I always bring my car here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have a light-colored dog and dark-colored upholstery, but they do a great job vacuuming and making my car fresh and clean. The waiting area is clean with indoor (w/ a/c) and outdoor space. Service is quick but thorough. I highly recommend coming here!

Luckily my job will cover this bill but I had a basic wash for $22.99 and I had to get out my cleaning wipes and clean the exterior and some of the interior because as you can see they didnt even bother to vacuum the trunk. I noticed a nick on my rear bumper which I dont recall seeing before... Hmmm. Apparently I should have read the reviews rather than stopping in for a very mediocre wash. The nice thing they did though was drive me to my studio because I lost my debit card last night and I had to retrieve my method of payment since they dont take Samsung pay.

I went with the Platinum Wash last week with an add on service. The add-on service was done well and professionally; the wash however was lackluster. There were streaks of water on the hood and roof like someone used an air compressor to blow water out of the cracks but didnt dry off the water that splashed out.Windows were not cleaned to the edges so their is an inch or so of hazy translucence around the bottom. At $20 it might have been ok, but as a $40 service.

I’ve been going here for about 14 years! The best car wash in this area. While your car gets washed, you can peruse through and buy birthday cards and things for your car. Great indoor waiting area. They also have free coffee, cookies and pretzels to snack on. You can relax while your car gets washed.

Wow auto car was just got expensive! $30 for SUV regular wash plus tip! These poor guys work thier tails off, always lgive at least a Fiver. Good job and tires detailed.. bring your patience takes a little while worth it!

My go to place to wash my car during my lunch! I go around 1PM and even though they look packed they never take more than 45 mins. Perfect for me because I always eat lunch there and get back to work in time.

Simply negligentI have been a customer for quite some time with nothing to complaint about the service or quality, I was a happy camper until I took my 06 scion with some bird droppings on the hood. The person who cleans the tires with the pressure washer decided it was a good idea to be lazy and just blast it off little did he know it would also take off the clear coat off my hood.As soon as I noticed I asked to see a manager who very adamantly decided it was my fault that my car had sustained the damage. I asked for the information of the owner and was only given the regular telephone which every time I call I get the same answer the owner is on vacation.I have been trying to get in contact for nearly a month with no success.Im not disappointed by the damage but the lack of responsibility taken by both the manager (Victor) and owner.

They did amazing work on my car, which was covered in bugs and dirt after a cross country trip. I think I arrived at one of their busier times, so I waited close to an hour, but they had free coffee, pretzels, and cookies. For about $30 (including tip) I got a wash, undercarriage, wax, and fragrance. But they also took care of some trash (definitely wasn’t expecting them to!) and all staff were super nice and very helpful. Next time I need a good wash I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is my go to spot. The best quality for the dollar spent. Oil changes as well. Dealers from the high end send their cars there. You can get a hand wash if your worried 😟. Covid has caused them to cease the coffee and snacks. Bring your own and rest in comfort in the windowed lounge. Walking distance to Old Town. Just let them know, its no big thing. Great crew, many been there for years. They are well trained, and really seem to ❤ care. A 5 star for me

Good place to clean your car. I recommend the regular wash, the other day I paid $30 for a gold wash it was alright but I didnt feel the difference than the regular, Rims were cleaned but not fully clean. Black dust was still around the edges of the rim.P.S make sure they clean your car right.

Do not go to this car wash, they were halfway descent but I think they changed management or something because the service is terrible. Car is still dirty when they say they are finished. Wheels full of dirt, inside wasn’t clean, and I spent over $30....never again, I’ll be in my driveway washing my car from now on. Waaayyy too expensive to not clean your car good. Will never see my money again that’s for sure!!!

I dropped the car of to have oil change and they throw in a car wash. Very professional and the car looked great. If you have the oil changed here, ask for Felipe. Hes the man. The oil filter replacement was faulty. He replaced it and did all lot of the little checks and top offs the first guy missed. Thanks Felipe!

Nice car wash and waiting area. They did a good job. My only complaint is the 2 Hispanic girls at the register talking about people in Spanish thinking that the people in front of them dont speak it or understand. They should be very careful cause other people may not be as nice as I was.

