Let say this it wasnt everyone. Just the lady who took my money. She was rude and did not want to speak to me, she didnt even look at meI walked up to the counter 😃 hello! How are you? She NEVER looked at me. Infact I had to say how are you again,,, 🦗🦗🦗🦗then she said (because I have car freshener) she saidI need to see the priceI showed her the price, he next words were$34.56I asked if they took debit/credit?She saidIf you wantWhat!!!! Is going on I thought she might had a little issue, but a Caucasian women came in behind me as I was putting my card away. Low an behold the spokeHi how are youI WILL NEVER COME BACK!I will just keep driving to irwindale to Irwindale hand carwash! They treat you with respect and happy you came.For one this its more expensive and they dont even offer car freshener, you have to purchase it..I need to see the price

I have been here a handful of times and always leave disappointed. That’s on me. I keep hoping it will be better. I spend 30 dollars plus tip and it doesn’t even look like it’s been wiped down or swept. I waited for over an hour. What was the guy working on? In fact they didn’t even attempt to sweep my trunk. What am I paying for?When I called to let them know this keeps happening the girl didn’t even apologize. Just said “Ok, thank you.”I’m super disappointed. I won’t be back and I will tell anyone that attempts to go here... to, well, not. Sorry Arroyo.

Put my car in the sun to dry off now my car has water streaks on both doors as does the tailgate. Come here all the time but lately its not as good as before pandemic. Sad.

Selected cheapest option of $28 dollars and added a greeting card. The cashier charged over 36 dollars.I told her that was ridiculous and I did not want the card. She refused to void the sale and said she couldnt.That is not true. DONT GO TO This car wash.

Got my car wash and they left a soap stain on my roof top it was really hard to come off. I called the manager and he didn’t take into consideration that I spend $50 on my car wash so he could of offer an apology the least. Not going back.

I paid $28 + tip for washing and vacuuming my car. My car is mostly clean inside but didnt vacuum well for the wool pieces left from the clothes. Very disppointed. After hand polished car, a piece of cover behind the interior door handle is missing. Either lost or stolen, who knows? Never going back.

They broke my auto trunk lift. Smh

Staff was nice, but prices too expensive, paid $30.00 and they didnt even clean or wipe my middle tray or front seats visible crubs still there...will not recomend. Gone to places where ive pay les than $20 and theyve done excellent work.

Neighborhood car wash. Washed my C43 there about 3 times. For $28 + 15 percent tip, I expected the front end to be a bit cleaner and there were obvious spots on the car, that werent touched. Again, not bad but not great. Just OK.

They are usually very good. I say usually as it can depend who actually finishes the car wash after it gets run through the machine. Very busy on the weekends but a decent wash.

It was very well organized, setup like a straight drive thru. I just needed gas and found it to be somewhat pricey for a Valero, perhaps its just Pasadena.

Got an exterior wash and an interior vacuuming/cleaning, nothing too detailed, for $25. The process and service was prompt, easy to navigate. Wouldve liked a better cleaning on my rims but no biggie, they looked shiny enough :)

Great prices and good service. Nice inside area to wait with comfy couches. Kids can watch the cars going through the wash.

The price is good, $20 for the cheapest detailing. Sadly, they didnt wipe down my cup holders and there was drips of coffee still there and didnt vacuum the trunk even around the few things that were in there. I had to ask them to please do that and they acted like it was my fault. I probably wont be going back there.

I am not a regular but when I come a vehicle cleansing it is always good.

Wow... just called to see if they take walk ins and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude! She said no walk ins and hung up. I called back to see when they may have an appointment and she said what do you want... (so rude!) I said that I just wanted a basic car wash and when might it be possible to make an appointment. She said Yes, we are a car wash- what do you want in a very sarcastic tone. At this point, I was more than a little annoyed at being treated so rudely so I said, YES and that is literally what I am asking for... are car wash... When can I make that happen? She then said so 15.99? I said sure and asked again when the next appointment would be. She said something that sounded like July 1st. I asked her to repeat this several times to which she finally said, you dont need an appointment. You actually have to come in for service. ... ??? This is now ridiculous. So I asked again, OKAY, so IF I come in today, youre telling me you DONT take walk ins but youre also telling me that I cant make an appointment over the phone. So I have to come IN to the shop- WHY??? So you can be rude to me in person and completely unhelpful? Hahaha... no thanks! Ill take my business elsewhere. I would recommend others to do the same and not waste their time with this circus.

Horrible! I just purchased a brand new 2017 Pathfinder. I get my car washed by these guys for the first time and I should have read the reviews,1: my car just sat there after the car wash.2: when they were done, i look at the job, WATER SPOTS ALL OVER MY WINDOW!!Seriously??I asked for a the manager and he tells me that was already there.I told him its a brand new car and I would have defintely noticed when I purchased.He said nope it wasnt us.I was so mad.Then I get home and open my back trunk, sand was still all in The back! Which was the main reason I wanted a car wash, because of the sand in the back.DO NOT GO HERE.They suck!

Pricey for machine wash, but less wait than hand car wash...

Very quick service which makes coming here a breeze, I can always expect to be pretty much in and out. Workers do a pretty decent job for the price, there is always room for improvement but you definitely cannot beat the convenience.

Went at 6 am because I need my car clean for a busy Monday. The hours said they opened at 4 am and when I showed up it was closed. Not a happy camper. I might change my review when they correct this issue.

3 1/2 Stars for this carwash. Its affordable, convenient and the entire staff is courteous. When it comes to cleaning the vehicle they can be less than thorough at times. More importantly, the attendants can be a bit careless with the vehicles.I was nearly side swiped once pulling into the lot by an attendant driving a customers vehicle. Everyone that witnessed the incident looked bewildered by the near collision.Furthermore, the wait time is sporadic but often short. This is unless the person thats cleaning your car is having a full blown conversation with one of the mechanic adjacent to the carwash.

Their hand wash service is great!!! My car never was so shiny, inside and outside. But expensive though

Paid $45 for a wash/detail with a hand wax. They literally waxed over the bird crap on my car. I now have waxed bird crap on my car.

Terrible. Car still had dirt on the hatch back and still had droplets of water everywhere. This place does horrible work. Will be taking my car to Pasadena car wash on del Mar instead. I was so disgusted with the wash.

I just had my car washed and after I picked it up notice 3 scratches on my nice leather dashboard they were not there before which Im sure of it a hundred percenti talk to the manager he called the owner Alan Chu very bad attitude saying theres no proof, and since i cant prove it basically was told to take a hikewill not return and i recomend against iti wouldve gave it half a star
