The staff is very helpful and very pleasant to be work with. They repair all of my gold pieces quickly and perfect. Thank you too the staff for all you do. Keep up the great customer service. -Chris-
I paid 1500 for this 14k solid gold chain from them and something told me it’s been a 4 months let’s see what they tell me what it’s worth now, she tell me she give me 400😂😂 for it! Never shopping there ever again! Gold is supposed to keep its value! I bought a wedding ring and went to return lost 1,000 on it#crooks and I thought they where trust worthy people smh!
Ashley is a wonderful sales person she helped me find the ring of my dreams!!!! It was super quick and didnt take long for it to come in and be ready! (10 days) wooow. If I ever need anything else Ill be going back to see Ashley!!!!
If you are looking for a place to sell your unwanted gold, look no further. The experience I had here was the best I have ever had bar, none. The store is incredible. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. The selection is on par with what I see in much larger cities. L.A., Vegas, N.Y. etcAs an independent investigative journalist I am often on the road. I had a ring that has been with me longer than I wanted to remember. Everytime I looked at it my mood was shot.I started calling it my bad mood ring.So on a whim I came here and I am glad I did.Dont take jewelry to a pawn shop, bring it here. You will be glad you did.If you read this far then you must go there. Tell them the Tiger King, Las Vegas, UFO guy sent ya!
Great customer service we bought gold and silver and will be back for sure.
We love the level of customer service we experience at Coin and Bullion Reserves and Tracy’s Fine Jewelry. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy! You won’t find another coin dealer/fine jewelry store with this type of service!
Love this jewelry store! They have so much to choose from and great prices. This is also where I go to get any of my jewelry repaired. They have such a great staff. Very professional and helpful!
My husband bought my wedding set from here. I never gave hints or told him what I wanted. He went in, talked to them and they helped him pick the most beautiful rose gold wedding set. We were set to get married on 10/21/18, and I dropped the set off the week prior to get cleaned and resized. Hurricane Michael hit and I thought for sure my set was either blown away or stolen, but much to my surprise they had it in a heavy duty safe that survived the storm. We still got married and I used a ring my grandmother gave me. Shortly after they opened and I was able to retrieve my ring. Tracy was there and she wouldnt accept my payment (which wasnt much, because theyre so affordable). They provide small-town customer service and prices on big town jewelry.
Most down to earth great people I’ve ever met. Great selections and always smiles on there faces. Wouldn’t get my coins or jewelry from anywhere else! 10/10 recommend for anyone!
Excellent staff, selection of items, and prices.
Had to have my husbands ringed sized. Although, the jeweler was extremely helpful, some of the staff were very ackward and even rude. They stared (sounds crazy typing this) and while waiting I asked the price of a watch to one of their female workers. She said, Im sorry but its very expensive most people cant afford it. I found it an odd comment to make by a vendor. When I returned to pick up my item, another gawking staff member was rude; she asked if I had any business there? I ignored her as I waited for my ring. (Btw, I was dressed in my work attire, uniform)The ring was sized very well; I am pleased with the work; which is what matters but the customer service was not very professional. I asked the jeweler about the watch and it ranges in the $1500 to $3500, which is more expensive than what I saw them going for in Europe, where they are made.
The woman who “helped” us sell our jewelry today was very rude from the instant she started offering her “services”. After avoiding us asking for help for 20 minutes the brunette woman behind the counter who claimed to have been in the business 30 years was disrespectful and condescending, when shown coins from the 1930s-40s that we hoped would have value, she told us it was “just worthless pocket change” and gave a dumbfounded look as if we were wasting her time bringing in business. When she finally got around to buying our gold and silver jewelry, and we were paid cash, I asked for a paper receipt to which she replied “we don’t give out any receipts out here”. I knew from previous transactions this was a ball face lie and they always print a receipt, but once I asked her why she was outright lying and was given the receipt it was obvious. She had under appraised our gold jewelry and marked it as “badly damaged” in their paperwork to attempt to give us the bare minimum money for our goods, and if I hadn’t had previous experience with the shop I could’ve easily been swindled like I’m sure many other unfortunate people who attempted to sell fine jewelry to these would-be thieves have been. For a woman who boasted about 30 years in this profession she should be ashamed that she used those 30 years to learn every sham possible to get over on honest people. I wish I had gotten her name so I could specify who exactly it was but it was obvious her actions were accepted and supported by this business as a whole.
Very great day!! The staff is kind, and the guy thats over the coins department. Is a really cool individual.
Wife went to buy a necklace, Ashley was very helpful, not pushy, went out of her way to find the right necklace
Coin and Bullion is an amazing jewelry store with helpful staff and quick service! Highly recommend if you’re looking to buy or sell jewelry!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it...Great selection of coins and jewelry...Fair prices, nice staff and overall a great place to shop...
Great store, I received wonderful hospitality from the employees who helped me out when I was in there, I highly recommend you purchase your jewelry from Tracy!
