They have good service, a ton of Prius parts, and a very fair price for what I wanted.

These people are great and nice and helpful. They dont have the nice showroom, but they are auto-wreckers, not interior decorators. I went to a lot of other nearby auto wrecking companies to buy a battery. They were all very unhelpful.Labrum Auto Wrecking people are very very nice and helpful. They are not a repair shop; they sell parts. The price for my battery was good ($30) when I gave them the core, meaning my old battery. My battery worked great, and seemed like new.

Had a great and easy time getting a car part I needed. Call ahead to make sure your part is there. The tail light I needed was exactly as described. I think you can park right in front, but wasnt completely sure and parked on the street around the corner. Quotes over the phone exactly matched what I paid for in person. Excellent service.

I had a very positive experience with Labrum. I had a major engine failure and replaced the engine in my car with one from their yard. The new engine works great besides a noise that we determined to be the timing chain. I was disappointed and frustrated, but I called Gary and he was very willing to work things out with me. I recommend giving these honest people a try if youre looking for a good wrecking yard.

These guys were awesome and friendly. They stand behind their parts. They were upfront and honest, when the part didn’t work I as able to take it back and get full refund. They even ordered one from down south and called me when in. So went back and picked it up, was great. Saved me hundreds. Would definitely buy parts from them again.

I am very pleased to give these guys a 5 star review. They always do everything they can to make it right. A lot of the negative reviews on here are people that come looking for a literal miracle, a part that hasnt been manufactured for 20 or 30 years and either get mad they dont have it, or even more mad if its used. This is one of the best located junkyards as most others are way west, north, or south.

Found the impossible, the elusive third brake light pigtail for my Acura. I called with my make, model, and year range, they had one. The gentleman called me back to confirm, then he cut it out and had it waiting at the counter. Best $25 spent in quite some time. Wish Id gone there first.

I had pretty good experience up until recently. I got an applique for my car. An applique is the black door frame on the side of each door (google it if you dont know). Anyways, I tried returning it and they said they would not accept it i guess because its hard to put back on or whatever but basically I was not told of that when they took it off but when I try returning it they said NO.KINDA BULLSHIT TO ME!

Expensive and slow

When I asked if he would price match a rim in similar condition at another junkyard in SLC, he said no. The kicker is i said i was going to take a look at the other one first and might be back for that one too, he said itd be an extra ten bucks when i came back. Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time, owner seems to have little patience if you dont want to pay for their comparitively high prices.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to haggle on the price of a damaged part and suggested I could get the part elsewhere. They said if I returned they would add $50. Dont waste your time here!

I know its a junk yard and I shouldnt expect much in terms of customer service, but wow.. I call about a jackshaft that according to car-part they have. The guy I believe Ron tells me that they have it but its still in the car. I ask them to pull it and Ill buy it for the advertised $65. Nobody ever calls me although I was told they would after they pull it the next day so I call back and am told that it is all of a sudden a different model car than what they thought... I decide to stop by to verify this because they are right by my work and I speak to a wretched lady that cant ever make eye contact. She goes out there to verify the model and comes back saying that yes it is the right car and if I want the part it is now going to be $95. I tell her about the guy not only agreeing to 65 but that it is also on the website and she ignores it and basically tries to scam me on the spot. Avoid these guys like the plague, totally worthless.

Went to All Truck & Car down the street. They told me that it would be $75 and take a day to cut a pigtail section of the wire harness off. Called Labrum and they only charged $35 and took 5 minutes to cut that same section. I cant vouch for the one star reviews on here because every person has a different experience, but to me Labrum did exactly what I paid them for, and saved me time and money over the competition.

Horrible service. They said I needed a starter, but my car still wouldnt start. I paid them and had it towed to the dealer and needed an whole different part. I now question if I needed the starter at all. I cant believe a car place would charge me money and not fix my vehicle. I will never go there again!
