You get what you pay for is the best way of describing Eco Auto Care. If youre looking for the quick and dirty $15 car wash, this aint it. But if you want your car to be given the TLC you think it deserves, you bring your vehicle here. Friendly and genuine customer service, excellent quality, and pretty quick turn around for the amount of labor that goes into each detail! Be prepared to spend a little, but youre gonna be very pleased with the results!

I had been going to this place for years but stopped during the pandemic. Im not sure what happened during that time but they were difficult when I was trying to make an appointment (I work nights, so I cant drop off in the morning), but finally got them to agree to an early afternoon appointment, which still requires me to get up early. Their prices have more than doubled and they basically refused to take the loyalty punch card (they offered $10 off instead of the free deluxe wash stated). They then proceeded to seriously upsell me. When I finally agreed to the $300 package, they started selling me on the $600-$1200 package. When I refused and said Id like to stay with the $300 package and wouldnt hold them to any problems with the job (not getting things 100% clean, etc) they told me that the car was too dirty and they wouldnt take it. I wont be back.

The Worse place ever! You will especially get tricked into the price changed along the way. Normally that is not an issue as I can afford an eco expensive Detail car wash but that is not what I got! I got a horrible detail and cleaning.My Luxury vehicle came out like a &20 regular car wash. Inside they missed areas of vacuuming and barely wiped down inside or did not clean it. The areas that had been cleaned later ruined my interior black dash and left it damaged permanently so I had to have it replaced. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!

Prices used to be expensive and now they are insane.$150 for a very basic wash and vacuum (that’s their cheapest package)It’s already at $150 and they try to upsell even more.

Not statisfied with interior wash，still have finger print and dust，even I only ask for clean one seat. exterior is good. lost one of my decoration by mistake. I returned for recleaning but still not clean enough because the parking lot is too dark，stuffs cannot see the stain clearly.

Bought a groupon for wax and clay-bar. Mr. George refused to do the job without adding a $400 polish service for some overspray that the claybar removes. I elected to leave and get a refund, but wasted half a day. Do not use unless you want a really expensive car wash, and provided your vehicle is clean and straight out of a showroom in the first place.

Went in to park because the structure had decent parking rates. Car was dirty so it looked convenient. Arrived at 2 pm and looked at their menu, a bit expensive but looked like premium service (you get what you pay for thought process) so went for the Ultimate Eco Wax Special. The service costs 85 dollars with leather seat conditioner (20 dollar surcharge) and upon reading the back of the menu, there’s a complimentary leather seat conditioner or UV panel protector service with purchase of $65 or more. I figured that after returning a few hours and showing them the ad that my price would be adjusted. Nope. The worker said that because they put on their list that they would charge me 85 that it was done and irreversible, although no transaction was made. I should have shown the ad before to save 20 dollars when I barely knew the place existed 5 minutes prior. It was 430 pm and they hadn’t touched the car yet and are having me wait so they can expeditiously give me my car back. Customer service is sub par and the car wash is indistinguishable from a 30 dollar one that I have had in other malls/parking structures. For such a steep price, I would expect a higher level of service and accommodation. Overall, I feel I overpaid for a service I wasn’t getting until after I came back to pick up my car to go about my day. Complete opposite of convenience.

As a Pasadena auto care specialist, for a great car wash, but more than that, these guys know how to help you fall in love with your car again! I have brought my own truck to them several times and each time was quite pleased with the result. The employees were business like, confident and even managed to up-sell me! Their knowledge of the details needed to give my car a quality clean were definitely a great selling point for me. I felt confident my car would be well cared for and I’d pick it up looking great. I was not disappointed. Come check these guys out and hey, it even saves you the cost of parking in Old Town.

Great service, communication and attention to detail. The manager George is always on top of it. The garage can get a bit hectic so make sure to call to reserve a spot in advance. The team there seems passionate about their work and will give you an extra punch in your rewards card if you tip well!

So my poor vehicle played host to an epic tailgate for the Chelsea vs Liverpool match. 4 hours, 4 kegs later, and stewing in the hot sun. My car smelled as if it was on a 4 day bender wearing the same clothes and relieving itself on the floor mats. After an Internet search I found this place. Went in for a thorough interior detail and I can say I am very pleased! May have taken a little while, but Im pretty sure they had to bring in a priest to get rid of that ungodly stench. Id recommend this place all the time!

