I specifically booked an appointment here based on the reviews for one of their staff. I went to this location for the first time 2 days ago for my wax. My appointment was at 6:30 pm and I walked through the door at 6:31 pm. The receptionist informed me that they have just brought someone back so I would have to wait. That’s fine. Then I was asked to pay/tip before I was seen. The receptionist waited to go home and not have to wait until I was done with my wax. That was fine I guess. But as i was leaving I found out the waxer was not the person I booked... that explained my experience during the wax. The person that waxed me was very nice but was not the one I booked with. I emailed them to ask why i was not informed about them not having the person I booked there see me. I booked that person specifically based on their great reviews. No response.

Ive been waxing my ears for years with BW and I never had any problems until I decided to go to Duluth location. The receptionist was very polite, but the esthetician was 20 min late and got my left ear bleeding for more than an hour which never happened before. Im very upset.

Angela did a full wax and threading last time I went and not only takes her time to do her job well but will give you recommendations for you to care after and what could work best for you. I have been going to Brazilian wax since it was Bare and the improvements have been great! Much better wax products! Since the switch I have been seeing Zulema and I can’t say enough good things about her; waxing can be an awkward experience but she has never made it feel that way. This is a great, clean, professional and relaxing self-care, pamper setting. I love my tech, Angela. I keep consistent appointments for a full body waxing and full face threading. I was even able to try sugaring during a promotional. Every service that I receive is done well. Scheduling online is super convenient. And the body care products available on site are amazing.
