This place was amazing! Your staff was absolutely friendly and patient. The best thing was they had cars to rent lol. I booked online for a compact car and of course they accommodated me with what they had. The car was clean and ready to go. The only negative thing i could say was it smelled a bit gross. Im not sure if it was the cabin filter that needed changing or a cleaning product used. Eventually it went away and the ride was great. After just dropping the rental off i had to rent again and they had no problem giving me the same price for the week. Both transactions went smoothly. Thank you!
The rates at this off site agency are great and the office is well run and the cars are great. The one draw back is getting to their location. Their shuttle cant pick up arrivals due to the taxi monopoly (Uber and Lyft cant get in either) so you have to take a cab which is distressing to folks who hate cabs.

There are three location in my area. One in Cathedral City, two in Palm Springs. I normally deal with the Cathedral City Location. They had no cars so i booked at the Palm Springs of airport site. The car was for my son through USAA. we arrived the guy who greeted us said he could not find our reservation. when I showed the confirmation to him, he said thats at the airport. I went to the airport had my son circle while i went inside, After several minutes inside they advised me they dont do insurance reservations there. I went back to the original site, one and a half hours later we got a car. My son contacted them to exchange the car for one more energy efficient. The refused to assist him.
Yeah I couldnt have been more dissatisfied. I wont pin it directly on them but my booked rental became unavailable to me and I ended up bumming rides my whole trip. Yeah it pays to book 5 months in advance.. not really

Got a tundra that doesnt go very fast and eats a lot of gas within a few miles. Reservation was messed up from the beginning and wasnt finished from the first person I spoke with who was very rude she delt with the insurance but did it all wrong.
I was a Branch Manager at Black & White rental car in Beverly Hills. I know what is needed in customer service and working with hotels. The interaction with this location manager, Andrea, has to be a joke. There is no leader in this employee, and it was extremely disappointing interacting with her. Theres not many options in PS, but I would highly suggest training her a little more on customer interactions.

Really disappointed on my experience with this location for Enterprise. I booked a reservation ahead of time for a family vacation and they decide to call me a hour before pick up time for the vehicle. That it was no longer available. Didnt offer to do anything for me. Ive used enterprise multiple times and never had a horrible experience.
Very quick and easy to pick up a rental! I was able to return it to the airport which was very helpful. They had a very nice selection of cars to choose from. Staff was very friendly.
Bryan is amazing had to deal with us changing drop location and time multiple times and never once complained! Very professional when the tire on our rental went flat and got us into a new within a half and hour. Truly the sweetest!
Well, this location is airport drive but NOT at the airport and no shuttle. The rude gentleman at the counter gave me the off-site number to call them as they said they would probably be able to come get me or take a taxi. I was there for work and pleasure so had a huge suitecase, golf clubs and a computer bag. I called them about a dozen times and no answer. A colleague left out program, came to drive me the mile to this location.I arrived at 5:59 and my rental time clearly showed 6pm arrival. I arrived and they said - we didnt think you were coming, you are late. No, Im not late and I tried calling several times. He said - oh we must not have heard the phone. BTW - that place is very small.Upon return we were told to get a taxi, called both recommended taxi spots and all were 30-45 min to get us and drive is the mile. The gentleman said - its usually $50 to return at the airport but Ill discount it this time to $25. Gee, thanks.So, just be careful that you dont think its an airport location with a shuttle.The guy said to me, yes this happens all the time. Yet I dont think they tell all the rental sites this as mine was booked through the web and showed as a spot with a shuttle. But doubt they have cleared that up with all the booking systems - seems they would rather have grumpy customers.Had they #1 answered the phone and #2 been clear with you can get a ride or cannot- then this could have been a better experience, but Im a corporate account holder and have been for years, its time to move on.
The service was great, the car was ok, had a small of cigarettes that was masked. The worst part is in Palm Springs my reservation got placed at an Enterprise outside the airport( a mile away), no shuttle there, which was ok, I got my steps in, but then I had an early flight out and had to drop at airport and they charged me $25 to do so. So no convenience and then a $25 charge. I am a business member and rent with them all over all the time.
Made a reservation for this location on Saturday March 6th and received very poor service. After checking in online, I not only had to wait an HOUR in line, I had to wait an additional hour for the car to be sanitized. What’s the point of making a reservation if the car isn’t even ready? Please save me the excuse of it being the “busy season” when I had the foresight to make a reservation. I will not renting again from Enterprise!

