Had my pedicure and manicure at Plum nail and spa, and am telling you? Its the best pedicure I have ever had, theyre the boom! Polite and very professional! Definitely will be going back every 2 weeks! I recommend this place to anyone!

I go to this salon because its around the corner from my house. They do have Covid precautions in place. I appreciate that the I can see the same nail tech (Matt) for both mani and pedis. Hes very careful and precise with what he is doing. I also enjoy service by Lina and Dana as well. I appreciate that you have to make an appointment and do understand due to Covid that sometimes you have to wait. I do wish they would offer to their clients a set of tools to use that we can buy. That way we can bring them in each time they work on you.

Great place to get your nails done the owner is very kind having to breath at a nail salon is a plus for me. 3 years in counting since Ive been a customer difficult for me to go anywhere else. I usually get powder nails for my manicure. This is 2 weeks old nails. 💅🏿🥰

This is the results after $60, worst place I’ve ever been. They rushed!!! Was supposed to get 10 mins of massage got like 5 and she burned me with the hot stone because she didnt have time to wait for it to cool down, they had 11am appointments and I walked in there at 1030 they should of just told me they didn’t have time instead of rushing.

Just got a dream pedicure with my mom and sister and I’m very pleased!!! Super relaxing, comfortable and cute atmosphere and my nails look great. Super sweet staff too. Highly recommend ❤️

First visit--will return. For a very affordable price the staff threw in several complimentary extras. The new furniture was some of the best Ive seen, with comfy chairs, lux couches, and tables with lights for gel manis built right in. The staff gave complimentary shoulder massages while your nails were drying and also a complimentary paraffin wax, which was really neat. I liked how they had the gel colors organized, when you were trying to pick one. It was simple, but better than two other places Ive been to recently. The staff put a lot of care into the nails and getting everything right. I was able to walk right in. I loved how they got a bottle of water for everyone too. I liked this better than being asked if I wanted one.

I ask for a full set twice coming to this business and I was turned down I’m not sure why. I ask what day I can come for a full set and was told I’m not sure. The show only had 3 customers and it was 6 nail technicians available I’m not sure why I could not get service. They came off very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend any services from them.

Came up there with my family and watched the owner be VERY disrespectful to this women’s that was getting her nails done. She penalized her for being 4 minutes late and me and my family was 20 minutes late. She was VERY unprofessional and It was Really Hard To see especially with the women being pregnant and emotional. I Don’t understand how she can let it be known it’s all about money. She was going to do her and her friend feet and since one friend was not getting it done she told them no bc she was 4 minutes late. It hurts to see people treated like that and sad to say I DEFINITELY would not be going back with my family EVER Again.

I took all of my girls there, everyone was very friendly and they were accommodating for Covid. I will definitely be back again!

I was pleased with my manicure and polish. I saw Sofia and she did a great job taking her time. The manicure came with paraffin and the complimentary water and neck rub was a great extra. Three days later and my polish looks like new.

I received a pedicure and Wendy did an excellent job on my toes. They looked great, and the price was within my budget. The place was clean and the staff friendly. I will go back again to get a manicure.

I tried to get a pedicure at this place for first time they rush you in and out of the chair the lady I had did not know what she was doing she cut one of my toe nails longer then the other then when I mentioned it she cut the long one to short that it didnt match my other toe the so called manger tried fixing it and messed it up more so now my toe nails are two different sizes and she refusing to fix them but want me to pay full price for the pedicure THE WORKERS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING the lady next to me had round and square nails on one foot they are not good at pedicures at all DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD PEDICURE. The price is to much for the crazy service and so cheap they use tissue instead of using toe separators

Great experience!!! Hot stones and towels for legs and feet. Complimentary water, and neck and back massages. It was clean and inviting. It was worth every penny!!!

