Courtney is the G.O.A.T!! She not only does an amazing job, but she is by far the sweetest! She not just waxing and telling you to leave. She explains the process and even offers the best advice on caring for the skin! I wouldn’t trade her for the world!

I asked for a Brazilian and a full stomach sugar. There was a good bit of hair left on from my Brazilian and plenty of spots missed. I also asked for my full stomach to be sugared and there was more than half of the hair on my stomach left to where I had to get a self wax strips and do it myself at home. I do not recommend for the price and for the quality of work.

What can I say? They get 3 stars for effort! In my opinion wax is better than sugaring! The lady did not have me clean like the Wax place did! Also I had a couple issues with the ladies not being on time. To each its on however I work to hard and Im not settling! Still in search of the best!

This was my first time getting a sugar wax I usually go to pretty girls get waxed but I decided to try sugaring because of the benefits. But let me say this was the most painful experience ever I almost told her to stop in the middle of the process but I kept going, I had a c section prior to this and let me tell you I felt like she was cutting my scar open . She took very long to finish After she was done I noticed she didn’t get all my hairs I had hairs everywhere I said I would give the place another chance but these last two weeks I’ve gotten the worse ingrowns ever . I do not recommend this place.

They do a great job! They make you very comfortable, especially if it’s your first time.

My first time ever getting anything waxed and Micca was so patient with me. She made me feel comfortable and was quick at getting it done. I was so happy with the results, I have now become a regular. Micca is the best!!!

I signed up online. I made the note that I have a latex allergy. I arrived early, the staff was nice, the facility was cleaned. The sugar was coarse and gritty so the application and removal were painful. I endured the underarms but I could not complete the Brazilian as my skin began to tear, separate & irritate. I paid for the numbing spray which did not help but she did let me know that sugaring hurts both during application & removal. The mixture was hot as expected, she did heat it in the microwave to be sure. I made it home and broke out in hives EVERYWHERE. It was scary. I took Benadryl and called out of work to visit the doctor who informed me that it was in fact an allergic reaction. I didn’t think sugar wax had latex traces in it. I thought she was wearing latex free gloves. This is my experience.

I was very hesitant about going somewhere new to get waxes but Olivia is bomb!! If you come here, please request her. She is so patient and kind & just has great customer service! I wasnt even expecting a discount or anything for it being my first time but I got one. The place is so pretty and feminine, I love it!

Micca is fast and efficient. Always gets me clean and will always get the ingrowns out with ease. She’s always on time and gets you in and out. The pain and ingrown hairs are minimal now thanks to sugaring!

Very welcoming when I walked in. I enjoyed everything about it other than the waxing with my esthetician. I understand waxing is painful but I told my esthetician it was my first time. She was not very patient and moved very fast which is understandable, but she made no conversation about the process. I knew nothing about what was going on. She seemed very rude. I was convinced she was ready to get it over with, which I did not appreciate. I believe her name was Courtney. She may have been having a bad day, but because of this I do not think I’ll be coming back. :/

So this was my first time ever getting waxed (Brazilian) and let me tell you... I walked out of there saying that I was never coming back! It’s very clean in there and the young lady who removed my hair (Courtney I think) was really patient with Me. The results are amazing!! I’m definitely coming back!!! The next day I was already beginning to notice my ingrown bumps go down and oh my gosh I am so smooth and cute down there!!! I love that the paste only consists of 3 ingredients and Courtney was informative on how to maintain a smooth cookie. It was painful but hopefully it will get easier because I can see myself becoming a regular here!

Friendly and clean. But not sure if I will return. It wasnt pleasant at all. Was in pain the entire night and while showering noticed that my bikini line was still hairy after getting my soul ripped from my body. 🤦🏾‍♀️I want to cry so bad bc I have a vacation in which I had purchased pleanty. Not sure if my tech was new but it was pleasant at all. Hurts way worse than a wax.

I only got waxed one time before trying sugaring. And, I believe that sugaring is the better option. The hair grew back thinner, and it just felt like a healthier option for my skin. Its organic, last a good amount of time, and gives a good finished look.I have gotten my underarms and lower legs sugared as well as a Brazilian more than once. Now, the underarms and legs are a breeze. Im usually on my phone or freely talking. The Brazilian is painful to me, but everyones tolerance levels are different. Yet, Courtney, who I would recommend, is generally really good about telling you to take a deep breath before she pulls the strip. Together, we get through it! ‍‍ Shes really nice and patient!Also, Kelly the owner, is really understandable. After an incident on one visit, I reached out to the manager, and she exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue.The front desk employees are pleasant as well!And last, the place is cute!Suggestions: If I were to give any recommendations, it would be to make sure to keep up the cleanliness that the place is known for having. For instance, mopping and cleaning the bathroom to get debris off the floor or dust off the fixtures would just give that finishing touch from when they first opened!

This was my first ever getting a Brazilian wax and it was amazing. I love how the employees were very professional and the environment was very neat and clean. Olivia was my sugarista and she did an outstanding job and talked me through the whole process. She made my first time experience very calming and fun. It didn’t even hurt as much like I thought it would. I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment and I will be booking with Olivia again! 💖 P.S. they have some amazing deals that you should get your hands on to save money.

Was excited to try sugaring vs traditional wax but I won’t be back. Esthetician didn’t remove all the hair. Very painful & rushed. I got a Brazilian.

Since I was new to this place I only got underarms done. I arrived on time and they are punctual. I was in and out, loved it and the outcome of service. Love the atmosphere. Micca was the esthetician who helped me. She was new only 3 wks in, nice but quiet. I wanted to talk and get more details about the place. I guess I will have to call but I like face to face conversations about things like this. I will MOST definitely go back but try a different esthetician.

I should not be waiting 20+ minutes if I scheduled an appointment. I’d rather go to Indigo Sugar Organic Waxing for better service and results.

I signed up for free student waxing services and when I went in, there was one lady that walked me through the process and then a couple of minutes later another waxer came in (Courtney) and took over and she was very rude. She told me she was not expecting me to book all of those services as if I created their website and was just rude throughout the entire process! She should be more professional with her clients. I will not be coming back here.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was my first experience with sugaring, and from the front desk associate to my sugaring professional, the entire visit was incredibly impressive. Tiffany was my sugaring professional and she could not have been more perfect for my first visit. She was so professional, friendly, timely, and courteous. She made the process relatively painless (as much as you can) and was so calming and kind throughout an experience that can be very awkward with the wrong individual. So happy to have found a permanent place for my go-to sugaring needs!

She was professional, took the time to explain the process, and checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout it all. If you never experienced a sugar wax I would highly suggest you get one and request for Channing.

This was my first experience and Khadijah was very rough. She didn’t walk me through the process and I had to stop her half way through and not finish my service because I was on the verge on tears. She left me bruised and red. I might return but I will be reading up on who to request instead of returning to her. And she practically charged me full price for the service.

Had my first appointment today for lower leg. I was nervous because I’ve never had waxing before but, Ashley made my first experience with sugaring enjoyable! She explained the entire process, readily answered any questions I had, and was just all around awesome! If you’re tired of shaving and looking for an alternative to waxing, look no further... I’ve already booked for another service.

The girl that did mines was for one very rude. (Khadijah)she didn’t try to keep me calm or anything she was VERY HEAVY HANDED i told her to stop the wax because i didn’t like how she was coming off and seems like she tried to rip my skin HARDER AFTER ididnt want to continue with the service. but it’s all good worst experience ever would never go back!
