Price of services was comparable to other places. I had my eyebrows waxed, full set with gel, and a pedicure. Everything seemed clean an well kept.My ONLY complaints is that I was never offered a beverage (most places do offer), and there were not options to upgrade my pedicure (ok, so maybe I like to spoil myself sometimes). I will definitely go back, as my technician was super sweet, and did a good job.

Took my niece and daughter to get our nails done and pedicures. The ladies there were lovely and the pedicure with the massaging chair was fantastic!

My mom and I went here on vacation. Kelly and Nora did a fantastic job. We received mani pedi and it was a relaxing experience. They have a clean place with pedi massage chairs and a relaxing water feature.

First timer at Serenity Nails & Spa when I visited PCB for vacation. I had a wonderful experience. Our nail techs were so sweet and genuine and had great convos. Plus my pedicure was absolutely perfect. Attention to detail, getting off all dead skin even my dry skin around my ankles. Like no one else has ever done that and it made me feel so understood. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll definitely come back my next visit. ☺️

Pedi was rushed didn’t even file my toe nails. Mani was god awful didn’t cut cuticle at all only drilled my nails the dip is super thick I had to tell the man to get the old dip powder off my nails. How can anyone give them good reviews I don’t know

My mother in law went with my wife and my sons girlfriend. My mother-in-law had her heels scrubbed raw by the man working there. My sons girlfriend was there and he cut her cuticle too close so that it was bleeding. My mother-in-law is still wearing bandages on her heels after one week.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a full set and the lady decided to do a fill. I told her to keep the length of my nails and I walked out of there with shorter nails. The nails are lumpy and thick. I requested coffin shape nails and she did them square. The lady was rough and cut me. The price was outrageous for the service I received. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. I did give her a tip but only because I felt sorry for her.

I am visiting the area and needed a fill in. The owner was pleasant and the salon is clean and well maintained.I am specific about how I like my nails and he did an excellent job. Additionally they complete my nails quickly.I would come here regularly if I lived nearby.

I had an outstanding pedicure experience today with Van. I called ahead and was immediately taken back for the pedicure upon my arrival. The spa had a pleasant vibe and was fairly busy. The service was not rushed at all. This was my first time visiting this spa. Van was very detailed and took his time throughout the pedicure process. I’ve had a lot of pedicures and I believe this was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will be back again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place - especially if you are looking to relax and unwind. This spa is clean and has an organized environment.

Best nail spa in PCB....great staff very professional. We had a group of 4 and all were very happy with their service. Always come here when in town. Also got a massage and the experience was fabulous!!

Service was great, we waited about 45minutes but it was well worth the wait. My guest and I received the deluxe manicure and pedicure (it was his first). He enjoyed it and says that he will continue the services monthly.

This place was amazing! They really took their time with us and didnt rush us through. Treated us like we were locals and took time to get to know us. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Definitely do not get SNS here! I did and she left so much of the polish on my skin it attached my nail to my skin. I felt like it was a child doing my nails and I had to do all the cleanup work myself. Not to mention-they she was extremely rude! Her hands/nails were so disgusting i was getting nauseous. She also gave me the wrong color. Do not recommend.

Great service! I finally found the place after which my nails look like nails because usually they look like a wavy crooked something. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not picky, but I expect to see at least “close to natural shape” of nails at the end of the service that cost on average $70-$80 ( including regular pedicure) . I tried many places in Panama City and Panama City Beach, and despite the fact there are huge numbers of salons out there, it seems that rules of healthy competition don’t work here. I was surprised to see so many unqualified and/or unprofessional “specialists” in the market. Serenity Nails & Spa is the first place that brings me desire to return. Please, keep up with your standards! You are the best!

I made an appointment for myself and my two daughters for my 40th birthday. We were greeted promptly and were seated together in the massage chairs so that we could talk. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was clean, calming and professional. We got the ultimate pedicures, which came with fantastic sugar scrubs, leg massages and pedicures. The massage chairs were wonderful and they had a great selection of magazines. They are reasonably priced and overall we had a terrific experience!

