From out of state but for the price I paid about $20. This is the BEST ‘basic car wash’ I’ve gotten. All we had to do was sit in the waiting area (there’s multiple sitting areas inside w/ac or outside in the nice weather). The employees did a good job vacuuming, wiping off dust, detailing rims, and drying off the outside w/microfiber towels and air hose. No water mark left whatsoever 👍👍👍

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. My car was given to me as if my 2 year cleaned it. The inside vacuum was a joke there was cookie crums on the seat which was the main reason I took it to get a car wash in the first place, the front end wasnt wiped down and the cup holder was still as sticky, as I drove away and the sun hit the windshield that gave off a wet towel glaze but wait theres more... the car logo had towel lint hanging. Why didnt I go in and as for a refund you ask.... I know the guys are over worked and I didnt want to get anyone fired. Youre better off at the sell $10 drive through car wash jump on the freeway for 10 mins for a free dry.

What can I say about a car wash that takes only 2 minutes to wash my car!My can came pretty dirty, and the guys don’t even bother to rinse with the pressure washer the car properly.They started to hand wash the car with dirty on it, which just make the dirty move around and scratch the surface of the car.The inside detailing was a joke, my 11 yo kid can do it better. Just a lousy vacuum the carpet.The dash wasn’t properly cleaned and still with dust.The windows wasn’t cleaned properly as well.What to say of you pay 35.00 usd to have a bad service like that.I do not know if it is because LA area is expensive, but at least do a decent job.

This car wash is excellent. Been coming here two years. These gentlemen work hard in the sun all day and still provide quality service. Well worth your money.

Its pretty pricey but the service is top notch. They take great care of your car.

Interior and outside clean for $30, great deal

Ive been coming here for about a year now. The guys usually do a good job. Sometimes they dont clean the windows very good. But Ive always tipped well. Its a physical job in different weather conditions. Today I was extremely disappointed to see that they did not vacuum the in the rear seating area. Not acceptable for the $29.99 I paid.

Fast service which was a plus. A little pricey and guy who finished up the car was phoning it in. Found lots of misses after. Guy who did in take was friendly and guy who did vacuuming was also very detailed.

Ill hand wash did a pretty good job. Not as good as my usual place but pretty good!

I am happy to report that Lucky Car Wash has returned to the quality establishment they were before the pandemic. My last visit was horrible, this time all was well.

They always do a great job here and Ive only had good experiences. They do an incredible job and everything is done by hand with full transparency (you can watch every step of the car wash from inside the building). The basic car wash is about $20- 25 but it is significantly better than your typical drive thru car wash. The quality is unbeatable, I really like this place.

The prices are higher but the quality is poor. They seem to have a problem with cleaning windows. Every time I have my car washed there the windows are smeared. They take no time or care in CLEANING the windows.. If youre driving into the sun, you cant see out. Im fed up. No more chances.

I am done with this place. I have lived up the street since high school (I am 32 now) and my mother and I have been coming to Lucky for 15+ years. Yesterday was the final straw. I showed up at 5 p.m. (They close at 5:30 p.m.), paid for the Deluxe wash ($35) and they did a total rush job on every aspect of the wash; vacuuming, drying, wheel and tire shine, etc. There was still sand in my Jeeps cargo area, water spots on the exterior, and to be honest I dont even think they cleaned my wheels.Find a different car wash in the San Gabriel Valley.

Didnt dislike the place or the service. Its the price thats ridulous. I gave my new car a treat but have found another place just as efficient yet less costly..because customers do their own car detailing. I can do that

This car wash is in a convenient location. They do an OK job cleaning your car. The rates are reasonable and definitely cheaper than the car wash in our building (Citi Auto Spa). The waiting area is not the best but you’ll survive staying there for a couple of minutes (there are benches in and around their store). The air freshener they give you is basically a piece of scented paper. You should get there early to avoid the long wait on weekends.

First time taking my 9-year-old car for an Exterior Detail and they did an excellent job!! The car had a lot of scratches, now it looks good as new. Im very happy, thank you! :)

Convenient place to get your car cleaned with good prices and they clean your car very well

Spent $35. Outside of the car was spotless. Inside still had some white residue on black leather seats. Had to keep asking them to wipe it down. Overall Good.

Ridiculous. Went for first time for an external wash, assuming it would be like other places in the country Im used to, where you drive through. They make me get out to pay, and they themselves drive my Audi through. But on the far side comes the surprise: There are about 20 cars in 3-4 lanes, 5 cars deep in each lane. No way of getting out. 30 min wait to have the car dried (but it was 92 degrees so only a few drops left at that point). I told them I didnt want and didnt need the dry, and just wanted to leave. They were going to keep me pinned in for the 30 min until I started getting very pissed. Then one line of cars was moved and they let me out. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. (I went on a Sat, 2pm.)

Ive been coming here for years and they always do a really good job. Theyve recently done some upgrades and raised the prices across the board its a little more than Im willing to pay for a regular car wash for a detail every now and then maybe.. the quality is just as good if not better than it was but the cost is is high now.

I drove up here and the schedule on google says it’s open but it’s closed. Update your schedule so you don’t inconvenience potential customers. 👎🏻

Decent rates, never had them do a bad job on all three of my vehicles. Also, they use compressed air hoses to sweep excess water from every nook and cranny, something a lot of other car washes do not do. Love it here.

I left my car for wash at 9:40am on Tuesday and came back to pick up my car at 11:20am (less than in 2 hours) and I even tell them that I will be little bit later, they said no problems. Nobody was there. My car was outside, no key left for me. Everything is locked, nobody answers the phone. What I suppose to do? Call police?

