They have a lot of really good stuff. The balloons I purchased were really lovely, and I even got a cute bear.

Came across this place through Google and visited it. They have a mixture of party supplies not really that you would find everything in this one spot but they do have alot that you can get creative with. The owner seemed very nice. Will be returning.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE Went to get custom shirts here for me and my wife and they got our shirts wrong they were printed backwards on the back of shirts. Went back the following week because they told us our shirts would be fixed and they told us that we had to pay for new ones because it was our fault they were wrong when it was clearly their fault.

Never go to that place for helium balloons!! I took a few balloons that i bought at another store and they charged $15 to fill a few balloons and they deflated just one hour after I took them, when they usually last a few days when i fill them at the 99 store and for the same amount of balloons they charge way less. I just went because I was passing by there but never again . And the lady at the register is rude and makes you feel like they dont even want you to buy from there. The Indian lady there (im assuming she is the owner) is very rude too.

Walked in not expecting to find what i had been looking for all over Houston -in such short noticed. I needed a particular Letter, and not knowing if they would carry anything like that, i found it there! They had all sizes, some lighted and many others to choose from. Thank you to both ladies that were there, very helpful!

Charged $8.65 (tax included) for ONE balloon with helium! I bought the balloon and confetti at another store. I only went for the helium! Bad customer service!! Called them and didn’t answer left a voicemail and no call back.. I just want to know how much they charge per ounces for helium?? 🤔Never coming back and I will let my family and friends know too!

Honestly I always liked this store but now I have a change of heart. I went a month ago and found only 2 bags of balloons of the colors i wanted (burgundy and champagne gold) but I needed more so the lady tells me she could order more for me. My sister asks about a happy birthday sign too. We showed the lady the balloons in person the color we wanted and SPECIFICALLY SAID OVER AND OVER WHAT COLORS WE DID NOT WANT which was a yellow gold or a red. She asked what day was the party and said she can have them a weekend before. When its time to pick them up, it was not the colors we ordered. They were red and yellow gold. They said We tried to get what we thought was close to the color and then i asked about the sign and the girl says oh we couldnt get that either. Literally a week before the party and you tell me when you knew the color wasnt going to be exact and couldnt order the sign that you couldnt call to let me know at that moment? Smh wasted time. There is no excuse because we gave them our order a month in advance. Ill never come here again. Im not blaming the owner because she wasnt there. It was one of her workers that knew what we wanted and didnt so she couldve wrote everything down specifically.

I order a piñata and paid for it!!!! I told her I would need it by Thursday next week ...the day came by they did not had the piñata!! when I went to pick up the piñata..the cashier was like oh yeah ...the lady said she cant make that one... seriously??? And they couldnt call me and let me know really???? Bad custumer service 👎🏻👎🏻

Bought a big set of speakers from there and havent had a problem, in fact ive had them for over a year. im very satisfied with the customer service i recieved!!! And still continue to shop there for all my party needs!

No no no no nooooo!!! Steer clear from this place. Better things at 99 cent store or dollar tree and cheaper at that!
