Fast & friendly! I just wanted a simple white manicure so I got one with gel nail polish! Got there around 2pm and was out by 2:30pm. They look good! Thank you

I am new to the area and a few people recommended this nail salon so me & my sister went, I showed the lady what I wanted and what color and told her no dip powder and she still did it she seemed very agitated while doing my nails it took over hour to get them done. After they were cute don’t get me wrong but I get my nails done a lot and they charged me $85!! A set like this would barely be $70 in Daytona not to mention them next day three of my nails came off and when I called wanted to say $5 per nail to replace!! No way!! Definitely will NOT go back here!!!

I was a walk in . I had to have a fill in and 2 nails repaired. The young lady who did my nails was great at her job and she did earn her tip however $70 dollars for an acrylic fill in is obscene.Considering I had them done in Atlanta for 30 dollars less.definitely some questionableprices. It is unfortunate I would have like to return.

Went to another salon to have my nails done, ABSOLUTELY HATED the way it came out. I got what they wanted me to have not what I asked for, felt unwelcome and like I was a bother to them. Settled for the service and did not plan to go back for a fill in. I went here for my fill in and loved it! Nice staff friendly and made me feel welcomed. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young lady who did my service but thank you for fixing my nails the way I want them! I will be back when its time and hopefully you will be there!

The staff here is super friendly and thorough and the salon is squeaky clean! Our pedicures were relaxing and very well done. Wax is sensitive and clean on the face. One of the ladies saw me mess my polish before it dried and immediately fixed it without me having to ask. We will be back, thank you!

I will never use this salon again ! I got a full set of acrylic nails, I like them long so I knew a full set would cost more than the $35 - it cost me $65.....I usually get a pedicure too !My last, I mean “last” vist, I got a fill (no broken nails) and a pedicure. $40 pedicure $5 extra for gel color, ok no big deal right ?I was charged $110 !! So, my FILL was $65 !!The polish was a plain color no design, no glitter, nothing special....I had my elderly parents with me and they both got a mani-pedi. Mom got clear polish.The manicure/spa pedicure combo price is listed as $40....we were charged $55 each !!The palm spa pedicure is $40 and manicure is $15, ok that is $55 - but then don’t list a combo price of $40 !!!

I felt like they were constantly trying to get me to pay for additional services. I did get gel polish and should have asked the price before agreeing because the polish alone was a $15 upcharge.

So surprised when I came in to a full shop but was still able to get seated and cared for right away! Every single employee was pleasant and attentive. No judgment. Tom took his time on my pedicure and was EXTREMELY detailed oriented. It was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Will definitely be back when Im in town!

I went in for a pedicure. I have been here before and always got good service. I did not have an appointment, but simply asked if they have room for me to have a pedicure- no polish- just a pedicure. I was motioned to a chair and a young woman came out and started the water running. I thought she was a helper but it turned out she was going to do my pedicure. She did not tell me her name, she did not ask what I wanted she simply started jerking my feet in and out of the water (no time to soak- no salts to soak in). She quickly cut my nails, kind of filed them, put on cuticle cream- did not rub it in but plopped my feet back in the water. Did not clean under the nails. She did roughly push and trim the cuticles- made two quick passes on the rough part of my heels, one quick up and down with the scrub, one quick up and down with cream. Wiped off the front of my legs, pulled the plug and walked away. All done. I left with wet legs and feet. Took less than 15 minutes and everyone else who was getting a manicure or pedicure when I arrived was still in their chairs being worked on. I waited at the front desk to pay for several minutes and finally someone came over to take my money. I told them I was not satisfied and they simply shrugged. I have recommended this place and have gone there before but will not ever do so again.

The worst manicure ever.

Naz was very good, she did a repair on my wifes nails. We came in from out of town and she did a great job on the repairs. Very reasonable price as well. Well done, great job. Definitely will visit the next time we are in town.

