take it off about 3 times finnally she took it off and was arguing the point that her employees doesn’t do nails when clearly she was doing her other clients nails not to mention the owner asked me if it was my first time. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had and I have been going to salons for years upon years. Terrible customer service and if your not spending more then $50 they will not take care of you properly. I will not return to this nail salon or give them business.
