I walked inLooking to get a pedicure. But I only waited for about 15 minutes before I walked out. First of all they were busy. But they have their air on 78 and its absolutely miserable inside this store. But that has been something Ive seen to every nail salon Ive been to in Panama City. 78° is too hot you need to have it at 72° minimum. Also there were signs posted everywhere that said weve had customers that have a problem with how much we charge them and if you disrupt we will call the police on you. So I was just kind of skeptical of what they would end up charging me so I left.

Absolutely LOVED my fall nails . This was my first time going and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the salon was nice and clean . However, my set only lasted two weeks and the nails started lifting at the cuticle area which should NOT be happening . I will be going back in the future but I will notify them of the issue I had with them not lasting long and see if they last longer the next time I go

She was on the phone while doing my nails. Just thought it was rude. But she did a good job on my toes.

Great place to ked behind the dry cleaners. Staff is friendly and helpful a d try to get you in quickly. I do recommend calling for a reservation. Shop and stations are kept very clean. Fair priced. They did an amazing job on my nails for New Years. Full set of acrylic sone. They do gel as well and pedicures. Some places Ive been to do thick layers of acrylic and their techs do it perfectly and more natural looking. Will go back.

They’re too expensive to not know how to do nails. The only one that has skills is Emily.

I paid $120 for a set of acrylics and not even a week later they started breaking off. i went back to complain and get them fixed and they started taking costumers that came in after me before me. they do not have good service or quality, i DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got my nails done here for the first time ever a year ago and I still think about them to this day. They were perfect. I tried to get my nails done somewhere else recently and it was a huge waste of money. They cost the same as this other place but the quality was TRASH lol. This place I think has the best quality nails and best employees. I’m going to be coming here again soon :)

Needed some pampering while Im on vacation;got a pedicure and full set done at a very reasonable price. I absolutely love my nails 😍😍 I believe she said her name was Lin lin and she was fantastic. If I lived here I would make this my permanent nail salon.

A waste of $128!!I went here because of the reviews I seen on google and decided to give this place a try. When I came in I was given a face shield.. everything was clean and going smooth when it was time to pay I asked for a breakdown of what I’m paying for as I do at any new salon I go too. The lady at the front charged me for the shield I was given, that I never asked for and when I asked why am I being charged for something I didn’t ask for, they said it’s store policy which is no where posted in the store nor told when it was given to me. I didn’t argue, just paid it and left. Now to my nails, I thought they were okay.. extremely thin compared to how I normally have my nails.. next day two broke.. following day 2 more broke... A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They give great pedicures, but the last few times Ive gone, for nails or pedicures, they have cut my nail bed and made it bleed.

I got gel acrylic here for the first time ever and I absolutely loved the outcome. The lady doing my nails did a great job and the atmosphere of this place was very chill. Definitely would go again and I recommend this place for anyone wanting to get their nails done.

$137For 2 dips and a pedi with eyebrow waxing.All of my nails are uneven. My cuticles are cut and bleeding. Wrong color on my toes.Ive had issues like this before and tried to give them another chance. Will not happen again.

First time there! We walked in and felt greeted nicely and very welcomed. There was no wait and they took us right in. They did my granddaughters and my nails exactly the way we wanted them. We were very satisfied! Great first impression. We loved it! The prices were great too!

So, got my nails done for my senior portraits, just plain white & simple. Total came up to 40$, which I was surprised, because I didn’t get anything fancy, but I still paid, I just didn’t tip, few moments after I left, I checked my card which I do every time I swipe, they took 48$ out. I will not be going back. I even had plenty other people tell me they did the same after I posted how plain my nails were on social media.

I wanted to report them to the State. I believe that the lady working on me didnt have the proper certification to work I asked for a pedicure without scrubbing my feet and to cut around my cuticles and clean the dead skin. It took all of 3 minutes and she was done attempting to polish I stopped her asked for the manager and asked was the lady licensed....they still wanted full price with no polish and an incomplete pedi. I was furious and WILL NEVER return.

The work done was good, however I got a Gel fill and the pricing says 33 and up, ok no problem, but a full set is 40. At the end she charged me 50 for the fill.. by the way I do not have Long nails so there is NO JUSTIFICATION that that type of up charge. If you go make sure they give you the EXACT price before hand.

