Super helpful employee with Budget Car Rental. My husband had just had surgery the day before we had to fly out, and when we returned the rental car he drove us to the door so my husband didnt have to walk to the terminal. Also, when I reserved the car another super helpful agent saved us $100 dollars on the rental price. The return for all rentals at the Palm Springs airport is easy to find.

We arrived very early, the Hertz return was backed up to the entrance with previously returned and unoccupied cars. We met the Hertz employees coming out of the terminal, they were very friendly, took the key, and processed the car within 20 minutes.
