My family and I were on a recent road trip and stopped by this station to get our tire plugged so that we could continue our journey home to the Bay Area. Gary greeted us and was so kind and efficient. He took care of our tire right away made sure our other tires were filled and road ready.Not only did he make this experience great for us adults he made sure our daughters were happy too :) Exceptional customer service and quality car care!Such a wonderful experience. I had a problem with the car wash receipt at the gas pump. I paid for gas and car wash. The printer did not work and attendant wasn’t available.

Every time I come here there’s a problem with the car wash. Even after I’ve paid for it. And no one seems to care.

Drive thru wash. $10 for ultimate wash, which is a basic wash. $1.75 extra for vacum. I had to say thank you 3 times before the cashier responded. Customer service is dead. Drive up the street to fast 5 wash and wait in line. The wash and customer service is much better

Very rude disrespectful employees, after pumping gas I asked for the air pump to be turned on the employee said “It’s only for paying customers”, to which I said I was, said employee then asked what pump I was at & then asked the EXACT amount of gas I purchased. This happened all three times I’ve been to this location. I have no problem with them confirming I was a customer but the degree to which they questioned me was very insulting and a terrific was to ensure customers will NEVER return.

Not sure if Henry is the owner or manager. But he is absolutely one of the best there. Hes helpful, soft spoken and pleasant. Thank you.

Ive never felt so racially discriminated in my life. I arrived and parked to use the vacuum. As I started to pick up excess trash a police officer arrived and asked what we were doing and I said cleaning car. The officer then said the employee called the cops on us cuz weve been there for a very long time and look suspect (we had been there for 10 minutes tops) after that I felt so terrible the whole way home. I just wanted you guys to know what kind of people are representing this company. Ill definitely never use another shell again.

I purchased the $9.00 car wash. The code didnt work after entering it 3 times. I had to drive back to talk to the cashier and he responded I shouldve stayed there. I of course was considering the line that was forming behind me. I mentioned to him I just had surgery on my foot and couldnt walk that much and he said He had 3 cracked ribs and he wasnt complaining. I felt a sense of discrimination partly because Im a woman and Latina. He was being courteous to everyone else. I normally dont complain but this attitude was totally uncalled for. This was a white male with scabs on his arms and apparently 3 cracked ribs.

Fair and honest auto repair. Ive taken my BMW and my husbands Chevy truck on several occasions, and was completely satisfied with the work done, as well as the cost.

Extremely rude employees, I had to pee so bad and they didnt let me in bc its for customers ONLYY!!!! SO I had no option but to go in the back and release my fluids.

What is great about Roger working on your car is that not only is he fair and honest he gets it done when he says it will be. Usually earlier too!Roger is not here anymore. His shop is now on Rosemead Blvd, cross of Del Mar. Next to Starbucks.