I never left this review although I always thought I should. 8 years ago I brought in a beautiful solitaire diamond ring to sell that I recently had appraised for $8,000. These folks offered me $250. I laughed out loud until I realized they were serious. It turned me off from ever doing any business with them since. I know an appraised value is not necessarily the amount that a buyer will pay for the item, but....$250 for an $8,000 diamond ring? Um, no.
Fixed bands on 3 watches this trip. Multiple transactions since 1989, never been disappointed.
I’ve collected coins for 30 years. Left this place very disappointed. Don’t waste your time. Name says Coin and Bullion and the had NO coins at all!! Just cheap jewelry.
Fast and friendly service at a good price. Enjoy visiting there
If you want fast, friendly Service with someone who knows everything about the business. This is the place to visit!
They have one hell of a selection be it coins or jewelry. Ive bought three necklaces and had a handful of coin transactions with these people and Ive had positive experiences.Im on my way down to PCB in the morning. Ill be taking some junk silver over next week and I cant wait to browse and possibly splurge:)
My husband has been buying from Larry Lee, the owner, since the 60s. Hes nothing but honest and hard working. We recently sold back to them my husbands entire collection and we were treated with respects and honesty. We received the best possible prices and were entirely happy with our transaction. Never once did we feel like we were being treated unfairly. The price was right the the employees were exemplary. I wouldnt wouldnt deal with anyone else when it comes to buying and selling gold and coin collections. Larry Lee even made a $850 error in his favor that we had no idea had occurred and further had no way to ever know it had occurred but when we returned to the store the next day he Larry Lee confronted us with the error, apologized profusely and handed us the $850 in cash. Crooks, not even a chance!!!!!! Larry Lee and his entire staff get first class ratings from me and my husband. We wouldnt go anywhere else and we travel from another state to get there.
If your looking at buying gold or silver bullion or coins they have a nice selection but their premiums are very high and their salesmen have very bad attitudes, and dont have a clue on how to treat a customer. The same two older/middle aged guys Ive dealt with both try to B.S you. I know about coins and dont like getting treated like I know nothing so they can lie and scam me about theirgreat prices. They just want your money quick. Larry Lee seems like a good guy I wish I could deal with him instead, hes retiring soon and I hope he replaces some of these people with more customer friendly salesmen.
Like drug dealers but for people who like to invest their fiat currency into wise investments. I come in regularly when Im in town for my fix. On a serious note though they are a very intelligent, professional, and well rounded crew. I would highly recommend them to any silver bugs that are considering dropping in or people that are considering a portfolio expansion into precious metals.
James helped me find the coins i wanted. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. A great shopping experience.
Great Staff! I brought some of my junk silver coins to them and got a great deal. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. While I was there, a young boy came in looking at coins to build his collection. I overheard the conversation and the staff helped this young boy with coin cases and with some coins to build onto his collection. I highly recommend just stopping by and seeing their selection!
Very knowledgeable and professional business in all of Bay County...Publix is runner up.
They are very helpful. I Definitely be back
So the first reviewer pretty much discovered that he can make more money retailing something than selling it to a store at wholesale. Uh, thanks for the tip but most people already know that. When you go to 7-11 to buy milk do you complain because the price is too high? Its called C-O-N-V-E-N-I-E-N-C-E. (As in convenience store). Convenience has a price which you just described. Calling it getting ripped off just displays an element of ignorance. Getting ripped off and paying for convenience are two entirely different things.Be that as it may, I have found no better source for buying RARE COINS. These guys have an excellent inventory and I have found them very fair to deal with! In fact I plan to travel to PCB to visit this store in the near future and Im coming from South Florida! These folks are honest and nice to deal with. And YES, they may want to make a profit so they can pay the rent, but they are still very fair in my book, and Ive done a lot more than one bracelet transaction with them.Richyrich
I guess all the good reviews are friends or ignorant people with money to blow. 3 dollars under spot for silver. Didnt check on gold or anything else. Had to exit quick
The people who work there are so helpful and friendly. Ive come in with jewelry to sell and had some items that were not real gold or silver. They never made me feel silly or dumb because of that.. Ive been other places that made me feel foolish that I didnt know the difference. Thank-you coin and bouillon!!
Very nice folks and reasonable prices with a great selection of jewelry, coins and Bullion.
I dont know who Tone talked to, but I dealt with James and he was extremely nice and made me a good price on a hard to get item. I appreciated his attitude.
The lady who is a manager is extremely rude and condescending. I will never do business with this place again. The staff is uneducated and not friendly at all.
Very nice & helpful. Good prices paid when they buy jewelry.
If you are looking for it he has it. Bought several hard to find coins from here over the years. Always fair priced.
My “go to” place for coins! Best service and pricing found to date!
Very nice, worked with me on pricing to fit my budget. Very professional.
Rude
