What friendly service I received from both locations! Several stunning collections to choose from, and to top it off they were customizable! Kristen was so patient with me; with several visits trying to find the perfect wedding ring for me!... My husband and I were gifted a wedding ring set, that was lovely - but dated in its design. I had been told by another jeweler that it couldnt be sized from its very small size 5 to a 9, that I needed. Was also told by same jewelers that they were unable to redesign, or otherwise remake the ring.David Scott was my last hope and we took it in, looking to at least get it sized. Kristen was immediately able to tell us it could be sized. But moreover, suggested a redesign. And thats what we were really interested in. I went in with an idea for an engagement ring and couldn’t find what I wanted in store, but Kristen had a great idea, custom make one! She took my idea and within 48 hours had the perfect ring designed. They told me it would take 14 business days to finish, but it only took maybe 14 actual days. I am so happy with the finished product, and yes, she said yes!

They’ve recently updated their store and it looks even nicer than it did before! All the staff was so friendly and eager to help. I worked with Kristen who helped me choose the perfect piece and was patient and knowledgeable about all their items! I will definitely be choosing David Scott for my next piece!

Several jewelers told me that changing the batteries in Skagen watches was difficult and no one in town could do it. David Scott Jewelers has so far done two of mine with zero problems-- while I waited.I also asked them to repair the band on a 100 year old ring that had been repaired once before by another jeweler and broke in less than two months. They did the repair in less than a week for a very reasonable price and the new band looks great!I highly recommend David Scott Jewelers!

I dont understand how this place charges $100 more to have a ring downsized. I went before Christmas to have a ring resized. I even stated I was in no rush because the ring hasnt fit me for years. I got the ring back and it was fine. A week later I had a to get another ring resized and someone suggested Coin and Bullion. So glad I took their advice. It was $100 dollars cheaper. Sure if you like to throw away money then this is the place for you.

After a search online for watch repair I took my husbands 15 year old abused Seiko watch in to David Scott Fine Jewelry. They had the only certified watchmaker in town. I just picked it up and my husband and I couldnt be more pleased. They repaired the bent and broken original band, installed a new crystal, a new battery and cleaned and serviced it. The bill was under $50.00. We are now loyal customers and highly recommend them. Oh.... And the customer service was great. Thank you David Scott!

Everyone in the store was really nice super friendly people. Their prices for repairing my necklace was much cheaper than the store originally bought from and it looks perfect. They got it fixed in just a week where the original jewelers said at least 2 and double the price. I highly recommend them for repairs!

They have a jeweler on staff! I was recommended to go to them from another jewelry store in pier park. I got my gold chain bracelet fixed and it only took a few days to get it back. Very nice staff!

Had such a great experience buying an engagement ring. They were so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was able to bring in a photo I found online of the style I had in mind, and they found exactly what I had in mind. I was also able to get it resized and couldn’t tell it had work done (I tried but couldn’t see any marks). I highly recommend buying your jewelry here, they have great customer service and high quality products.

I went in to have my wedding rings cut off and resized. All staff were very professional and friendly. I was told my rings would be done in a week and, to my surprise, they had them done in three days! They look amazing and brand new!

I had a diamond to change settings and a wrap to size. He was amazing to work with. VERY reasonable on prices and one of the nicest guys to work with. I think he does quality work with very fair prices. I highly recommend this jeweler. I will go back and I will tell my friends to go there too.

I went in here after having a hard time finding a jeweler that I liked elsewhere. I asked for a quote (I knew exactly the ring I wanted, and I had a diamond already).First off, I came in at a really quite time, and even then, I got the distinct feeling that I was a major inconvenience to them. I didnt push it, and I tried to be courteous, but at the end of the day, I was not too happy with the attitude of the owner. Nothing nasty, but he was short and didnt really want to even talk.We went through the motions and he finally offered a quote for the work. He was easily more than what I had been offered elsewhere.Not a hard choice after that. I went elsewhere and was glad I did in the end.

I went in here knowing nothing about them but pretty much bc I thought their commercials after the hurricane were heartfelt and kind so I wanted to give them business. The salesman I dealt with (the receipt said Keith) I hate being ugly but he left me feeling not good. I went in to get jewelry repair & he almost seemed annoyed that thats all I wanted. He wouldnt talk to me the entire time and had this unpleasant look on his face. When I told him I thought the price he was charging was a little high he told me he was actually giving me a deal. He just made me uncomfortable. I almost went back in after I left to get my ring because I didnt like how he treated me. BUT when I went to pick up a different man helped me. He jumped up, immediately offered to help me and was extremely pleasant and kind. He actually talked to me. I was thinking, Wow, I wish my first experience with this jewelry was him! I was so impressed with him, I asked what his name was for the next time I came in. He said, David Scott. I felt so silly! But truly a delightful person and Id definitely go back because he treated me so professionally and kind. Also, recently Ive seen on Facebook where David Scott buys dinner for people at restaurants & gives out money to cheer people up because of the hurricane. Lived up to his commercials! David Scott and team, you are forever in my heart! I had my engagement ring soldered at the major big box jeweler my ring was purchased from and the job was very poorly done. We had the ring worked on a total of three times before we were force to purchase a new ring. My new ring now needed to be sized but I was very afraid to have anyone touch my ring again. I decided to go to David Scott and they did an absolutely amazing job!! I seriously could not be happier! I was told by the other jeweler that because my ring is two pieces and they were from two different manufacturers that my rings would never look like they do before the sizing. They were wrong and I am so glad I went to David Scott. At first look David Scott explained that the accent band would first need to be sized and the main ring would sized to the accent band. He explained in great detail the process my ring would undergo and wanted to make sure that I would get the look I wanted from my ring. I picked up my ring today and was so overjoyed I had to give David Scott a hug. He and his team took a very uneasy and traumatized bride and made all my worries disappear. I am now ready to walk down the aisle. They have a customer for life. So ladies, if you are unhappy with the repair job your jeweler has done, DO NOT settle! GO TO DAVID SCOTT!!
