This was such a great tour. Saw so many celebrity homes. Rick the tour guide had so much interesting facts. Definitely doing it again. What a Class Act.

Took the celebrity tour today. Had an awesome ride and our tour guide Jeff was doing a good job. Loved the complimentary date shake too.

My husband and I took this tour this morning. Jeff, our driver and tour guide, did an excellent job of pointing out various celebrity homes in the area and provided an in depth knowledge of the history of the celebrity homes and also points of interest in the city. A mid-tour stop at a market for a delicious date milk shake was a treat. This tour enabled one to see celebrity homes of days past that would take a good deal if time to duplicate on your own. I highly recommend this tour. Well worth the time and money.

This is an excellent tour. Anne was our driver and guide and was a hoot!Drove us all over Palm Springs looking at all these great celebrity houses in this town. She gave us the history on the dates that are grown here. Stopped up in Palm Desert for a date shake. This tour is an excellent value. Comfortable coach bus too. Thanks again!

Second time on the tour. Couldn’t see anything from the back of the bus. If tour guide could be more specific on which house she was talking about it would have know. Had no clue in most cases which house. What color house would have been helpful. She needed to be more specific. I brought family on tour with me because I liked the first tour so much. This one was so disappointing:(

Our tour was so fun and educational. Our driver Gary is such a nice guy and funny, and a great driver. Our guide John and his knowledge of Palm Springs, and celebrity knowledge was very impressive. They make a great team. I can tell they love what they do. Id definitely recommend this tour to anybody. And the date shake was amazing.

This is just the best fun couple of hours. Anne Hall, the tour guide has a load of stories of the Hollywood celebrities and many more current people as well. She knows just about everything going on and where it is located in the valley. This was my third time hosting a visiting guest to enjoy the trip. My friend thought of this as the highlight of her week here....our retirement gift to her. Do this trip again and again.

I have a wonderful tine. The driver was on point meaning he’s very humorous he was very extremely friendly and we had fun with the crew that was on the bus we told a lot of jokes you know and he did driver Was excellent. he did more than his part. actually he’s a good driver very humorous and likable . He is very dedicated to his work.!!I’ll be back again soon so he get a 10+ for that trip. But they’re only five stars

Whether you are a first time or regular visitor to the Palm Springs area, I highly recommend this tour!! Fun and highly informative. I enjoyed every minute of it. Well worth the time and price of admission! The date shakes were a very nice treat, as well.

Our tour was conducted by Anne yesterday. She was a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about her subject. We loved her personal anecdotal approach to sharing stories about Hollywood Legends. We really enjoyed our guide, Anne. Her ability to remember so much information and to be able to convey it in a fun and interesting way was amazing! And to do that all while driving a full sized bus down streets no wider than an alley with twists and turns was unbelievable!The date milkshake was a refreshing break!!The only downfall was there was too much reflection on the windows, not sure how that can be remedied.Otherwise it was an A+ tour.

FUN!!! Tour guide/driver was engaging, entertaining, personable, and highly knowledgeable. This was my second tour with Celebrity Tours and found it just as interesting as the first time. A MUST SEE event for anyone visiting the area for the first time, steeped in Palm Springs history and facts you wouldn’t learn anywhere else.

Anne was a great tour guide, filled with knowledge and a delight to be with. Two in my group are licensed tour guides in Washington DC, for over 40 years, so we know what makes a good tour guide. The date shakes were an added bonus.

Very much enjoyed this tour. Had hoped to book an architectural tour but they were all booked up. Thought I was not particularly interested in the celebrities but Ann changed my mind. History, local info, lots of beautiful homes and definite pride in her town made it a lovely afternoon.

The bus was too cold. I let Jeff know and he tried to help but his solution did not fix the problem. He could have just adjusted the temperature but it didn’t feel like he did.He talked too much as well. Lots of useless info in my opinion. I personally don’t need to know how many bathrooms and bedrooms are in each home. I also didn’t like the way he described each celebrity home because he left us guessing until the very end who’s house it is or was. Just give us the facts and take a break from the commentary.We were a half an hour late getting back.Jeff seems like a nice guy who loves what he does. It’s just not the right tour for me.

Jeff was an excellent and informative tour guide. The only glitch we had was a problem with the bus’s AC system. We were baking on the first half of the tour. Jeff kept at it and found a fix and then gave us some extra time after the stop for the date shakes. Overall very enjoyable afternoon.

The guide was wonderful. Full of facts & stories. Even some humor. So much that she went at times too fast for my old brain to grasp. Also wished she repeated the names rather than using pronouns. But overall, could not be a better tour of Palm Springs.

John Stark was an entertainment journalist in Boston and San Francisco. He was our guide and did a wonderful job of telling us stories of the celebrities and about the architecture of the houses. It is a recommended tour. Wonderful

We enjoyed taking a bus tour to see homes of past Hollywood celebrities. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided personal obscure insight about each celebrity “back in the day.” The free date shakes were outstanding!One drawback was the cold temperature in our particular bus, even after the driver tried to make a personal adjustment to individual overhead control knobs for my wife’s and mom’s seat. My overhead knob where the air comes out above the window along the side was missing and all I felt were wires. I’m not cold natured and I was also cold.Also if sitting in the back row driver’s side, anything to the right of the bus is partially blocked when the tour guide is talking about something on that side.

