Creative Gems recently repaired the prongs on my wedding ring. They were very professional, kind and repaired on the date specified. I was assisted by a young lady, Sam Pompey, and cannot say enough good things about her. In addition to repairing my wedding ring, Sam went above and beyond to search for a pair of gold, diamond-cut hoop earrings. Unfortunately, I lost a pair that I owned. This is a great place.

I walked in to get my anklet repaired and they are having fantastic sales going on for their 14 year anniversary all thru the month of October. After she got my anklet and info she asked if she could clean the rings on my finger for free, so I said yes of course and she did at no charge...very very sweet ladies...look at the great job she did cleaning them for free. I Will be picking my fixed anklet up in a few days.

My ring with several diamonds had one stone missing so I took it to Creative Gems and Kim was very helpful in getting the order placed for the repair. 5 years ago my husband and I sat down Nick to design our wedding bands and my engagement ring. We were floured by what he was able to do within our budget. Five years later and 1 child later, I could no longer wear my beloved rings. So, on a trip back to Florida, I walked in to creative gems to meet Kim and we talked about sizing my rings. Not only did Kim go above and beyond (way beyond) to make sure I could wear my rings again, but, once again I’m so impressed with how they turned out.

Creative Gems added a bridge to the inside of my ring. This reduced the size, and helped the ring remain in a more upright position. I am totally pleased. Their customer service and skill are unsurpassed. They were a delight to work with.

I dont know where to start. The service is unmatched...we immediately felt very comfortable in the shop. We were welcomed, made to feel important...its just lovely.We had been looking for a piece that had mine and my fathers birthstones. Nick suggested creating something original and unique. I showed him what I liked in the store, selected a few photos online and showed him some of my favorite pieces of personal jewelry. He sketched out the piece I had been looking for. It was as if he could see the image I had in my mind. We even got to watch some of the creative process!My husband was so impressed, he decided to have a pendant created for me out of a ring that belonged to his father. The stone from that ring looks amazing now...it was so lost before and now its in the perfect setting.I highly recommend Creative Gems. Creative Gems is awesome!!!! Normally, I would say low pressure when giving recommendations for a jeweler, but this place is no pressure at all. Matter of fact, I went in at short notice prior to my 24th anniversary to seek out a ring. I had an idea of what I wanted but not completely. Never once did they try to take advantage of the opportunity to push me into an anniversary gift that I really didn’t want. They took the time to ask questions and listened to what the customer wanted. They provided several options, but because they listened to me, they showed me a ring that met my requirements. Sad to say, it was a special order and would not be completed in time. I am happy to say, they made it happen. The order was placed late Monday and was told they would do their best to have it by my desired date on Friday, with my anniversary on Sunday. My ring was ready ahead of time. The staff was very friendly, happy, and definitely place their customers as their first priority. They are very sincere and enjoy what I perceived they do best, place you, the customer, first. They develop their own custom designs, so it’s not just an ordinary jewelry store. I could go on. Bottom line, I highly recommend this place. One more thing ...... we named our doodle, Cooper.
