Bent my front license plate!!!!! Use at your own risk. There’s of course a sign that says they’re not liable and we thought since we tucked our side view mirrors, what else could possibly go wrong. Also, the wash itself sucked. $14 couldn’t even get the bug guys off my windshield. Thanks for nothing but a bent license plate 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The touch less wash is very powerful, although the air dryers arent as powerful as some washers. Still, a fantastic wash, and the wash bays have tons of options. Having card readers in the bays is very convenient, no need to stock up on quarters or tokens!

No attendant on duty. Took my money and jammed up NO wash . NO one to answer call and had to REALLY search for a number to even try to get my money back. Total rip-off !!!!!!!

I used the self wash bay. Spent $10 to clean my vehicle. The brush wasnt good enough to wash properly. Had to go home. And use a rag to clean the streaks.

The car wash doesnt do a good job hitting the whole exterior of your car and does a terrible job of rinsing. Dont waste your money.

I used the manual side:- The brush left several scratches all over my new car- The air dryers hose kept leaking prewash all over my car. It was aggravating because I would have to go back and rinse off the prewash, then start drying it, which would leave more prewash on the car... Turns out that I missed a bunch of prewash.I had a subpar experience overall.

Just went to vacuum out my car and put fragrance...but convenient ..no issues...and must mention it was clean there

Great for all do it yourselfers. Guys who know what theyre doing when it comes to detailing their cars. A great way to avoid the hassle of dragging out your hoses, wash buckets, chords, and the rest of your detailing supplies at home in your own driveway. All you gotta do here is pull in grab your change for the machine and the rest is within an arms reach. Then the rest is history. Love the variety of cleaning chemicals to knock down the tough grease and grime.

I went with someone else to help wash their car. I had never been there before and was very impressed with all the different options and the wonderful customer service. Great place if you want to detail your car yourself 😁

Do not use the automatic wash, it doesnt work! My car was still dirty after using it. The manual side is worth the money and is a bit cheaper than the automatic.

This place has slowly gotten worse over the years. You have to spend $6 just to get four minutes. Most places do a dollar for a minutes when it comes to self service wash. The vacuuming is hit or miss.

It does a good job on my cars. I have an SUV and a small mini and both have been cleaned to satisfaction even going through the touchless one.

Pretty good wash. I wish there was more rinsing. I often times pull out and while dryer is blowing on car it blows soap suds all over car, the soap that wasnt rinsed off the car. I try to go 4 times a week even for a quick rinse, it makes the monthly membership worth the price.

Fast, convenient, and actually cleans your car!The owner of this car wash is very friendly and if you ever catch him outside, hell take the time to explain the different services they provide and even which car wash is probably the best choice for you depending on the level of grime on your car.I ended up getting the monthly plan and no complaints thus far. When I first started coming here I noticed the brushes in the car wash would move away from the vehicle when it got to your side mirrors. This would leave dirt under the side mirror. However, when I mentioned this to the owner he said they were already having it looked into to find the best solution since they dont want the brushes damaging peoples side mirrors. He recommended pulling in your mirrors. However, a couple weeks later I have not encountered this problem.Top notch car wash, definitely recommend you check it out. Great prices too. Vacuums and self-car wash work great too!

Its a good wash. Each wash has a little personality to it. The center touch less has a cruddy under carriage but a great wax. The right touch less is the opposite. I rarely get the soft touch but it also gets the job done.Getting in touch with the owner (for a VIP sticker) is hit or miss. You need to be persistent in calling them otherwise they will not return your calls. Protip: you can text that number and youre more likely to get a response. I think its also more convenient for the owner (and customer too).Dont get me wrong, the monthly subscription is super worth it, especially when it rains and cars in the highway kick up dirt to cake your car, or it snows and trucks salt the roads (hence the undercarriage is helpful).

I usually stop in this car wash when I need to quickly vacuum out my car, I usually do it at home but if I dont feel like dragging out our shop vac then Ill go here. Its a lot faster, I can vacuum, clean out the trash and wipe it down in the matter of 5-10 minutes. This time I decided to use their car wash also (usually done at home, very picky) because of some mud I had on my hood from the kids, I knew it would rain later that night or the next day but I figured I would just clean it while I was there and save me some time! So I pulled into one of the lazer washes for a whole $10 (should of maybe done the other one) and I left their went to the grocery store, came out and looked at my car, there is still dirt marks on it!! Needless to say I should of just waited, saved the $10 and did it at home but maybe next Ill try the other lane with the brushes maybe thatll get it cleaner!! Other then that I do like this car wash I just usually dont go through the car wash!

Its a clean place to go auto car wash is half way good. Self was is great. Lightning good location good. Open all the time. The wheel cleaner in the auto touch wash is nice.

The car wash didnt clean my cars at all. I took 2 different cars through and the only difference at the end was the car was wet. Wet & just as dirty.

Love it nice place the place has a detail guy there and he does great work for cheaper than the rest and his friend right by the carwash dose headlight cleaning and restore for cheaper than the rest wow only $60.00 for both headlights and it stays that way for 1 year at least very nice job .... 5 stars

Hardly any soap comes out in the soft touch bay. Wasted money.Person there wasnt any help said owners were away.

I prefer to wash my car by myself, but because it was cold out I decided that going to a car wash to make sure that all of the salt was off of my car would be a good idea. I went and bought the extreme car wash, and when it was finished I could still see all of the dirt and marks on my car. It was definitely not worth the $12 for the car wash. I would much rather do it myself, needless to say I will not be going to this car wash again, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

I gave them a 4 star because their soft touch car wash and their self serve car wash works great. Plus they are always clean. However, they dropped the ball on their touch free car wash. I am not pleased with the touch free car wash at all and will never use it again. I paid $14.00 for this wash and my car still had dirt all over it when I left. When I got home I had to wash my car anyway so basically I wasted my time and my money this trip.

Wont let Uber drivers wash their cars here. The limit is one wash per day for the unlimited package. It shouldnt make a difference who brings a car here.

I went there to get my truck washed, selected the monthly plan, but my vehicle came out almost as dirty as it went in. Now I cant figure out how to cancel the unlimited monthly wash and get my money back.

Self serve wash dose a grate job and a grate price have not used soft touch nor no touch washes from there so I cant rate them but every vehicle I see that come out of them looks good to me I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car wash for a good prices

Automotic wash doesnt wash as good as the one in Severna park does. Will continue to take my business there. They are cheaper and the automatic washer cleans your car much better.

Wasted 4 dollars. At the end of the wash the spot free rinse started shooting out green liquid which is probably the wheel cleaner. Now there is wheel cleener on the top of my roof and my car is still dirty. Called no one answered.The touchless wash I did last week also sucks which is why I decided to do it myself. The back of my car came out dirty from the touchless automated wash.

Put $20 into one of the touchless machines for a basic wash and it didnt give me change. My receipt stated Refund due $12, see attendant so I figured I would hold onto it and deal with it after the wash. Well, I went through the wash and there was no soap! My car came out dirtier than when I went in! When I tried to call someone about this, there was no answering machine. I knocked on all the doors and called Hello but there was no attendant on site, and no other way to contact them about the fact I had just paid $20 for a basic wash and the machine only sprayed water on my car, leaving it dirtier than when I went in.My family owns a car was in Charleston, WV, and while we understand that we cant have an attendant on site 24/7 and that things can go wrong, we dont abandon our customers and leave them feeling ripped off and unhappy. We provide ways for customers to get in touch with us so we can contact them about the issue within 24 hours.I will not be visiting this car wash again.
