Beautiful house and is bigger than in looks in the photos! We had three families and we each had our own space with plenty of separation between the rooms. The pool area is comfortable, even in the heat. The kitchen is big and lots of room to have many cooks in at the same time. Love the neighborhood and we brought our bikes and explored all the other pools around. So fun! I would definitely recommend this house. Poolside vacation rentals is the best! From Cassidy (the person who communicated with me prior to the trip, and during our stay), to Jessica (who was onsite), as well as Christie (who also provided support during our stay), the level of service was off the charts.The facility itself was stellar, but in some ways, the experience itself can be made or broken by the feeling you get from the team managing the experience. In this case, it was abundantly clear from the very first communication months prior, that this team genuinely wanted us to have the fullest, most satisfying experience possible, and would be available 24/7 to help make that happen. That kind of sincerity of intention doesnt grow on trees. Poolside Vacation Rentals were fantastic hosts for our stay in Rancho Mirage. Not only were they super responsive to our requests, but they did a great job prepping the house, walking through all of the technology and features, and ensuring we were very happy with our stay. The house we rented for the month was fantastic, but the team at Poolside made our stay exceptional.

This was by far the best Air-BnB stay we’ve experienced. There was some cold water in the refrigerator and some snacks available upon arrival. The customer service was the best with open communication from the initial reservation to the very end. The house was extremely clean with plenty of basic supplies. It was spacious enough for two families and a dog. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. We enjoyed using the pool and cooking on the bbq. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are shopping centers within a 10 minute drive. If your looking for a quiet retreat, this is the spot!

I would stay here time and time again! The inside of the house was just as beautiful as the backyard. I love how they thought of everything for everyone from the pool table, games, hammock to an amazing peaceful poolside setting.The master bed was super comfortable and felt great for my bad back, therefore I slept amazing each night. The entire house was a very “homey“ feeling. We definitely did not want to go home after our time there. Highly recommend!

Our Poolside Vacation Rental home exceeded all expectations! Although the photos are wonderful, they do not even do the home justice! The home’s layout and big windows allowed for a great space for our group to spread out as needed, while also allowing us to relax together. The backyard with the pool and hot tub were excellent. We were so happy with all of the helpful amenities for a group – large pantry, lots of towels, etc. The home is located on a quiet street, but is just a five minutes drive to all sorts of stores, including Target, Trader Joe’s, a large grocery store and Starbucks! We really enjoyed morning walks to the beautiful Tennis Gardens about a half mile from the house. The cherry on top of our stay is that one of the companys property managers met us at the rental to walk us through the house. He went above and beyond and helped us onload our vehicle! We had such a wonderful long weekend in Palm Springs/La Quinta! I would definitely stay here again!

We and another couple stayed for 6 days. The house ended up being even better than the pictures! The master bedroom was a nice size, with access to the pool, an attached bathroom with a walk in closet. The beds were very comfortable, as was the entire house. Everything in the house was high end, and had everything you would need. It was close to down town and there was a nice list of suggested restaurants and activities, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and lounging under the umbrellas. It was hot while we were there, so we didnt turn of the firepit, but we did have our morning coffee out there.PVR was very friendly and responsive! We had trouble figuring out the TV system, and Christie walked me thru it over the phone, but offered to send someone right out. It was a simple thing, and she got it working over the phone. Then Jesus showed up to see if we still needed help, and brought us cupcakes for our trouble, wow! Very impressed with the customer service, for sure!This was our first trip to Palm Springs and we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, or a better experience. Thank you!!

A Palm Springs vacation to remember! We stayed at a beautiful home in Palm Springs represented by Poolside Vacation Rentals. The home was meticulously cared for with guests in mind. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by both the property and attentive service from this management company. The home was gorgeous and more beautiful than in pictures. The backyard had great mountain views, lounge chairs along the pool with end-tables, and umbrellas all lined up and color coordinated with the accent pillows. The type of detail you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Our family spent many hours outside enjoying the many amenities, desert sunshine and relaxing ambiance that is so hard to find anywhere else. We will definitely be back! In the meantime, we must recommend Poolside Vacation Rentals as a vacation home management service in Palm Springs. Day or night they were responsive and eager to ensure we had a great experience. And there is no question this home was well cared for and prepared perfectly for traveling guests.

Customer service and very quick follow up was awesome. The home was great and very clean and COVID safe.I would use them for a vacation rental again.

The house was a great location for a golf weekend. The property was clean and the management was very helpful and responsive when we needed them.

My family and I tend to stay in 5-star hotels on vacation but we started staying at Airbnbs during our COVID-19 travels. Many Airbnbs have been average or below average experiences but boy was this home a TREAT. The home is beautiful and so well curated. Not only is this property artistic but it is also so spacious. Everything you could possibly need is in the house and its location is so convenient. We took out meals from delicious restaurants every day and the airport is less than 10 minutes away. It is a great home for both an adults-only vacation and a family vacation. Lastly, communication with the host was excellent.