Best car wash in Pasadena, IMHO. I love taking my car here when its dirty. They take very good care of your car and Im always very impressed with the job they do both inside and out. They also have an oil change bay and hand wax area. They are very thorough and timely. An extra special touch are the pretzels, coffee, and cookies that they provide for their customers as they wait. Excellent!!!

Be warned that the guys vacuuming and/or drying your car WILL steal any loose cash in your vehicle. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the glove compartment or another area hidden from public view. I just went to grab the loose change I keep for meters and other small purchases and it was ALL gone. No one drives or has access to my car but me except this business which I will no longer be supporting.

First time today. A piece fell off from either my car, or the vacuum. Asked Luis for an incident report and will go to my car dealership to see if there is a piece missing. He REFUSED. Said was not his issue and to come back tomorrow to speak to a different manager? Seriously? A piece is missing and placed on the passenger chair and you won’t do anything about it?

This last visit to Pasadena Auto Wash was my last. After more than 8 years, I no longer can justify going to this location. Over the last 8 years, the service has deteriorated significantly while the prices have nearly doubled (really, from $11.99 to $22.99 for a simple wash). They have cut down on their staff and the managers roaming around have no training nor do they seem to care. I know this carwash is located in a wealthy area in Pasadena and most of the patrons are older ladies and gentlemen but I am appalled that this business is just bluntly able to take advantage of its customers as badly as they are. This would somehow still be okay if the wash was a high quality wash and the staff drying out and finishing the wash were thorough, efficient and polite. I had to stand there and tell the guy working on my car to clean the windows from the inside and wipe out the water coming out of the trunk dripping down over the rear bumper and then take his grumpy attitude on top of it all. And, again, the manager I spoke to (Victor) did not even seem to care. Anyway, very sad state of business and very poor customer service there. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment and I caution others to stop doing so as well and maybe the management/ownership will welcome and do something about the situation.

This used to be my go to car wash that I loved. Over the last few years they have become incredibly slow and sloppy. I just waited an hour for my car wash and that was after talking to the manager to get them to speed things up. By the end of it I got in my car and they hadn’t even wiped the inside of the car and I was left with a dusty inside because I was late for a meeting due to how long they took. I will never come back here again.

The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. They have a nice indoor seating area with free coffee and cookies. They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of the car. It took them about 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable. I paid about $23 for the silver package. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

Dont get conned by their Super Wash branding hype! You can get a better regular car wash in most other places while paying less than half this place charges. I was not impressed by their regular wash before, so I got their best Platinum Super Wash today and was very disappointed!! Vacuum not completed, bird poop still on hood, interior dressing shine missing in a number of spots/places....

They took more care in than what Im normally used to from other places. I wish they could have gotten in the obvious areas around windows and doors where you can still see dirt, but for now I would go back.

I have several car wash locations near me in West Covina. But I rather drive all the way over to Pasadena to get my car wash. They are very detailed when it comes to my car. Thats why they will always have my service. Big ups to Hugo, he is awesome. Professional and meticulous, and gets it right all the time. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor after Hugo touches it.

Usually, these guys do a very good job cleaning the interior and exterior of your car - a but pricy - but if you want a simple wash or a full body wax they have you covered. I was disappointed today however when I went to get a platinum car wash only to find dirt and mud still coating my exhaust pipe, tire wells, and leaf springs. Pretty disappointed- other than that - the car looks good. Well cleaned and smells good as new 👍

Been here 2x with two different cars now. One was a Lexus sedan and other was Honda HRV, both had bronze package. Both times, the guys were professional and friendly. Cars felt clean and fresh after, no dampness or weird smells after. They offer gas fill up for about 50-75 cents more than the average so I didn’t feel necessary to use those services but the car wash was great and even open Sundays. Free coffee and preztels too. Probably keep coming back with their quality of work.

