I love the care that Dr. Nguyen takes during my visits to make sure I understand everything going on while taking every precaution to keep me comfortable. I have a history of being a very nervous dental patient and had gone many years without seeing any Dentist because of it. I am actually excited for future appointments to finish up the treatment plan for super healthy teeth and gums, while he replaces very old, failing fillings. He does amazing, precise work and showed everything to me on the flatscreen TV, both before and after. I also appreciated the little tab (I dont know what it is called!) he put into my mouth to hold my mouth open for me, so I could relax my jaw the entire time. I know this may sound silly, but its these little things that make the whole experience that much better. The experience at Future of Dentistry was wonderful from my first step into the door to the last step out the door; actually it was wonderful before I even step foot into the business. I called them before my appointment because I wasnt sure how much of the procedure the insurance would cover. They Looked up my history and was able to tell me the estimated out of pocket cost.When I arrive at the business, I was seen within minutes. The waiting area was spacious and looked very clean and modern. They led me to one of the procedure rooms and again, the room looked clean and modern. Its also nice that there was only 1 chair in that room so I felt relaxed and calm because I couldnt hear other patients being worked on. It was also a plus due to Covid. I saw Dr. Nguyen and he was excellent. Explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was very gentle when he gave me the local anesthesia, I barely felt a pinch. The whole process felt like it was catered to me and didnt feel rushed like you would with some other dentists. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing dental office. They are prompt, professional, and very friendly. After my 1st visit I felt like Id been going to this office for years. The Dr and his staff work like a well lubed machine. I was honestly extremely impressed by everyone who worked here. I have plans to switch all my kids and my Wife over to this office for future dental care needs. They are truly an amazing practice. When this practice changed hands a few years back I nearly left but decided to stay on and give it a chance. Im SUPER happy I did. Not only is the staff fantastic (from the front desk through the hygienists right up to the dentist himself!) but theyre very transparent, answer all my questions (Im extremely curious so this is a thing for sure), provide me with the results of every visit and present me with options and pricing so I know exactly whats going on at all times. I love love love this place! I came here because of Dr. Danny. He’s amazing and highly professional. I finally found a dentist office that gives my teeth the personal care and created a plan for me to have healthy teeth. The team is amazing, I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone there. I have referred my family and friends to them and they are very happy as well. Best dental experience ever! From the front to the clinical staff, everyone is so welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calming. I don’t even feel like I’m at the dentist when I’m there. Dr Nguyen and Meagan are both very thorough and gentle- two important qualities you need in dentistry! When my dentist of 10 years danced around appointment availability while I was in excruciating pain, I called the Future of Dentistry in Billerica, they were able to see me within 2 hours. Everyone was so nice and understanding and my problem resolved! All dental work was done efficiently and painlessly. Dr. Nguyen was wonderful and personally checked on my healing progress twice! He explained the procedure in detail and answered every question with great patience. Needless to say this is now my home for dental needs.

The staff is incredibly kind and I find an able to get an appointment whenever is most convenient to me. My whole family uses this practice and I feel like the reception desk and the doctor really know who we are.

I am a nervous wreck at the dentist normally but Dr Nguyen and the team there put me entirely at ease. This was my third visit to Future of Dentistry and each time exceeds the prior. Dr. Nguyen and the staff go out of their way to accommodate any need or quell any anxiety you may have. Dr. Nguyen listens, truly listens, to what you say and your concerns. He is up-to-date with the latest techniques and has a gentle way of explaining the best course of action as well as being an incredibly skilled dentist. I have been a patient at F.o.D. for the past 3 years and have found them to be a terrific dental office. The receptionists are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. The office has been renovated and is comfortable, clean and bright. The practice uses the latest in dental technologies to insure lasting quality results. The attention to detail from the hygienists and Dr Daniel is interactive and relaxed, there are always some good tunes on to take your mind off of things. I have had several crowns installed over the past 3 years in addition to regular cleanings and each has gone smoothly with expert attention to the results, my comfort and pain threshold. I would strongly recommend them as a cutting edge dental practice in Billerica.

Top notch stuff. I got rear ended on my way to an appointment and they were able to get me in for a cleaning, 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The staff are all fun and professional. No cavities this time! My first experience with the team made me want to care more about my dental hygiene and no longer lie about flossing.