It was the first time I went there since October of 2019, and I almost forgot how nice it is to have a clean car again.

This is a good car wash. Takes less time than Temple City car wash. Plus they speak the better English here.

Horrible. I ordered their $50 wash, and was told it would be 40-45 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later and they were done.I challenged them saying did you give me the wash I paid for. After asking 3 times they said yes. I found water spots on the car (new, I normally hand wash so I am sure), not sure how that happens after a clay service.My wheels were not fully cleaned either.Lastly, I found a spray bottle and towel in the car.This place used to be decent.

Great service and speedy, on a Sunday afternoon. They did a great job cleaning and drying. No cheap car wash here, and definitely worth it!

First time customer, never coming back. For a $20 wash, its a complete joke. Rims were 50% clean and carpets were 50% vacuumed. They didnt even bother to take the trash out of the doors. Not to mention it took over 30mins with no line. Go to Fashings on santa anita they consistently have excellent service.

They only give you 5 minutes to vacume and detail dry your car.

The service was below average. I had my car washed here and the outcome was not as expected. My windows still had stains along with the mirrors. Not only did it takes longer than usual but the outcome of the cleaning was a worse job than i couldve done myself.

Arguably the Best 100% Hand Carwash in the San Gabriel Valley. Priced appropriately with a good Layout. Seating Inside and Outside. Convenience Store with Auto related items available. Courteous Workers and they Vaccum after the Wash where you can watch them. This is an added benefit if you have Personal items in your car. They are very honest though. My Go to Carwash for over 15 years and I have 3 cars! Quality towels to dry without lint and streaking. Yes they High Pressure Air Dry in all creases and crevices especially the Side View mirrors where they are notoriously known for dripping. What else can I say? Except see ya at Lucky 🚘

I like that im able to use their vaccums

Ive been coming here for years. Great crew, generally do a good job. As usual, some guys better than others. Strengths, are their use of the air gun to blow water out of car trim, so no drips. Weakness: their vacuum job is mediocre at best. They also drag the hose on your car which causes scratching. Ive asked repeated times to watch this, to no avail, they do not train their guys to avoid doing this, seems like a no brainier! Super aggravating.

Decent price. Good wash. Not very thorough with the hand dry. Will often miss the handle Wells and the windshield isnt completely cleaned of all streaks and gunk

I got a basic car wash, and my windows and dash are still dusty, and there was floor-crud on my seats. The only unequivocally nice thing I can say about them is that their location is really convenient.

They clean my truck with the same care I use when I wash it at home. Plus they blow ALL the water off your car after its rinsed so there are no water streaks left to dry on your paint & it doesnt look like you just left the carwash 😉

I did the basic cleaning there: vacuum, wash, and dry. There were three crews involved in the cleaning process. The 1st crew is responsible for vacuuming the cabin, there were debris visible behind the brake and gas paddle, not very good job of cleaning. The 2nd crew did the prep work on windshield, front end, and wheels before washing, they did a good job. The third crew did the wipe down and clean up what the 2nd crew and machine didnt do, they did a super job.

They did a great job cleaning my car and were fairly quick about it as well.

Good staff attitude. But, they often do a quick so-so job on spots in the car cabin. i.e. clearly visible large spots, such as from easily-wiped kid-induced :) juice spots on the panels are missed. Vacuuming is sub-par, just a quick swipe, missing areas.Staff works hard, but not paying attention to details. Here are two observation as to why I believe:1) Several cleaners spend their breaks going to the back of the car wash. There, by Staples, they smoke their weed before returning to work.I never judge others as to what they enjoy doing to relax. But, just as I don’t want a drunk person to service my expensive car I don’t want a buzzed person to work for me either.2) Upper management/owner needs to oversee paying attention to details better.Do I still go there? I wanted to see if the problems were temprary or the new established norm at Lucky Carwash.Appearing that lack of attention to details is the new norm I now use a better carswash for my needs.

This place is ok - service is fast even if theres a lot of cars. but i feel like ive left this place with a few water spots and lack of attention to detail. But all in all, they get the job done. Probably best to come Wednesday for their special price

The Service has gone down. The prices have gone up a $30 for a hand wash plus the hired up and not very good. Prices have gone up because the rate of paid has gone up for employees. And I am sorry most of them do not speak English and you cannot communicate we them about your car and what they are not doing right and or well.

Oh please do not go there. They dont use soap they are using resycle. Same soap same brushes and they stall my little girls cell phone. I file police report and they denied. What happen. There towels are greace. And dirty my brand new Porsche. At body shop. Go to. Arcadia. Or walnut hill. Car wash. I have 5 cars. And I take them all there. I am uber driver. I have 5 suv.

I had came in once before to get my truck washed and they did a good job so I came back again today and got the gold wash again the guy did a very poor job there was still dirt left on the outside mirrors my rims were also not cleaned like yhat package is supposed to come with and the outside trim was not done like the ladt time I came in and got the exact same package the gold package I did come in right before closing bit if you guys didnt want to actually do the job like it was done the last time maybe you should have just said sorry were closed im not very happy at all and most definitely will not be coming back again

Best carwash location in Pasadena hands down.

I had brought my two-weeks old brand new car this shop. After finishing the wash I have found a lots of mild scratches on the rear window. So I had complained about this. However, the manager was asking me to prove this is caused by their crews. Also, they fogot to spray the freshner and I mentioned this. The manager simply said they did. Thus lesson that I learned from this shop, take at least several photos of your car before washing and dont complain since no matter what the costomer said, they dont hear.
