Imtiaz was very responsive, helpful, understanding, and most importantly made the delivery timely and correctly. Would definitely recommend.

Ive known Sheikh and been using GE for 8 years. Theyve done hundreds of deliveries for me. Probably 99% of deliveries were as expected. Thats much better than any other service youll find in the bay area. Also, theyre very reasonably priced. In fact, for me, they dont care about weight too much so it may actually be cheaper to courier something than have it delivered UPS/Fedex Ground. Dont know if thats their policy for everyone though.

I have never written a review for any business before but I had to write one for this experience. Golden Express came on the incorrect date to pick up our packages (while arriving nearly half an hour later than our stated time). They then came an hour late on the correct date only after I called. The scheduled date and time was correct in the confirmation email but they got it wrong TWICE. This was a very important package and was thankfully received before the deadline but it was not worth all the stress!

Extremely fast and consistent! Golden Express shows no lack of professionalism in their service. Even at odd/peak hours, these guys have provided a speedy and reliable courier & freight service with very reasonable pricing--no matter what time or day it is.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I needed a prototype for a Mec Eng project I am working on safely transported from Palo Alto to my start up in LA. Golden Express brought the prototype to me. I worked on it and also sent it back to Palo Alto using their service. I had no idea that things could get shipped so fast between Norcal and Socal. I used their same day service for both shipments and will definitely be using them again in the future.