Brutally honest is going to be an understatement.I was recommended from word of mouth about this place and coming from someone who hasn’t been to a dentist in an uncomfortable amount of years, i decided to give it a go.. for my grandfather. I was prepared to send him in for an entire full set of brand new teeth. To sum up my outlook in One word.. Caring.sNot only did the entire staff treat my grandfather with gentle care, direct genuine advice and patience. they even recommended me alternative options away from their business as cost efficient alternatives.. talk about honesty right?I was so wowed that i decided to do some adulting and book an appointment for myself.Not only is my grandfather old but he has zero english. Given it was a Vietnamese dentist, Dr Nguyen was more than helpful when it comes to making him feel comfortable.My first cleaning I had Meagan. i felt embarrassed. 5+ years was a long time since my last visit i didn’t know how my anxiety would treat me. She instantly recognized and reassured me how not only was my adulting a good decision but followed with pictures to show me how much they really helped. I was blown away. I instantly booked 4 more appointments.Following the cleaning came the cavity reviews. Dr Nguyen instantly recommended me cheaper places given their coverage however with their amazing membership the cost was in my budget. I decided to get 7 fills and four extractions. After my first fills i was amazed. Any longer the crater would’ve been terrible damage. They told me my appointment was 90 minutes. Marling and Dr Nguyen spent 2 and a half hours making sure my bite was okay and the fill was comfortable. Marling mentioned being hungry i assumed they worked through their lunch break.Dr nguyen stepped away for a second and I thanked them. Marling whispered i came as a temp and stayed. Emphasizing that she was amazed by Dr Nguyen’s dedication .. that she decided to stay long term.Music to my ears right ?For those who appreciate reviews.. consider that this gut shot decision turned to a life long patient and i will forever thank the Billerica staff for changing my entire outlook on a visit to the dentist.

Let me start off by saying that I have terrible enamel. I floss and brush daily, yet have spent thousands (yes thousands!) of dollars on fillings and crowns. So when I canceled my cleaning at my fancy dentist in Downtown Crossing and fled the city at the start of the pandemic, I started going to FoD for my dental services. Since then, I have been super happy with the results. The folks over at FoD are fast, professional and affordable. They are not rude or judgmental about the previous work Ive had done on my mouth and they act like theyre on my team, as opposed to so many dentists that only try to make you feel guilty. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Future of Dentistry ever since they took over for Dr. Frankle. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nguyen and his crew. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but the staff here makes it quick, painless and anxiety free. I even did my Invisalign through them and am 100% satisfied. The front desk staff is great as well. Extremely accommodating and are always able to work with my busy schedule!

This was my first visit to Future of Dentistry. I went to the Billerica office. From the moment I walk into office I knew I was in the right. The front staff greeted me name, when I asked about my insurance I was told what I told her on the phone was all set and I did not have to do anything. Megan, my hygienist walked within 5 minutes and again greeted me by name. Her personality was such as I felt like I talking to someone I knew my whole life. Cleaning and XRAYS were done with full explanation, I actually learned I was flossing the the wrong way. My Dr came into the room literally 5 minutes later, again the most easiest person to talk to. I knew I needed work done and he explained how I was a risk for gum disease ( I was told that my old dentist 2 yrs ago )Instead of charging me for a scaling, he wanted to wait since my teeth were cleaned and I was retrained to floss correctly - instead my taking my money he opted to wait 3 months in hopes if I did the right thing my flossing it would heal. He assured me that on my next visit ( with Tuesday and I went on a Thur) we would review my plan of care in care. I know I need work done and the last 2 dentists I saw over the past 4 years, I kid you not- only wanted my money. Upon leaving I was a print out of the cavity and crown I know I need in detail- this is for the next next. They wanted me to review it in case I questions. They are building an addition on building for additional services. I honestly cannot say anything negative about this practice- as people say follow our gut and I know Future of Dentistry will now be my permanent dentist practice. The have other offices but each practice has their own team and there is not staff running back and forth office hopping. So you will have the team at everything. I am one of those who are scared of dentists ( which is why I did not go often and dental problem are of my own doing) For any who has a fear of dentists, waiting 15-30 after your appointment time to see someone- although I only had one visit - my gut is telling me this practice does not operate that way. I was told they schedule you appointment time based on what you need done and do not book the appointment before or after you without looking a the schedule so I do not wait and the person after me does not.ALSO- first question I was when I Megan came out was if I had used hand sanitizer at the front desk this review is long and I do not do reviews often- but Future of Dentistry earned this from my first call to inquire about them until I walked out the door with my goody bag- not just any dental goody one, but a real one!!!!!!!

I have anxiety in general and my dental anxiety is even worse. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past so I did a lot of research and stumbled upon FoD. I was weary going in but my experience at FoD Billerica was awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen! He had a lot of patience with me, and let me make my corny jokes. He checked to make sure I wasn’t in pain and kind of gave me a “this is where we are this is what’s next.” At one point my anxiety really started acting up and I had to ask for a few minutes to get it together and Dr. Nguyen was so kind to give me a break. Like any medical/dental office the more breaks, the more it makes the doctor run behind schedule but Dr. Nguyen was really cool about it. I was completely pain free the entire time!For anyone with anxiety, the only thing that triggered it was really the drill sound and the extended time I had my mouth open because my jaw was sore and tired. I’m not sure why that triggered an anxious response but I know I’m in good hands there.The dental assistants and administrative staff at FoD Billerica are just as awesome! Warm and welcoming, everyone is knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