I really wish I had stuck with my regular salon. I called this salon because my normal salon was full for the day for a pedicure. Within the first 10 minutes I regretted coming. Ill admit my feet are not the best. Calluses run in my family and because Im constantly on my feet they get kinda gross. However THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU TALK ABOUT MY FEET WHILE IM IN YOUR CHAIR. They dont speak much English here, and while I dont speak chinese it was very clear they were joking about my feet to each other. Ive never been so uncomfortable to get salon service. If your subconscious about your feet in anyway you wont want to come here.

Love this place, the service provided by the friendly staff is amazing. They treat us with respect and they are professionals . The massage was awesome. I truly recommend this spa and nail salon .great job

Used to come here all of the time for gel nails & pedicure. Loved the process. However recently I’ve noticed I have been rushed a lot or them not doing their absolute best.. Went in two days ago for a full set and they’re faded, thinly polished, bulky, and unprofessional. Very disappointed and will not return..

Went with my mom and brother. It seemed like they rushed through the service. We got a package I cannot recall which one now though. The Pedicure chair I was put in was broken. The shoulder massage felt great but she tweeked a muscle which hurt waking up the next morning. My nails and toes did look great however and they were super friendly to us. I feel it was close to closing time so it was rushed.

Used to be a regular customer.. Ive never had a problem with walking in and getting my nails done until recently I would be getting them done and customers would walk in tell them what they want done.. fill they would say no sorry then another person would come in for the same thing and they would take them...they pick and choose who they want to service ..sign says walk ins welcome but at their choosing....they rush to get them done and getting very sloppy I have had to go home and fix them because they cant understand what I am trying to say...

Probably one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I wanted a new full set they talked me into getting a fill. They used dip powder for my fill. It doesn’t even look like I got a fill and I payed 40$. Not to mention the nail tech I had CiCi cut my finger & it’s still burning after 2 days. Never again. Waste of time & money.

I have had a couple bad experiences before that made me leery about getting my nails done again. Cici from Plum nails took all of that away. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and cant wait to take my daughter there for a kids mani pedi. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and go there again.

I having been going there since the day it opened the last 3 times were not very good, I gave a 2nd n a 3rd (being today) try and the service has gone down hill. I always make appointments. Because they are so busy however making a appointment doesnt matter. I waited 35 mins. Then I had the guy and he was in such a rush. No Customer service at all. He acted like he did not want to work. Huffing n puffing, slammed my feet down. Unfortunately today was my last time there. Time to find a new place.

Okay I love getting my feet done here. The jelly massage, the heel treatment, the hot stones, its all great and they do a really good job with THAT. i saw other reviews and they dont do a free bottle of water anymore. Sunny, the manager is really nice and and some of of the workers are nice but theres some that are rude and do a sloppy job. The man/the husband that works there did my toes once and he was like slapping my feet and plopping them down into the water. He was good at getting the dead skin off but he was rough and rushing when there wasnt even nobody else waiting! He dont know how to paint toes either, I had to ask another lady to fix them

Bad first impression. I got a full set on Thursday and by the next day the gel polish was scraping off one finger now Sunday and more gel polish has come off from both hands. I’ve had full sets done before with the gel polish and never had this happen. The shape was not that great and the sides were not painted all the way. The nails look awful, waste of money.

I suffered a 1st degree burn on the bridge of my foot during a pedicure service. When I asked for her license number, she didnt have one to provide. These nail salons are notorious for switching the staff! The English speaking ones go to get the license and then non licensed people do the service

Had a manicure, tech kept getting up and leaving to do waxing on other customers, never soaked or pushed back my cuticles, then kept getting polish on my skin and cuticle and having to scrape it off. Polish looked sloppy along the edges but I didnt want to say anything. A few days later I noticed polish was cracking, I called to discuss what was going on, they told me to come in that day. When I got there my nails were looked at and I was told that sometimes this happens with the cracking and it was because of how my nails were, I then mentioned how sloppy the polish was she told me that they could redo it but I would have to pay. I had only had them done 4 days prior and was not willing to pay again. I drove 25 min to get there for no reason. I will NEVER go back. Horrible customer service as far as I am concerned and sloppy work.
