Their service is very unprofessional. They definitely need proper training handling cars. I have had a bad experience with them and so have a few of my family members as well.

The roadside service and towing service was good, the driver was kind, understanding, and was quick. I can imagine people not being happy cause their car was impounded but these guys are just doing their jobs. Im happy with the service.

Towed my work van right out front of my house, was told it would be $150 to retrieve on the phone that night, then the next day was charged for an extra day + more fees totalling $480. Shady business all the way around, any patrol company using this service can get a one star too. Period

ITow is a predatory tow company working with Patrol One. My work truck was towed because it was 6” off my driveway. It was loaded with thousands of dollars of material to be installed the next day. Besides the $305 tow fee, they cost me thousands of dollars in lost income and good will with my customer. My neighbors warned me about them when I moved in years before. They had been towed, too.

I came to the car right when Omar got there. He with badge #31 at patrol masters are fraud. They did not see my permit and wanted to tow my car. Exploiting. I was charged $120. Give me a refund. I took out the permit from my car in front of patrol master as well as Omar but they used fouls language and said we didn’t see the permit. You need to fire Omar as he is involved in making money through wrongful means with patrol masters. Stop exploiting people when there is no case.See you in court for illegally exploiting and getting $120 through illegal means.

I went to visit a friend. When I was leaving, my car wasnt there. I had no way of finding out where my car had been towed too. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally found out that this towing company towed my car. I was parked legally and yet they still towed me. I called them that night and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to come back in the morning. They charged me $300. I tried to reason with them with the price but they said there was nothing they could do about it. Shady towing company and overall poor service. I wish I could give 0 Stars.

Best Service and Price, Called 3 other companies in middle of the freeway they Quoted me the crazy numbers for 6 miles tow and 2 of them said an hour and half to get to my car, I found i Tow on google they gave me very reasonable price and driver arrived in 15 minutes.Thanks

In cohoots with local apartment complexes.I parked in a client’s driveway with at most 2 feet of my car hanging out in the street. I was there for 25 minutes max and i got towed in that time. Not blocking anyone and approved by the homeowner. My wheels were locked so they drug my car out of the spot, damaged my tireS. The truck driver idoled up To the spot So not to make any noise like a shark on tbe prowl, i didnt hear a peep and i was only 25 feet away indoors. I come out minutes later car gone, go to the tow lot no more than 15 minutes after being towed and the lot is closed so i have to pay another $75 overnight fee. Pathetic Organization. May press charges for damage to vehicle as the entire ordeal was caught on my sentry camera.

Brand new truck and they dinged my door. Was told they didnt after to enter my vehicle which is a lie. Ford pass notified me that the drivers side door was opened when the alarm went off.

Very unprofessional, they tow my car this morning is now 11: am and they want 310 dollars to take car back and the person on the phone was very rude.

My battery died and I called them at 4pm which is the rush hour. The lady, Sheiva was very friendly and the driver (Mario I think) got to me in like 10 minutes. Fair pricing too.

As everyone has said. These people are criminals, and predators. Illegally towed our car, major damage to it, charged 415 dollars and were the cruelest people I had ever met. Can you say lawsuit.

This company has damaged my Honda Civic and Insulted me calling me names in front of his child. The man had a diamond piercing in his face.

As other people have mentioned this towing company is predatory and will tow your car no matter what the circumstance. They are in cahoots with Patrol One. Not knowing that my HOA had changed the rules and no warnings are given by Patrol one, Patrol One calls these criminals to tow your car 1 min past midnight with out a single warning or ticket that gives the owner or the resident any time. They towed the car at 12:15AM just as my brother was leaving my house on my birthday. A night of celebration turned into a nightmare as this company would not pickup the phone after 30 calls and when they finally did they were rude and cruel about the whole situation. No remorse or compassion for my family that had 3 kids freezing at night without a car to go home with. We had to wait until the next day because they would not release the car until 3AM to pay there predatory fee to get the car back knowing that tomorrow is labor day and will charge an extra 65 dollars a day even if they are closed on that day. I had to pay 415 dollars to them to get the car and found out that after 3 days they will put a lien on the cars and sell them if they running cars or sell them to the junk yard for parts. A lawsuit is in the works for this company and they need to be shut down immediately. Please be warned and reach out to your HOA and lawyers if you were also taken advantage of by this criminal enterprise taking advantage of poor people.
