Super safe in this day and age. A little slow but still faster than others

I’m not sure why this location has horrible reviews. I arrived apprehensive, preparing for the worst. Upon arrival I was greeted by a smiling, friendly person. From there everyone was happy, smiling and very professional. Each person that I spoke with answered any questions I asked, offered assistance with any other services If needed and my visit went quick and efficient. I wasn’t even there 30 minutes. The same visit would take 2 plus hours at the previous location I was using. Ignore the reviews these ladies were fabulous.

I had to take my daughter in-law.

Every appointment I have at this location, all employees go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Ms. Katrina, who works in the front is always polite and smiles. She respects my time and always gets me in and out.

Love the staff plus they always get me out nice and quick. They make sure that they can accommodate you the best they can.

They were nice and quickly reviewed my daughters case. She was out in no time.

I always have received fast and efficient service. The only thing i will like to suggest is that they need to approach participants in more professional manner and with a smile. They also need more staff being the receptionist always seems to be multitasking. Maybe that is why the staff does not have the best of attitudes.

The wic office can be a long trip so it helps to have smiling faces great you and treat you like family. This program has helped me many of times when my family was in need.

The lady at the front MrsShon desk is nice and helpful! I am pleased with the help and service! They are quick and can answer all my questions!

They real helpful and not judgemental towards women who need help if pregnant

I prefer going to this office than the one in my neighborhood because of the fast and friendly service I get. Im typically out of the office within 45-60 mins when I have my scheduled annual appointments. Other clinics, its taken 3-4 hrs....and thats a scheduled appointment!