We had a wonderful time on our Celebrity Tour.We took out of town friends who had never been to Palm Springs. They were amazed at the information Ann, our driver, had and how many celebrities had lived in the area.It was the perfect tour to go on during their short time in the area. They were here for just two nights and one full day.

Jeff was awesome! He gave a wonderful tour of the stars’ homes in Palm Springs and is very detailed in his presentation. Highly recommend. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.

This was the most interesting tour we have ever been on. Our driver Jeff made it so interesting not only for the movie or the people of the homes but of so much of the history of how Palm Springs came to be in the surrounding area. My sister-in-law from Tennessee and I would totally recommend this tour to be done by anyone. May you continue to share the legend of Palm Springs too many others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the PS Celebrity Tour yesterday. Jeff was fun, funny, entertaining and very professional. Whenever I have guests visiting me, I’ll tell them your tour is the first thing to schedule on their list of “to do’s”.

John was a great tour guide while Gary was a terrific driver. They made the tour fun and entertaining. John had a lot of personal experiences with many of the stars back then. It was worth the tour.

Jeff is very knowledgeable about the celebrity houses in Palm Springs. He is engaging and has interesting stories to tell. He also knows a lot about the history which added to the tour.The one disappointment was that it was hard to see some of the homes, especially from the righthand side. I’m not sure what can be done but it was difficult at times.The visit to the date place for dates shakes was also a highlight. All in all, a good tour for the money.

Easy to make reservation online. Tour left right on time. Our guide Jeff was very knowledgeable and even went over time a bit. The complimentary date shake was also a plus!

I have lived here over 40 years and learned so much from the tour! The tour is on a clean bus and no walking is required. A date shake is included at half way point. I took 3 guests and we all loved it!

There was a lot of interesting information shared by our guide Jeff, not just about celebrities, but the city of Palm Springs which was really great.The problem was that he liked to playing a ridiculous guessing game for the entire tour.This involved describing the former occupants of the home we was near and then driving away as we either guessed who it was or he had to tell us.Sometimes we where 2 or 3 houses away from the home in question, before we found out who had actually lived there. At best we had to strain our necks to look behind us. I would have much preferred to know who lived there either before or as I got to the home in question.Also we were near the back of the coach and often didn’t have a clue which house he was talking about.Some of the houses where difficult to see because of walls and hedges, but that’s not the tour company’s fault, it just comes with the territory.On the positive side Jeff was very entertaining, apart from the guessing game, the coach was nice and we enjoyed the date shakes, but otherwise a bit disappointing.

Anne our driver was great! She is well connected to the stars and has great stories! She showed us many properties, always apologizing if the view wasn’t great. I learned quite a bit about the area and have been coming here on and off for years!

Anne gave us every opportunity to customize the tour by what houses we wanted to see and she gave us an incredible amount of information about the houses and the inhabitants. I was skeptical about a celebrity tour, not being much into celebrities myself. But Jeff gave us a fantastic tour. To start off, he gave us a very good introduction to the history of Palm Springs, which explained a lot of things my wife and I had been wondering about. Also, Jeff grew up here, and had several personal stories to tell about life here in the era of the Hollywood studio system and later. He doesnt have a script, just lots and lots of information and stories in his head. This tour was well worth the money and the time.

Had a great tour and saw many homes of the stars of the past. Would recommend this for first time visitors to Palm Springs.

Tour guide was nice but it felt a bit like she had done it one too many times. Lots of trivia and interesting facts but it was difficult to see most of the houses and to keep up with the dialog and directions on where to look. Saw lots of hedges and block walls with a few peek-a-boo views. Not sure how to solve this but if you sign up for the tour just know that the views of the celebrity houses are quick and minimal.

Loved everything about this tour from the knowledgeable tour guide Anne to the date shakes. Im not sure what everyone else is saying about the bus but they must have gotten another one since the one we went on the A/C worked great and was clean. I would definitely do this again.

Showed up with relatives from out of town. Had reservations. Drove an hour there and was told bus was broken water something. Got a refund but very disappointed. Not everyone was turned away.

My husband and I took the 10 am tour with Jeff. We have been coming to Palm Springs for over 10 years and 20 trips but never made time to ‘tour’We both enjoyed the tour, Jeff and his great stories and seeing areas we have never seen before.Highly recommend and great value!

It was ok not great.Guide did to much chatter about himself.More factual info could be interesting.

As others have mentioned, there is no air in the bus. It was stifling. The female tour guide was very knowledgeable, but we could only see two houses. My husband called it the Hedge Tour because most of the homes were surrounded by high bushes and hedges. Yes, the date shake in the little shop was delightful, but the fact that we drove for 2.5 hours and couldnt see celebrity houses was disappointing. For the price of the ticket, its not worth it.

The bus broke down. Although I was refunded my fee in total, I was very disappointed because this tour was a special treat for friends on their first PS visit.

Anne was knowledgeable and the bus was clean and comfortable. However, the sound system was inadequate and those of us toward the back of the bus only heard maybe 75% of what she was saying.

Jeff was an awesome source of local knowledge and very willing to indulge the group.

The bus ride was perfect. The tour guide driver, Ann, was excellent with history and information. But you really couldn’t see much thru the trees and hedges that mostly enclosed the entire estate. I believe I could have spent some time on the internet and google to see the view from above alot better and driven around by myself.