This was the best over all dentist visit I have ever had. Everyone was very nice and extremely professional. It is a remarkably clean facility! From the second you walk in, you will feel cleaner. Everyone was notably efficient, especially incorporating all of the new procedures due to COVID. All that being said, I have to save my praise for my dental hygienist Kate. She was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. She spoke with a depth of knowledge in response to all of my questions. I really enjoyed the fact that she let me know exactly what she was doing, before she did it and then continued to explain while she worked. Todays experience with Kate has set a new standard for my future expectations. I can definitely wait to go back, but I will certainly be looking forward to the customer care next time I go. I few words to describe FOD Billerica are friendly, professional, transparent, educational and informative. What I love most about coming to FOD is the level of care that is provided at every dental visit. I know I am in good hands because of the feeling I get from the entire FOD team: from checking-in with Allysha and Erin to my visits with either the dental hygienist or Dr. Nguyen. Everyone is very welcoming and professional! Additionally, the entire process of receiving dental care is extremely efficient. I feel as if it’s super easy to book an appointment, communication is very clear and concise, and my visits always seem to run smoothly.My routine dental cleanings with the hygienist have always been very thorough and clean. I also have to add that Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist! I find that Dr. Nguyen is very patient and makes sure his work is done perfectly with care. He doesn’t rush and always checks in with me to make sure I am not in any pain. He explains everything that is going on and shares any findings with me and as a patient it makes me feel comfortable and confident about how I can go about taking care of my teeth. The office is clean and professional and the staff were absolutely lovely. I had a cleaning after not going to the dentist in 3 years. The cleaning was a bit uncomfortable obviously but the hygienist was compassionate and gave my breaks when I needed them. The consult with the dentist was both educational and enjoyable. Dr. Nguyen is SO NICE. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I hate going to the dentist and they made it as enjoyable as possible.

It has been over 2 years since I have been to the dentist. My insurance listed this location as an option. I called to double check that my insurance was accepted. Linda was pleasant both times I spoke to her to book and reschedule my original appointment. Upon arriving and walking into the office, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is beautiful!!! The new patient forms were quite simple as it was done ahead of time as an option over the internet, which is the option I selected. Every appointment I have had has been on time (I had 3). Danielle is great! Very personable and well experienced. She gave me advice on how to improve my method of cleaning my teeth and even showed me the proper way to floss :) Any questions I had, her and Dr. Nguyen were attentive and making sure I was satisfied. Lastly, I really like it that they take feedback seriously. Definitely recommend this office!

Hadnt gone to the dentist in a few years. Was referred by my wife after her wonderful experience at Future of Dentistry. Setting up an appointment and giving them my insurance information was easy and quick. Was able to find an appointment time that fit my schedule and worked for me. X-rays were done quickly and efficiently. After Dr. Nguyen went through them he explained what treatment I needed. Didn’t give me any run around and was very professional. Lastly my cleaning was exceptional. I could definitely tell the difference from before and after. The staff and management were very patient while I tried to sort out my dental insurance over the course of a month. They helped me keep an emphasis on my teeth, not just the bills. I hate the dentist, people who know me, know how much. I never write about my experiences in the dental world, but this time I must. If someone is looking for a new dentist can I please recommend Future of Dentistry in Billerica. They are new to the area. I have been going to them for 6 months now and with the latest technology; the staff from Linda at the front who greets you warmly, to Linda in the back to Dr. Nguyen they are best. They make you feel very comfortable and really listen to my concerns. I am proud to say I now have a dentist!

I had 9 cavities from not coming to the dentist in 2+ years. But Dr. Nguyen and Rylee patched everything up over 3 appointments with minimal discomfort. Linda was also stellar, emailing me a breakdown of the costs for my appointments. Ive never met a team that put me more at ease, and that was so fast and professional. The one downside to the practice is that theyre closed Fridays, but the benefits take care of that in spades and theyre open until 7 some nights. Ill be sticking with Future of Dentistry.

I had my first visit at Future of Dentistry in Billerica, the whole team was wonderful from the second I called to schedule my appointment. Linda at the front desk was so welcoming when I first arrived, she had helped me fill out my paperwork online to make the process easier when arriving. I was then greeted by Danielle B, my hygienist who was very gentle yet very thorough in cleaning some problem areas that I had, she took all my xrays and discussed some areas of concern. I then met Dr. Danny Nguyen and his assistant Rylee who will be performing my fillings at my next visit. Overall, I felt at ease during the entire appointment and I can’t remember the last time my teeth felt this smooth and clean. The team works seamlessly together and actually made me look forward to going to the dentist!

Future of Dentistry is an amazing hidden gem! Conveniently located with plenty of parking. This is an updated and state of the art office. Upon arrival I was greeted by the most caring and professional staff. The hygienist who did my cleaning was spectacular. I went back to complete dental work and was once again very pleased with the levels of professionalism and dedication by the Dentist and his entire team. I will recommend this practice to all my friends and family.