I was not happy at all I got the wrong car and the location for the enterprise in Palm Springs is offsite now. There was nobody at the counter at the airport so they sent me over to a different ticket counter and I stood in line for 45 minutes waiting for an agent just to be told that I had to take an Uber to pick up my car. The gentleman when I went to pick up my car was very rude and told me that they don’t normally rent cars to the public that they specialize in car rentals for the repair shops. He didnt understand that I was getting the wrong car and so I returned it early. Not a very happy enterprise customer right now and I was a pretty loyal guy this was going to be my sixth rental this year
Great service. Easy to use website. Office was clean and everyone was wearing masks. The vehicle was super clean with a paper showing all the extra cleaning they were doing to help stop the spreading of Covid 19. Everything was quick and easy and very pleasant.
For starters when you rent online it stated that I reserved a Tahoe SUV, when I got there I ended up getting a Ford Explorer. I didnt mind at the time but as I drove off halfway down the street the car rate up smoke like if someone just lit up right before I got there. I had to stop at Home Depot and buy air fresheners and some type of Odor Eater chips. Basically I spent twenty bucks just to get the smell out once I reach my home which was 15 minutes from the rental place I realize this smell is not going away. When I got out of the car and when is the house my husband said that I smell like smoke. We rented the car to go out of town for my daughters birthday and I thought to myself theres no way were going to be able to last two hours if I couldnt even last 15 minutes from the rental place to my home. The salesman stated. I could turn it in to any Enterprise location foreign exchange I called three places none of them could help me. So I called back to notify the rental place that I had got in the car and they told me to come in for a bad and they would save me like 20% Which was not even $12 a savings. I think its just a shame that you go on the website and you locking your reservation and when you get there you get a a run-down car not even washed. I will say that the salesman was very nice, but it doesnt matter if it was a nice salesman if you dont have a nice car to rent. Its too bad too because my parents rent from there since I was a little girl so I thought that was somewhere I could trust.

I had a reservation for a truck here at 9am, I knew I was going to be late therefore I called the Palm Springs Airport location and explained to them that i was going to be late and the man i spoke to told me not to worry that I can come in any time of the day before 9pm. So I show up to the enterprise Palm Spring Airport location at 1pm and the customer service representative tells me my truck has gone out because I’m late. I explained to her what the man told me on the call she said unfortunately she couldn’t do anything about it my truck has been rented out. Because i assumed i was able to come in at any time Exactly what the representative over the phone said, enterprise in Palm Springs airport assumed i wasn’t picking it up. Not only that I asked her if she can find me a truck at another location she said she can not call every location that would take up too much time. I am livid by the way you manage customer service skills here. I rent from the indio location on a on going basis and they are so friendly and always accommodate their guest.

I rent from Enterprise many times throughout the year. This rental for 1 week was picked up at the Palm Springs Non Airport location. The first thing noticed was there was a large amount of pitch or tree sap covering about 20% of the cars hood and onto the windshield. They ran the car back through a carwash but of course the pitch did not come off. The windshield was also damaged with a small pea size rock hit. When I got into the car it did not smell clean. I almost thought it smelled like cigarette smoke. I found an old soda can that the previous renter left in the backseat and the front windshield was so dirty on the inside I had to clean it myself. Like I said, I had the car for a week and mechanically the car was great but it was not cleaned properly in my opinion.
My original visit was handled by a person named Mike & he stated they would honor the price on my reservation, however he did not. When I called & spoke with Alberto at the same location he immediately said he would adjust my contract to reflect the different pricing. Alberto has been off for 2 days & I will update what transpires after I see/speak to him today. In addition, the vehicle we had on contract lost air in one of the tires. When I called for help Roadside assistance was excellent, the people at the airport counter tried to find us the same type of vehicle but due to the holiday there werent any available. The personnel at the Rental Returns really go above & beyond to help 10 stars. I will be returning to the airport location to exchange for the original vehicle if one is available. Enterprise is a company that truly values its customers.
Always a great experience w Enterprise. I made reservations through Costco Travel which saved me a ton of money. I rented a brand new Chevy Suburban. It was decked out and black with tinted windows. After the walk around I was off on my trip. Gas mileage wasn’t bad either. Round trip was over 700 miles (unlimited w enterprise) and I filled up three times. I brought it back a day early however I was two hours pst the deadline for an additional day charge and without asking the agent waved the extra two hours and said “I’m glad you made it back safely. Welcome home!” AND they gave me a ride back to my house which saved me the additional rideshare expense since I didn’t have a lift home. Plus I used my debit card without issues.