George and Sandra were amazing. My car is a 2003 and it looks brand new. They so rock! And they stayed the extra time to make sure it was all perfect. I even saw them rechecking windows for a woman who was picking up her car and taking care of any small smudges. Outstanding !!

George and his team never let me down, they always leave my car spotless and have never let me down. Ive been coming here for a couple years and never have I left without a smile on my face. They best part is the parking validation so you get your car cleaned and you can enjoy a little extra time around old town.

Im actually baffled by the profusion of one star reviews for this car wash. These guys and George (the manager) do a fantastic job. Theyve always been nothing but accommodating, professional, and thorough. I take my car in about once a month when I can. I would highly recommend Eco Auto Care Park & Wash.

They did a spectacular job on my car. They did a better job than I expected. You do have to leave your car at least 2 1/2 hours, I believe they do a more precise job. My car looked sleek. I will be definitely coming back.

I called to make an appointment for my group on deal.Their 1st appointment was few weeks ahead which I was ok with it.Once I arrived on my appointment date, I was greeted & offered bottle water .The staff was accommodated and friendly.The quality of work once it finished was Amazing!Thank you again ECO!

My car looked good, but somehow my key fob was destroyed. The excuse was it mistakenly was damaged by their grinder, why would a grinder be near my Caddy, no matter I needed to replace the fob myself. Sadly, I am leary to return.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Feels like a scam and they try to upcharge you then make you feel bad about it when it sounds like too much. Once they do upcharge you they squirm out of letting you use the coupons they give you.If you like paying more for less then this is the place for you!

Wow! For being my first time at this establishment what an experience! Called in 2 weeks ago for a detail appointment for today . They did take a little longer than usual but it was well worth it ! I got the wash, clay bar, leather conditioner and the rejuvenation of the rims . Well worth every penny !Thank you eco !!

Great service at a great price!! Very friendly and efficient. They made my 2006 Honda Element look like new. Very happy with the quality of service and all of it for a reasonable price.

Let me start by saying I have been a repeat customer at this establishment since 2017, but unfortunately I will never be going back. As usual, I arrived with my car in similar conditions as I have always brought it in the past, with an appointment for wash, wax, and interior clean I bought from Groupon. But instead of things being business as usual, George attempted to upsell me on services I didnt want. Once I made it clear that I only wanted what I came for and had already paid for, George refused to honor my appointment and the wash/wax/interior clean I paid for, claiming that my car would take “too much work” to get cleaned, and hence I needed to pay for more services. I attempted to communicate that I didn’t expect things to be perfect, and that I only wished for him to do his best with the 2 HOURS of service that was paid for; but yet he still refused to honor the purchased service. This experience was unlike any other car wash I have ever been to: not only was it surprising that the 2 hours of promised service was apparently not enough to even somewhat clean my car, my car itself was NOT onerously filthy but rather had only accumulated regular dirtiness over time such as splattered bugs or sand on the mats (the kind of things some elbow grease would certainly take care of). The source of the incongruity between the reasonable state of my car and his refusal to provide service is thus clear: after failing to upsell me on additional services I didn’t want/need, I was no longer a “worthy” customer. And perhaps most disturbingly, inspection of other reviews reveals a similar pattern: other customers are refused service unless they are made to pay more than they expected. This business strategy of using Groupon discounts to “rope in” customers to come to their establishment, only to either extort additional money or turn them away (thereby wasting their time), is sketchy at best and disrespectful at worst. Over the years, this business has clearly foregone good customer service in lieu of predatory practices at a chance for higher profits, all at the expense of the unsuspecting customer. Hence, I strongly advise to AVOID Eco Auto Care at Green Street if you 1) have purchased their services through Groupon, 2) have a car that actually needs a good clean by earnest professionals, or 3) disapprove of dishonest business practices. Thankfully, Groupon has refunded my money, and I have learned that this business no longer values loyal, returning customers!

Great service! Located in the Green St parking lot in Old Town Pasadena. They have a waiting area by the car wash though I recommend you look around Old Town rather than wait. To save money look for a Groupon.