I only gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0 stars. My experience was not so good at all. She didnt file my nails correctly, I wanted square round she did coffin??? We had communication issues with the language barrier. Then it came time to pay she said $38 and I was in shock I only came for a fill never have I ever paid $38 for a fill. It needs to be clearly posted that they charge $15 for gel polish!! The owner is very rude and I will never everBe going there again

Really dissapointing on all frontsCalled ahead, was told a 20-30 minute wait so we asked to put our names down.Showed up 32 minutes later, could not be less interested. Told them our names and that we called 30 minutes ago. They said theyd take care of us but no confirmation of when that would be. 20 minutes later, same story so we left.Poor selection for gel, no OPI or Essie. Caters much more to fill in and Powder clientelle. Decor was also not comfortable, no music and not comfortable by any means.When it comes to a nail salon, its either customer service or productivity and this place fails at both.There are plenty of places to go, do not let them waste your time

Today went got nails done, left an not even five minutes down the road my nail broke, asked if they would fix they did, I leave an start to head home driving not doing nothing my middle finger nail breaks, Im not happy about it. Now I have awesome looking nails with one nail broke on the other please help fix this ..

I moved to Panama from Jacksonville over a year ago and have been on the hunt for a permanent nail salon. I had tried several places before going to Natural Nails. Being a person who has gotten her nails done pretty regularly for the past 10+ yrs it’s safe to say I’ve been to my share of different nail salons. I was very Leary in trying yet another place in PC due to none so far really suiting my wants and needs when it came to my nails.I am so happy that my BF got me a GC!I would have never given them the chance otherwise especially since I live 20 min from the place... there are plenty closer to me.My experience was awesome! I was warmly welcomed and waited on promptly. They were very up front with the cost. I just got a mani/ pedi with gel polish. Of course I already went in expecting to pay extra for gel, pretty standard these days. But still appreciated the knowledge of the cost upfront verses when they check you out.I even needed a color change due to me being indecisive on which red I wanted. The one I picked had a reddish/ orange color to me. I paid for the services and left. I actually went back in there to ask for a color change and offered to pay since it was kinda of my own doing. I was even asked did I like my nails, I said yes and chose to leave. I was nervous in saying something because I have some unpleasant experiences with complaining before about services at other salons. But they couldn’t have been more nice and understanding about it. They changed my polish on fingers/ toes for free!! Tbh I was shocked at how nice they were about it. That sealed the deal for me!I will definitely be going back to this nail salon!! Wow! This place is so amazing! This was my first time coming here and I’m definitely using this salon every time I need to get my nails done. First off I was greeted with a smile from one of the sweet ladies at this nail salon, she had me in the pedicure chair not even 5 mins after I got there. I didn’t have to wait. Then she handed me a menu which was really awesome because I’ve never seen anything like that at any other salons I’ve been to. They have free complimentary drinks... sodas water and even cold Starbucks drinks. She handed me a water and even opened it for me which was very nice of her to. The menu had different choices of spa pedicures at reasonable prices. I had gotten the green tea detox spa pedicure and it was really awesome! While I was getting my toes done another lady started on my nails and let me tell you the ladies know exactly what they are doing! I have NEVER been so happy like ever with my nails like I am after getting them done here. They are such nice ladies and the shop was so clean and very Aesthetically pleasing. I do recommend everyone to try this salon out. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The ladies are talented nail artist and take time they don’t rush. And I got a cool iPhone case while checking out! 🙂 👍🏼💅🏼

This place is awful! I will never go back. I tried it once based on the reviews, my guess is they are having their family members write the reviews. I didnt even stay to have them polished. The acrylic was so thick on my nails and not straight when they told me they were going to paint them. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. This place is dirty and sanitized. While I was in there I watched as one lady got up from the pedicure chair and pay then another one came in and sat in that same chair and hadnt been cleaned yet. Do not go to this place. There are far other salons in town to go to .

Love the pedicure theres typically a five to ten minute wait but they try their best to get you in and out. I dont like the way they do nails but the pedicure is always nice the place is very clean and they offer you soda, juice or water the price is reasonable and I would visit this place again.

When I moved here to Panama City a year ago I went through at least 6 different nail salons! Finally Natural Nails is where I found my nail happiness lol the ladies are so sweet and fun such a nice place to go and they do amazing nails!

This place uses illegal mma acrylic which messed up my nails. I dont know whos writing these reviews, but my experience couldnt have been worse. I had to wait for two and a half hours just to get in the chair. The woman who did my acrylics tore into my cuticles at least five times, and there were other peoples nails all over the table. By the time I got out I had a thumbnail that was twice as long as the other and bleeding nails. I wouldnt mind 80$ for a decent Mani pedi but if youre going to cut me up, use illegal products on me, and take four hours I at least expect a discount!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE! My daughter had her nailed filled on Saturday, today is Monday & her nail came up. I take her back for repair & they put nail glue up under it instead of actual fill. Last but not least they include their tip in the price. SMH. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Went in to get gel nails. They cut my nails and filed them to shape. But didnt push my cuticles back, trim them, or even seem to worry about the hang nail that I had. It qas only $20, but I dont want to pay that much to basically get my nails painted. I was expecting the full manicure experience.