I took my Camry to get a wash and they stole some items from my vehicle I called the manager and he said he would return the call and i never recieved a call in return $32.00 worth of stuff is what was stolen and to be honest in really dont care about the $32.00 its the principle and the fact that they had the courage to steal items kinda of makes me feel what other items have been taken since this is the location I primarily wash my vehicle but not anymore the fact that the manager never returned my call also shows me how much they care about customer service

Usually is pretty average service but more than one time they didnt do the sealer wax so I always have to wait by the window to make sure they do it. Another time Victor (I think he is the manager) gave me a big attitude because of that. The only reason I come back is convenience. Always have to inspect car for missing spots, i.e. Rims, trunk, mirrors, grill. For what they charge they should have the compressed air hose.

I recently sought some high level customer service from Pasadena Auto Wash and am pleased to say that my expectations were exceeded. I have been a patron of this car wash since 2004 - which speaks for itself. I was very happy to find that they employed professionalism in high level matters.

Convenient with gas, oil and wash available. Service person clearly pointed to Gold wash but marked Platinum on sheet so beware. The wash was probably a 7/8 out of 10. They removed lots of bugs from the exterior and windows that other washes didnt, but left the floor mats a mess w residual dirt from my work week and the steering wheel was slippery from some polish they used. Overall I would go back, but beware of shady tactics.

Ive never been 100% happy with a carwash Ive had from this place. I always find some area theyve missed or something theyve obviously ignored. Only reason I keep coming back here is my mother in law loves it and keeps giving me gift certificates.

BEFORE YOU VIST THIS CAR WASH... The above 4 stars rating is, with my experiences, an exaggeration.I equally share the experience of other customers that rated this car wash as sub-standard and not worth the service charge. Ive had my cars (Porsche 911S & MB S55) washed at this facility for over a year and Im done. My experience today was by far a historic low. At the entry point, I requested a standard wash with wheel dressing for my S55. Quick point, my wife is an equestrians and the S55 is often in heavy dusty barns. At the cashier, the attendant (cant recall her name), suggested I purchase the upgrade for the $28 service which was a better value. I agreed, because I was with the understanding that the additional charge would deliver a higher value/quality of service. Reasonable to assume, right? Well, service not delivered! Once I inspected the car, both sides (skirt level) were still dirty and the truck was never opened to dry off the exposed area around the trunk (both lid and body). Having had this oversight in the past with the 911, I located Victor, General Manager. I brought him to the car and showed him the oversights. His response verbatim: Ok. My response: Wait, I shared my complaint for the past few times Im at this car wash and all you can say is Ok? I further explained to him my dissatisfaction and his demeanor was in my impression, careless! To be blunt, because of his careless attitude as a General Manager, Im never returning and will never recommend this facility for a car wash to anyone. In fact, Ill recommend another car wash instead.

The only car wash I use in Pasadena. Mostly due to proximity, but there is another option close my home I chose not to use. Customer service is great here and they get the job done well and usually fairly quickly for a car wash. Plus, coffee and cookies in the lounge? Sold!

Horrible, especially for the money. Car was still dirty inside after spending $40 on their Platinum wash. Ive been once before and had to ask them to go over my interior again, to apply the tire treatment I paid for, and to scent the car as requested. This time I didnt even bother. Not coming here again. My car smells like dirty rags now.

Very disappointed after a wax for my car I drove home and noticed some of the Wax still on the car and on the doors and on the front and back and it looked very bad since I had a night out the car was not ready so I did clean up after and I noticed a big ding on my bumper and it was fairly new and I had not been to another place since the last time I washed my car so I went back and they closed already and now with my new car and its damaged now and I cant have it fixed since its a body shop repair that I need to take the car. I have trusted these guys with my car now I have to take my car and get it repaired and pay out of pocket and rent a car this is not good guys come on this is so bad that now days its all money no one cares about your car or what type of work they are doing its like service is almost zero. Please wash your car at a different car wash.

Decent job. Make sure that you check the passenger side door jams. Alao, when its busy your car is allowed to dry in the sun.

Worst car wash yet. I called them over to show the driver door panel was not cleaned at all and guy in white shirt says ‘yeah that’s all they do is just wipe it’ but that’s after I had to inspect and ask them to wipe it. Then upon further look, the dust had not been wiped off under the interior handle at all, after the second attempt.