Reservations required-- George called back w/in 24 hours and made an appt for the next day. In and out in an hour and 20 minutes-- just enough time for brunch in Old Town. Car looked great. This was a Groupon deal-- exterior clay, machine polish, wax and sealant, and vacuum interior. Less than half the normal price, and the car looks as good as the $140 detailing I had done last year elsewhere. And I got a half off coupon for my next regular hand wash & polish.Its a bit tricky to find the business inside the parking structure, follow the green signs. Parking is free up to 90 minutes. Great job, Ill be back!

I bough 2 Groupon coupons for this place. My first visit they kept me there for 3 hours, promising to let me leave my 3pm. By 2:30 my car was still there, unwashed and unwaxed. After a bit of pressure because I needed to pick up my kids, the car wash employees rushed my cars cleaning and did not do a good job. My second visit, due to traffic I was late for 20 min. The owner asked I wait for 5-6 hours for a car wash, FIVE TO SIX HOURS! He then proceeded to sell me his car wash packages, which I knew from my first visit would not be worth it. The owner was then unwilling to provide service after I refused to purchase a more expensive package! He said he was unsure how many hours I would have to wait, but was unwilling to extend my parking valet up to 1 hours, even though my first visit he let me park for 3 hours.... Ridiculous if you do not want to wait 6 hours for a 30 min sloppy job, and be denied good service after refusing to upgrade your package. Do not waste your time here.

DISHONEST & DISINGENUOUSInitially took car home and when I walked out a few hours later, I noticed some paint scuffs by my headlight.They messed up my paint when they did the headlight restoration. I went back and told them and they tried to say they dont use tools abrasive enough to scratch paint-they brought out some random foam pad and rubbed it on my car to show that they cant scuff paint. I’ve had headlight restoration done before; I know how it works. They tried to pull a fast one one me, thinking I’m uneducated about the process.Worst part is that they dont have the integrity to tell me when it happened, thinking maybe I wouldnt notice.Never going back, and don’t waste your time or money coming to these shady people.

Horrible. They had my car for 5 hours yeah 5 hours it still wasnt done they have Ashley finished it and who doesnt inside detail and doesnt wash the mid center console really?I left with two scratches I didnt have 5 hours of my life I cant get back and an argument from George the manager / owner who said forgive me I must be tired hes tired? I was tired of sitting in a chair with a bunch of car exhaust and guys running around with flashlights in their mouth and still didnt do a perfect job for 5 HOURS! So when I leave at 7 p.m. long after theyve closed its dark outside Ive also missed dinner with my friends for the night thanks a lot I still tip the guy 20 bucks but Ill tell you I paid way too much money go to a regular car wash this is not what you think it is! And trying to exit thats another nightmare they value but they dont tell you can only exit out of one entrance or exit of the building and that took another 20 minutes!!!!! Never argue with a customer and challenge them thats just stupid and rude.

04-10-2019 UNSATISFIED!!!! POOR WORKI was exited to try this spot out, willing to take a 35min drive For the experience on the services they offered. Just to see my car and be extremely upset. There was visibly spots and smudges uncleaned all throughout my vehicle the inside wasn’t properly vacuumed and cleaned no scented spray of fresh clean car. I got home to check out the WAX SERVICE CARE I PAID FOR only to uncover there was no wax on my vehicle ONLY DIRT! My car was not cleaned or waxed at all I slid my hand over different areas on my vehicle and my palms were filled with dirt! No type of Wax!!! I immediately sent them pictures and videos of my car thru text msg and they replied: to come bk so they can fix any mistake they had and that I can go over there cameras to see they did put wax. Smh I will go on Yelp and post pictures of there work. I am so upset I would had rather just been better off spending 50$ on buying things to clean and wax my own car.

Absolutely awesome experience ! During my work lunch hour while parking on the public parking structure in Pasadena I saw the waterless car wash and I decided to give them a try being my first time, all though I only had 20 minutes to grab a bit I figure Ill take advantage of the wash . They greeting me and told me my car will be ready in 15 minutes with a quality wash . And sure enough after my return to pick up my car it was ready and shinny . Thank you Eco!!

The place is in a parking garage - they didnt tell me id be paying 10$ to get out of the damn garage on top of paying for the detailing. they did a mediocre job on my car - basically they wiped it off with rags.
