Aztec Car Rental is the best! Very fair priced. Convenient location in Palm Springs. Got me out of a jam with 2 failed rentals from other places. Offered to pick me up/drop me off. Very nice people. Highly recommend.

Staff was is weird they where totally rude disrespectful refusing to help and when we asked to rent the car they wouldnt give it to us because they refused to help us get insurance stating that even though your insurance is valid in another state and they dont have a license in the state of California to cover me that they would not help me obtain rental car insurance in order to rent the car they actually this small business doesnt want business they referred me over to the big corporate franchises instead of trying to find a solution and keep their business afloat recommendation dont go there! Just passing on the message that the company gave me and my friend they dont want business

Aztec Car And Truck Rental is by far the most hassle free rental company we have ever rented from. We have rented from them a few times and every time they have been helpful, very friendly, and so reasonably priced. The vehicles are in great shape. These upstanding citizens rented my elderly father a car in Palm Springs so he could drive to our house to see his family on Christmas. Hes rented from them before, but this time they charged him $15/day more than normal. Since they didnt bother telling him til he had already arrived at their location, he had no choice but to suck up the extra rental charges.When he arrived at my house, I noticed two pieces of duct tape on the car(one on the hood, the other on the right rear door). Thinking it was odd that a relatively newer Corolla would have holes in the metal, I pulled back the duct tape and found LARGE CALIBER BULLET HOLES! Of course they went entirely through the panels, and into the interior, and I am FUMING that they not only took advantage of my elderly father, but they also gave him a car that had been shot-multiple times, and didnt even bother fixing the holes.Way to go Aztec. Youre the dung of the rental car world

Overall we were very satisfied with our rental experience. We got the 3 day special for just a little over $200 ( we paid the additional fee for under 25 year old driver)Not the most professional, but we definitely payed what the estimated price was. No additional unexpected charges and we are so happy to have chosen this local car rental place!!If we come back to Palm Springs, we will rent again!!!

My friend rented a large passenger van here to take a bunch of kids to Sea World, when we returned the vehicle the manager whos name I believe was Louis was very friendly and helpful, I recommend Aztec if you need a rental, there was no line at all and we were helped immediately.

When in Palm Springs this is the only and the best car rental agency to go to. Family run very professional helpful human beings not a giant Corporation quick easy in and out and they pick you up what else can you ask for always support the local guy Lou and Richie great guys.

Had booked a rental in advance - gave dates, times, credit card info, insurance details, etc. Yet when we got there that morning to retrieve the rental they apparently had no clue about us? Had to show them the email receipts. They let us “book it anyways”. Very sketchy the entire time, took pictures of our credit card using personal phone and then proceeded to double charge us a few days later. Not really as professional as I would have hoped. Would most likely not rent here again.

So easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

2 tire went flat when i called they said I was responsible for tires had to replace the tires🙄 the lady in side had a huge attitude and the car came with dents and scratches on side door and front bumper had to take pictures so they wouldnt try to blame me 😑

Didnt go far here...went in to see them for a second time as the first time, there was only a voicemail service and their front door was locked. However, when I visited it another day, it was open. I went in to enquire about tours and car rental. All in all, not a very good experience, although the man who dealt with me, appeared to be somewhat helpful!
