It was great! I found out my dryer broke after I had already started a load of laundry at 9pm and I rushed over there as soon as it was done and the place was very clean and the staff was very nice

I love washing my clothes there

For one I cant use the the bathroom even after I saw a person come outta there and then my clothes had to wash for an hour. Mind you I started the load at the same time and Im still had to wait for my clothes to get done then theres three people in the office one begin under age and there not doing nothing I even told her to put out of order on the washer I was using and it didnt work sign still not on there then she didnt know no English so there was a lady that spoke Spanish that had the same problem and she still did nothing.. Never come her again and I been coming here for years.

Excellent washateria its a dollar to wash and normal load and 75 cents will dry no more load. They got regular washers I got bigger washers and then it got big washers.

Love this place and the people who run it. Have been twice now and both the man and woman working have been super nice and very helpful dispite how worn they looked at the end of their night. Only laundry open till 11pm in area plus truly fair prices on everything from machines cost to dryer sheets an laundry soap. Definitely in my top 2 fav locations for laundering. Thank you for all your hard work and long hours!

This place is okay for a quick wash and dry but the dryers are always broke as well as the washers... The bathroom doesnt have no hand soap, and you have to ask for tissue. It be dope heads always in the bathroom whenever the bathroom is fixed. And if you go at night its dark in the parking lot.

Nice and cool. People there are so friendly. It was closing time and my ride wasnt here yet. They didnt kick me out or anything. They let me wait in there until my ride came. Its really clean too

The Laundromat needs a overhaul. The prices are lower than alot of places. There is always someone on duty to help out. Alot of homeless people wonder in to wash clothes. But, honestly none of them have asked for money or help. They tend to keep quiet and to themselves. The biggest complaint is not enough driers in service.

Lots of different washer types, sizes and prices. Plenty of dryers. Reasonable prices. Soap for sale onsite. Needs more seating.

Good and clean

Very busy location, weekdays are the best times to go there. Good Industrial machines for large loads.

One reason I like this place is because the dryers are 10 minutes per quarter. Most places its 8 minutes. Another reason I like this place is because its cheaper than most laundromat. Third reason is that Im particular about having a prewash mode before my clothes go into wash. The $1 Wascomat washers do just that. The Continental washers which are the $2 and up washers do not. They go straight into wash mode. I stay away from the top loaders because they went up to $1.25. Not worth it. Maybe if your desperate.

One star is me being very generous. They definitely dont deserve any stars though. I went to wash my clothes here today. (8-1-18)As I put my clothes in the washing machines. (4 washers) The washers does not spin all the way. My clothes were soaking wet. I literally wrung them out, on their floor. After the fact that I went to talk to her & she refused to do nothing about it. And lied & said she told us the washers dont spin. First of all, one of the washing machines didnt even want to start. The faulty washers wouldnt have even been so bad if she wouldnt have lied and acted like she didnt gave a damn. Cause I know machines mess up sometimes. She said she is just the worker there so we asked for the manager number and she bluntly refused to give it to us. So we refused to dry our clothes there today or ever do business there again. Thanks for taking the time out to read this review, I hope it helps on your decision making.

It isnt ok environment there is a lot of people nearby it was our first time washing we wanted to try something you and this was the place the restroom is in as well clean and theres a lot of people begging for money but if I wash my clothes and dried my clothes it did the job.

This business has an excellent worker who runs it hands down 24/7 & her name is Monet!

Prices ok dryers work pretty good. Of course its on lancaster so you can expect the dope fiends walking around the laundromat begging trust me 98% are not trying to buy food, support their habits if u want

I went to dry my clothes and the dryer did not dry my clothes after 50 minutes so I change to a different set of dryers and let the person whos working know that the dryers I was using did not dry my clothes to get my money back and she wants to sit there and argue with me and saying its hot now what what happened when my clothes were in there and they werent drying and then disrespect me by only giving 50 Cent out of my 2.50 back I wont ever come back again

Terrible terrible terrible, theres three different ladies that work there at different times and at first they werent a bother; Now whoever has to wash their clothes at a washeteria already does not want to be there. My wife and I and our infant child has been using this place for about a month and a half. It started off as a stress relieving activity that quickly turned into an added stressful thing not because of washing our clothes or the washing machine but because these three ladies are racist bigots my wife and I are both mixed and every time we enter the place we cause no trouble no rucus nothing at first we would wave and greet them any time theyd pass us by and they do pass by very often but out of nowhere every time wed Walk through the door theyd approach us and tell us assertedly which washer to place our clothes and the other day the short fat one would not even reciprocate me with change for a 20 and told me she would insert quarters in to the washers she wanted me to use i had to waste gas to find a corner store that would break it for me. ... The list goes on and on but I just dont have time for the petty ness just thought I could be a helping hand. If I could rate a ZERO I would. Do not go here i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy
