My review is based on my experience with the West Allis location and the location on Milwaukees south Side off of Mitchell.The west Allis location is phenomenal. My recruiter was Amanda. Initially they had me placed at a company in oak creek and my first night experience was horrible. The next day I went in and explained the outcome to Amanda and she immediately pulled me from their and had me placed at a better company.If the South Side location would be anything close to the location in West Allis this would be a 5 star. However, the Southside location off Mitchell is horrible at given call backs. Horrible at even making it at least appear as they care about looking for work for you. Some of the recruiters are extremely Rude and act as if they lack interest in what you are truly looking for.Anywho, steer away from the Mitchell Street location. If youre looking for work, and are an earnest worker and want to be treated with respect and the agency be professional. Then go to the West Allis Location.

Audrey made the stressful process of finding and transitioning into a new position so easy for me. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had and a pleasure to work with. She was able to place me with a temp to hire position with a company I feel will be a good fit for me in a very short amount of time. During these trying times, I truly appreciate all she has done to ensure I have the tools I need to succeed in the New Year.

I received a six month contract 3 mo after losing my job of 3 yrs. After the contract ended, Aubrey Boetcher presented an opportunity for part time which was perfect for both the employer and myself. An answer to prayer for me as I had recently decided to semi retire and only work part time. An answer to prayer for my employer as there rarely are candidates who truly seek part time positions. I have nothing but great things to say about QPS! I had a placement within 2 days of speaking with Megan (shes amazing) and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with what my best interest were. They were proactive with all communication and when I did have questions, someone always got back to me before the end of that day. The West Allis location does not hired black with skill sets above labor. They can CLAIM diversity, but really dont...so they drew me in with an online post or a position that was closed long ago, but when you get there, they collect resumes and tell you they are going to for you, but they dont. I hate when people lie to me and play games, so if your Black person thats highly-skilled...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Collecting resumes to justify that you;re diverse is a very unethical practice.

If I could give them 0 stars I would give it a 0. They did not help me at all. I went to them a month ago. I have a college degree and was trying to find a college level job. I was assigned to the Recruiter Aubrey Boetcher. She only reply to my emails in the beginning. She did not respond to my emails or gave me a call back after leaving many messages. It seemed as if she was not interested in helping. This employment company is a waste of time. I was waiting to hear from them and wasted one month. Dont waste youre time investing in them because they are not interested in investing in you.

QPS is terrific!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and Joe C. got me an absolutely amazing IT position, and I couldnt be happier!! All of the other positions through QPS, are mostly manufacturing, where they get THOUSANDS of applicants per day. Most of the reviews on here are posted by butt-hurt individuals, who get upset because they dont get a call back in a day or 2 after applying. DISREGARD these reviews, they are inaccurate, and made by factory people who are used to making about $12.50 an hour, and only want to complain.QPS - A Great Place to Work!!!

No call back, no response to e-mails...Not just once or twice, but ever! not one call back, ever!This company is not maximizing its utility, and its employees are not producing what they are paid to produce. I cannot recommend Ms. Reid, or any of QPSs employees to people who come to employment groups for help.Do not waste your time, energy and efforts on these people. I had several interviews this week and put energy, resources and not to mention travel time into this place. To think I could have spent those hours with other employers. The stories here carry a lot of weight and there is a reason people continue to deal with this unprofessionalism and bs. The employees at QPS think they are above everyone. False. They are disrespectful and like to place judgement on others as well as falsely accuse.A long time ago I wrote a rave review for a recruiter who went above and beyond to assist me. Like another individual who wrote about the way he was discriminated against, I unfortunately dealt with the same thing almost two years later. I also learned that this recruiter was a liar and falsely documented my experience and information. I have never been so disappointed in my life.As someone who works as a recruiter I am appalled by their behavior. I already filed my complaint with Human Resources and suddenly words that were spoken to me by the Professional Director were “never said and if that was true it was taken out of context.” I wrote down what was said to me verbatim.Recruiters at QPS believe that they can justify placing your status in their system as they see fit. Please be aware before you work with an employer under QPS that if that employer (say the owner) simply does not like you based on their standards (personality traits what have you)—QPS will place you as “no show: attendance.”They will go back to email correspondence from a couple years ago and state you were a “no show” for an interview after leaving an interview at their facility. They use Bullhorn but I question what ATS they used at the time two years ago to set someone’s status like that...As a professional I just don’t have the energy for these people. It’s disgusting and everyone should be warned. It is WRONG to falsely accuse especially when there is correspondence stating otherwise. As a recruiter you should be ashamed to do this to people.A no show does not = employer feels individual is not a good fit. They are not the same.Just like... QPS does not = ethical!This was a coupe years ago already and there’s a part of me that wants to reach out to the employer just to get a tangible statement for QPS. I don’t care if the owner didn’t “like me.” The world is full of people like that. Really considering making that move when or if I have nothing better to do because QPS is just full of it.

I went to Aubrey at QPS after finding out my workplace was closing. My wife and I just had a baby less than 3 weeks old and things were looking bleak. After a couple weeks I heard back from Aubrey that she had found a job for me in the field I was looking in. Aubrey and QPS set everything up and now I have been retained by my new employer. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend QPS to anyone looking for their next career.

My review is very accurate. I would give Zero Stars if I could. Dont waste your Time with this place unless you are Black or Mexican. I have a College Education & Graduated with a 4.0 GPA & High Honors. This place is a joke. The Recruiter Gao Her stated that she would find me work. Over a month later, still No work. Her Boss Sarah is just as Bad. I actually have the experience for several of the jobs that I applied for with QPS. I have applied for at least 20 Jobs with QPS which I can Prove. I also have all the E-mails from Gao Her. Gao Her Claims that I am supposedly not qualified for any of them... even though I have experience working in the fields of the jobs that I applied for. Maybe if I was Black or Mexican or was a Minority they would have hired me in a second because they get a kick back from The State. Wait... I am White Man who is a 5th Generation American Natural Born Citizen & American National with a College Education... I am a Minority. I actually had to Contact Governor Scott Walkers Office & The Wisconsin Department Of Labor to have a Investigation launched against Gao Her, Sarah, & QPS for Employment Discrimination. The Investigation is currently underway. Maybe QPS will get Fined for Employment Discrimination. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Very poor follow up. Late phone messages (not a call but dialed right to messages) meant missing several opportunities. No consistent communication. Did not follow up on any job opportunities. Look anywhere else.
