Mia and her co worker did such a fabulous job on the interior detailing. We have Second2None detail our car four times now.
Nick gave me a quick quote and scheduled me in a few days.Before showing up he sent a text. Was very professional.Once here - they were all dressed with shirts in logos. Told me my expectations of the job. No over promise, no sales job.Very little talk. Gave me time estimation and with Andrew and Aaron got to work.They were very professional, courteous and did a great job.I had a small job i showed him in addition - and he took care of itMy van was 9 years old with 2 kids. I am SO happy, will be using them in the future and already recommended them to friends
While much of the detail work itself was good, there were a couple areas where the crew damaged my car. They were able to address most of the issues after I pointed them out though it is surprising they didnt notice they ripped down several areas of the trim around the A and B pillars. However, they couldnt fix the plastic door for the rear seat tray that they snapped in half. The gentleman at the cleaning told me he would give the owner, Gabe, my info and that hed reach out to me the next week. After a couple days and no contact made, I texted Gabe to ask what was going to happen for the damage to that lid/door. He called me back and was exceptionally rude while denying any responsibility. He blamed my cars age as the reason why his crew had caused so much damage. Its a 2005 BMW with ~110k miles that gets constant praise for its upkeep at dealerships and shops. Also, apparently his team doesnt clean the cloth around the pillars and roof yet they still managed to rip it off the pillars in the process of working. He didnt seem to appreciate why the cloth being ripped off during the detailing would be a problem if it wasnt ripped off while cleaning it. He also minimized the damage occurring in the first place by saying that I shouldnt care since the employee was able to kind of jam the lining back into place with a wooden skewer, as if that was equivalent to just not ripping it off in the first place. He also claims to have a pre-detailing inspection report that indicates the door was broken. No one from the mobile team told me about this nor showed me any form, completed or otherwise, for me to counter-sign after verifying their inspection like any normal business that works with cars (ie rentals, body shops, transport, etc) would do. Gabe told me hed send the form to me but its been 2 weeks and Ive yet to receive anything. My guess is he lied to me and there is no form at all. I also mentioned that my car smelled a bit like mildew and I asked if that might be because they didnt dry all of my carpets before giving the car back--several areas were still wet the next morning. Gabe said the residual moisture and mildew smell is because its been a while since my car was last detailed. Its been about 9 months since BMW apparently detailed it after a recall appointment last year. Its never smelled like that after any detail Ive had in any car. Avoid them at all cost. They are careless in terms of collateral damage and they will take ZERO responsibility for it. Read the other negative review and you will find a similar pattern from the owner. Im sure if they dont break your car in the process the overall experience would be much better.Reply: You hung up on me. More lying of course. Please go ahead and send it then. I was not sure when I spoke to you but I have since confirmed with the BMW dealer that they would have detailed the interior and exterior as a courtesy when I had my passenger airbag recall work done last year. Im sorry that the new information doesnt fit your narrative to justify damaging my car when other dealer detail crews can apparently avoid it.

I ordered the deluxe and it was worth every penny. I don’t think I will have the engine cleaned again but I guess I could park in a lot and leave my hood up so everyone could see how lovely it looks😊. The crew was a few minutes late but they texted to advise me of that. My car looks and smells brand new!
Friendly and communicative staff did an amazing job at making my car feel good as new. They even got the old coffee stain out of my seats. Mobile detailing is the way to go especially since you can stay in the comfort of your own home. So glad I found this service!
Second 2 None did an incredible job in bringing our car back to how it looked when we first bought it. The team arrived right on time, was courteous and thorough in detailing what they would be doing, and the results far exceeded what I had anticipated. Ive been using Second 2 Non Mobile detailing for years now and theyve consistently done a great job in keeping my car looking great. They recently detailed my 10 year old Chevy truck and looks brand new! Well worth the money and they offer packages that suit your need. Highly recommended!
Gabe and his team are amazing. If you are looking for a high quality detailing service, Second 2 None is the way to go. You can really tell they take a ton of pride in the services they perform and, it shows in the great work the provide. I couldnt recommend them enough!
A bit of a mix up with scheduling but overall a great job!!Will use them again....
5days after second to none derailed my car, I washing my car at the coin wash (with just water and soap) not even using the brush and hand drying with new towels that I paid $40 for. The swirl marks were appeared. Mind that this vehcile is only 5months old and did not have swirl marks on it before. I called Gabe on Wednesday right away and sent him pictures as well as a Video. He told me that he will send a team out to take a look at the car. When his team arrived they told me that they will redo the car for $200 this is after paying them $470 less then a week ago. They kept pointing the blame on me for improper drying, I didnt know that it takes a rocket scientist to dry a vehicle. Never again will I do business with Gabe or his team very disappointed.