Not impressed by any means and will not return for any future business. After making a reservation a week ahead of time and then showing up day of to find out they did not have the 15 passenger van needed to transport our family to loved ones funeral. Excuse was well even with a reservation, it is not guaranteed we will have what you reserved. Appalled someone would even provide this as a response..why bother with the process of placing a reservation then. Caution if you choose this place or make reservations for something specific as they may not provide what you need or choose.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. I RESERVED A 7 SEAT CHEVY TAHOE 2 FULL DAYS BEFORE MY PICKUP DATE. I GET THERE AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SUV FOR ME THEY OFFERD ME A REGULER 4 SEATER. THEY DESTROYED MY PLANS FOR THE NIGHT. VERY UN-RESPONSABLE.
The manager has alot to be desired for people skills. He wouldnt rent a car to after I had mentioned my concerns about driving 50 miles to pick up a car while I live 5 minutes away from another location. He told me to get another car agency, which I did, and saved $75. I wouldnt rent from them ever again. You dont treat customers like that. Im even a member of there rental club which I cancelled.
The service was fast and friendly as it always is. I do have a problem with the after hours drop off option since it doesnt seem to be managed in a consistent way . I was charged an extra day even though I brought my car in before it was due.

I stopped renting from enterprise almost 2 yrs ago from this Palm Springs location on Airport Drive because they were so rude and felt I was always interrogated when I would inquire about renting an automobile. I went back recently and found the whole crew had changed and were all really really really nice and instantly felt my business was truly appreciated. I have been back to this location 8-10 times and even rented an suv for the entire month of March and will now be my preferred rental car company even outside of my town. Thanks for the amazing new management team and great staff as I will continue to spend my hard earned money with a company that really appreciates my business

The folks at this franchise understand the meaning of service. The process was both quick and efficient. I was quite satisfied with the condition of my rental. If youre looking to rent a car in palm springs I recommend paying these guys a visit.
I called and spoke to a supervisor on the main reservation number to ensure that they accepted debit cards. I was assured that they did and that it required a CA drivers license and a utility bill when I pick up the car. When I arrived to pick up the car, they manager was the rudest man I have encountered in a long time. He talked down to me as if I was a child and finally said that he didnt give a damn what reservation supervisor said, he was the manager and it was his rules. When I asked him his name, he ignored me as if I wasnt standing right in front of him and refused to give it to me. Someone should explain to the manager of this location what customer service is. I rent from Enterprise in Beverly Hills on Robertson and in Los Angeles on La Brea frequently and They are the greatest! I dont know where Enterprise found the manager for this store but they should return him and trade him in for a better one. RUDE!!!!! NOTE to ENTERPRISE: If you want to BE better, you must DO better!

But, I must say, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places are VERY close, as the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating at ALL 3 sites. Ive just experienced better selection and faster service in PD. Keiyana & Alberto displayed customer service that was of the highest standards. It was a seamless process from booking my reservation online utilizing my employer discount to picking up the rental. I returned the vehicle a day sooner than expected, and was promptly contacted by the office staff and the refund to my credit card was processed efficiently & promply.

I needed a one-way rental between Palm Springs and San Diego. My business travel agent made the reservation. I arrived at PSP about an hour early for my pick-up and needed to wait about 30 minutes for my car. They gave me an upgrade because of the wait. The agent also told me he gave me the prepaid fuel rate and I would not need to fill-up before returning the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and drove well. I returned the vehicle about five hours early at SAN and the check-in was relatively simple and quick. The wait was brief for the shuttle to the airport terminal. However, once I got the bill, they had charged me for a full tank of gas. I called customer service, the agent was helpful and polite and discounted my fuel charge by more than 50%. Overall, I was satisfied (I was in no hurry at either end) and would use Enterprise in the future for my personal needs.