Worst experience of my life. Ive been to almost every nail salon in Panama City beach and have never had an experience like this. First I was very rushed as soon as it was 7:00 they shut off the lights and everyone left but the two people doing my friend and I nails. It took them a fatal of probably 30mins. Mine was a fill in and her was a full set. They cut and dug into my nails ruined my thumb nail from filing it down so much. Then after saying many times that I wasnt happy with how they looked. ( didnt even put the acrylic over my whole nail bed.) she said no thats how my nail is and thats what I get. Yall DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY HERE. You will just have to go spend more money to get them fixed. She charged me $20 for just a fill in. Five more dollars and it would have been a full set... such high reviews I dont see why.

Best Gel mani/ Reg pedi of my life. My nails still look amazing and they were done over 10 days ago and I wash dishes and work with paper daily. Can’t believe being on vacation and traveling all the way across the country I’d find this place. The ladies were wonderful. So friendly, SO efficient and did everything I asked. Love this place.

Got my nails done a week ago and the sides are peeling up already; two of the are on crooked and when i asked her about them she just gave me the stank eye. Over all not happy with them at all and they were rushing because people were after me. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Woman that did my sisters nails was rude, and was trying to tell her what to get. She began to have attitude, and you could imagine we were happy to leave. Never coming back.

I made an appointment and arrived early. They took me right away, only one other customer. I requested a mani- pedi and the cost was $45.00.I had a bulletin from St. Bernadette church for 10 percent off so they took off $3.00. The lady did not talk at all to me. She did a good job and my nails look very nice.

Blatantly over charged us, two manicures was $36 - $18 a piece, but in the price it was clearly $15 a piece for regular manicures. Many other nail salons around that would not do this

Favorite place to go and get pampered. Tranquil atmosphere with a friendly staff who is always happy to see you. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else!

Nails so uneven, shaped different, missing polish, polish on my skin I think my nails were longer when I went in I already have short nail I told her how long to cut them so short I said something she said sorry I have been getting my nails done long time but just moved out to the beach didnt know someone could do this to someones nails HORRIBLE

Would not recommend this place! The lady doing my nails completely ignored everything I asked for. I showed them pictures and before I got started I was told they could do the design I asked for. Then I explained exactly what I wanted and still was ignored. If you want something super basic then this place is fine. If not DO NOT GO HERE! also she cut my nail during my manicure because she fell asleep!😡

She has a Beautiful shop but no manners if they make bubbles on your nails that dont belong.TT was her name and she was on the phone the whole time.Just excuses when I spoke to Tina the owner2nd place of tried so far Sky nails was the 1st .. They brought blood on my heal with a cheese grater and wanted to do nothing about except smile... I did give them I 2nd chance and they did not seem to care at all... I love it when foreigners pretend they dont speak English.... Go Home with your excuses..

I have recently visited Panama City on a vacation with my girlfriend who found this great local spa. The service was fantastic and the quality was more than expected. If anyone needs a day to relax, this is the place to go.

Visiting Panama City and after reading previous reviews I visited Serenity as a walk in & waited about 20 mins for a pedicure and SNS. Nail salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Staff was attentive and Im very satisfied with the results. They are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend.

Made a pedicure appointment for my daughter for her birthday. Arrived for said appointment and was told that they forgot our appt and we could wait 30 minutes. What a disappointment. They werent even apologetic.

I had my eyebrows waxed OFF!I told the tech to just clean around the brows; the blonde and white hairs, that I cant see . I explained to her I was growing the brows in because I like a fuller look...Now, I have no eyebrows!!! I was going to Micro Blade, anyway, yet now, I HAVE TO!The nail tech kept pulling my hands and my nails look like shovels! The nail art they display, they dont do. The shop is spartan.I have one big toe only I or podiatrist takes care of to cut/file and I had to tell the tech 3 times to STOP cutting at it and trying toFix it!!! I never saw a sterile envelope of instruments, opened for EACH client (another reason I dont want cutting and scraping) and removed after each use, to resterilze, per state board/board of health rules and regulations. Ewwwww and bad.It cost me $90.00...My New York instinct wanted me to level the place, yet notifying others and not going back, carries no jail time, so heres the truth.Dont go there. Being desperate and/or new to the area, is no excuse...
