I requested resizing my Effy ring and I was very pleased with the service. I picked up my ring on 9/30/21, faster than expected, and I was amazed by the quality of work. It looks brand new with the rhodium coat, gentle cleaning, and amazing metal work. Very pleasant and polite staff, reasonable price, overall 10/10 experience.

As someone who works in the jewelry industry I was blown away by the beauty and quality of the store and it’s pieces from the first time I walked in! I went in with my roommate and my jaw dropped, this store is luxury at its finest and it makes me happy just to walk in! Everyone should have that experience!

I have loved Maharajas for the past 20 years when I discovered it. They use to carry the most awesome clothes. Wish they would bring back a few pieces. Today I got lost in there trying to decide on a graduation present for a special young lady who’s close to my heart and I had a wreck on the way to her graduation. I have apologized but cannot forgive myself. I have waited years for this day so you can understand how important this gift is. What a great place. I went to Maharajas to have my watch checked suspecting a bad battery. The watch was promptly inspected and the battery replaced and they cleaned my diamond rings during my brief wait. I enjoyed visiting with the staff who were all quite pleasant and professional. This is a very nice family owned and operated store with lots of nice jewelry. A great discovery! I look forward to returning here in the future. Outstanding!!!

I had a custom pendent made. I had used them in the past and received great service. This time was a little slow at first. They were not responsive. Turns out their jeweler was moving to another state. The owners got involved and made sure everything was complete before the required date.I would trust them to make something for us again.

Poor customer service. Was not welcome for 5 minutes after walking inside. The blonde short lady working there(she never even introduced herself) was extremely unwelcoming and an entitled witch to both my husband and myself. Talked down to both of us, was not helpful. Instead of showing me where to look for the rings I was interested in, she merely pointed in the direction and just stood there. Also, she tried to upsell me to fix details of my ring that were not needed to be fixed. The woman who actually has knowledge about jewelry(Heidi) told us she was wrong and the diamond in the ring was not lose, nor did any of the edges need to be fixed(which the blonde woman had strongly suggested). 5 stars for Heidi. Other than that, go somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Nice selection of jewelry. Customer service was mediocre. Some staff did not appear very welcoming. Our sales person was immediately staffed with an additional sales person which made my wife feel as if we were not welcomed in the store. Needless to say, we made a purchase based on principle and the fact that the item was specific to the area.

We are wintering in the area and needed to have our rings checked for loose stones. One piece needed a stone replaced. All units were checked, cleaned, and repaired in a timely manner. Very satisfied customer.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED ring resizing!A quick search revealed the following:A jeweler can do the work in as little as two hours, though it may take up to a month if the ring has an intricate setting. A simple resize costs from $20 to $60, depending on the type of metal and region of the country. For a more complex resizing, the cost ranges from $50 toMy ring is very basic and you shouldve never charged me $182 for the work. I will not be back either to get work done or to shop in your establishment.

This is a lovely store. The owners and people who work there could not be more welcoming and gracious. My wife especially enjoyed working with Heidi to design a new pair of earrings from a pair I gave her long ago. They were studs which bothered her ears and Heidi did a design which will now make them hang down with a lever setting. I also purchased two beautiful bangle bracelets for my wife for Christmas and Heidi helped my wife pick out those as well. We were so pleased to see that they had survived Hurricane Michael and were open again for business. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we have had shopping at a jewelry store. My experience at Maharaja’s was absolutely amazing. I went in with an idea of what I wanted. They listened to me and worked to get me exactly what I was looking for. Instead of trying to “sell” me on something I didn’t want, they went on the hunt through their system to find something that met all of my wishes. They didn’t currently have it on the floor but they found it in their system and had it in their store the very next day! Their selection of jewelry is amazing! They have the most beautiful and unique pieces there - like nothing you’ll find at other jewelry stores. I could have walked around in there for hours. Luke was so nice and helpful. His knowledge of the jewelry and designers was very impressive! The other staff members were all very welcoming and personal, as well; just genuinely nice and friendly people. This isn’t like one of the big box retailers where you pay big prices for low-grade stones and deal with rude or arrogant sales people. It’s quite different. I went to Maharaja’s after falling and damaging my wedding ring that had been purchased in Maryland. When I explained to Heidi what we had been through with insurance, she assured me that they would do whatever it took to make us happy and replace the stone. They found multiple stones for us to pick from to reset my original setting. Within in days she had multiple stones to pick from. My new stone’s cut, color, and clarity are nearly perfect. She rebuilt my ring, and it is more beautiful than ever before. Every employee at Maharaja’s went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Heidi’s work is absolutely amazing! She had the owner of Maharaja’s meet with us to ensure we received the best customer service and our satisfaction was 100%. We will never use another jewelry store. I recently purchased a few fine gem stones while travelling in India. I wanted to get an assessment and general information on my purchase. It was immediatly evident to me that Luke is an outstanding gemologist. Luke is efficient, informative and thorough. Their entire team is very kind and gracious. I was fortunate to have received wonderful news that my purchase was well worth my investment.

The service here was incredible! They offered a courtesy beverage while I was there. My Great Grandmothers ring from the early 1900s looks amazing! I would recommend them to anyone that wants their heirlooms or valuables restored or repaired. I have more jewelry that needs altered and restored and will not take them any where else, but here!!

My wedding band had gotten very loose on my finger, so much so that I flung it off my finger earlier in the morning week. I went in hoping they could help and it wouldnt be very expensive. I met Kim and she was able to take it in the back and get it taken care of while I waited at a very reasonable price and she also cleaned it for me at no charge!