Recently when my car was stolen my insurer arranged a temporary vehicle through this location. The staff person was knowledgeable, had all the paperwork ready, the car was clean and nicer than I expected. Now I need another rental for an upcoming trip and once again will take my business here...and all our friends who fly in from Chicago swear by this Enterprise location.
I rent at Enterprise every week and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Brock the Manager is no help at all. It is obvious he is not customer friendly. He was rude and made my experience the worst I have ever had. I am a platinum Enterprise Plus member. Just imagine how he treats his customers that dont have status. I used points and he still said I had an outstanding balance even after I showed him the confirmation showing zero balance. I will never go to this location again. I will go to the Palm Desert location where I returned the car next time. They were helpful and understanding.

We were able to get the size of car that would accommodate us quickly. The return process was easy also. They have a key drop for after hours just in case they miss you.

It is difficult to give a total rating..the CAR was excellent, the service was exceptional..all for not by a 1 week hold on over $300 for a $58 rental.. So if their policy is to HOLD that much money out of your checking account...prepare yourself..this was a shock, as I was not expecting it!
Walked in to return the car I rented in Beverly Hills. The customer ahead of me was having issues and the agent froze the account so she wouldnt have to deal with it. After that angry customer left it was my turn! Was hoping for an easy interaction since I only rented the vehicle for a day and put barely 100 km on it. Well boy was I mistaken. The agent was upset that the branch in Beverly Hills would even let me rent the vehicle they gave me...okay so this is my problem how? I told her how my pick up went yesterday and how they didnt have the car I rented ready for me so they offered me a van to drive at a discounted rate. I rented a one way car and he said that Palm Sprigs was in need of vans. Apparently they shouldnt have done that and she was making it into my problem. She then told me to call the Beverly Hills branch to sort out the cost and didnt like that I asked her to take care of that for me because it is not my job to know enterprises policies and procedures. She said she would give them a call to have it sorted out and then froze my contract.Another customer passed on to someone else to have the issues fixed.Fast forward to me receiving my credit card statement. A nice charge from enterprise for an amount that was almost double what I was expecting to pay. Called Beverly Hills and Cindy from Palm Springs didnt contact them at all. And now I am dealing with the damage recovery unit because Beverly Hills enterprise rented me a car they shouldnt have.Huge waste of my time and a very poor experience with enterprise. Wont be back ever.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE
The service at PSP was very fast and courteous. The other rental companies had very long lines and the Enterprise line only had three people in it. I, like most people at the airport had made the reservation through Costco. I decided to pay a little bit more for better service.
Never had a bad experience in over 15 years now thats all I have since the new Manger CHRIS came there . He is the worst ..So inappropriate and talks behind customers backs . Very unprofessional . He gives you a car that had smokers in it . Expects you to worship him because he thinks he is working for his own company Yet its a corporation . fortunately for me I have contacted the owners of the company to let them know How I never want to use this company again, They always have new people coming and going . Getting in trouble because they dont know how to give good customer service . I now have a quality car with better service . Ive been treated with kindness and respect . Everyone who works at this palm springs place is useless they are so inapt . The cars are cleaned but dirty they are filled with condoms in the glove box / dead hamburger under the seat . Chewing gum stuck on the mat . broken seat belts and windows that did not go up and down . They make you go get the car oil change yourself too!!! Tell you there doing you a favor and insult you at the same time. people are now conning them with the game I need a car for my insurance scam . They get the car very cheap and there so dumb they fall for it never checking to call the claims adjuster . Tony is the area manger dont work with him either first he doesnt care about you he is only concerned not to have any cars left on the lot . so when you think your getting a deal its because the week end is coming and they need to get those cars rented . If you ever have a problem report itTony funtes is the area manger and should be fired but he is governed by Tracy Simmons the Vice President . If you ever have problems with any enterprise tell on them and know this is not the way a company employees should behaving

Been to this location several times a year for a couple of years and dealt a couple of times with Amber. What an amazing team she had!!!! Always felt as though my needs were met and even surprised a couple times with upgrades. Went back in June asked for her and was told she was gone. WOW, felt as though I was shoved in the first car they could clean fast enough. Very disappointed in my last rental.