The first day I came I had to reschedule my appointment because they had double booked my nail technician. The next day I come Im refused service unless I am going to agree to be forced to wear a mask even though Im not sick. This is only a recommendation in our state and they had no authority to try to require me to wear a mask. It is a regular accommodation to my disability I am not able to wear the mask. I more than accommodated them by coming back a whole day later for my appointment this is very unprofessional.

Ive gone to many nail salons over the years, some good, some not so good. But, Palm Nails is superior. Their new salon is lovely and more sanitary then any I have ever been to. Everything they use is new, clean and expertly utilized. Thank you to Tiffany, Kevin and their hard working, terrific family.

Kevin did a great job on my nails. I got a pedicure with a very rude technician. She was looking around and not paying attention to what she was doing. My feet were still rough at the heels when I mentioned it she only did one foot. Never going back

First of all I was skipped, clearly came in b4 another woman she was sat b4 me. My nail tech Rosa was very Sarcastic and Rude cant wait to get these hideous nails taken off and Done over in Jacksonville way better Nail salons out their.. my right hand is shorter than my left hand she left the drip of the acrylic under my nails and was rushing because a client she normally has came in, my nails arent even painted properly Never again and a waste of $40 they definitely dont Specialize in nail designs for Black Women.. and I only gave a star to make this Post other than that theyd Never get one

Just got my nails done here! Really quick and everyone seemed really nice!! The lady doing my nails seemed to be having a bad day though... And once I came back from washing my hands she very bluntly said, are you going to pay me? Surprised I asked, what? To which she replied, the $13, are you going to pay me? And she made me pay her right there over the nail table and not at the desk! They didnt do this to anyone else and I was kind of embarrassed. Dont know why this happened, like I said maybe she was having a bad day. Not too upset about it but it was weird, thats the only reason Im giving 4 out of 5. Oh well, she did a great job with my nails in the end :)

I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy!!! Told me 20 min wait and I waited 35 before I asked for the price and left. They wanted me to pay $40 for a clear acrylic fill in. $40 is ABSURD!! NAILBAR103 WOULD ONLY CHARGE ME $20. This is the second time that I’ve walked out of palm nails because they make up crazy prices.Don’t go here! Go to nailbar103!!Plus nail bar is cleaner and has WAY more nail techs and way more who specialize in prettier longer nails.

Good pedicure and manicure

I have always gone here. When they first opened they where great, always polite and did a great job . The last few times I’ve gone to get an full set done they did a horrible job. I had hardened acrylic under my nails pushing up my real nail, hang nails, and polish where it shouldn’t be. The last time I went which was about a week ago set me over the edge. I had gotten a pedicure. It was rushed, one lady that works there was very rude she was talking about my tattoos and how they will get ugly and why do I even bother getting them, basically judging me because I have tattoos. Last time I checked it’s my body and non of your business. Then proceeds to ask the lady next to me if she still drives and how old she looked and talked about her wrinkles. Then as I get in my car I noticed my big toe was hurting I looked down and it had a huge rash and was bleeding! I have never had this happen before and was totally freaked out. Absolutely disgusting! I still have it on my toe and am treating it with antibiotics. The people there are very unprofessional always on their phones are using the massage chairs while working. I will never go here again and if I could give it negative stars I would. Such a shame because they used to be a good place when they first opened.

Dropped off my 14 year old and her friend to get manicures. They told my daughter that they could not paint designs on her nails because although her nails were long they were different lengths. That makes ZERO sense. She is there to get a manicure. Isnt that part of the process? They also would not give her friend a gel manicure because they said they did not have anyone there that can do it. Umm, this IS a nail salon, isnt it? They then tried to get the girls to get something they did not want, but was more accommodating for the staff at the moment. Sounds to me like they were trying to take advantage of 2 young girls. When my daughter called and asked me what she should do, I picked them up and brought them to another local nail salon who not only gave them what they wanted, but did a beautiful job!

Worst customer service. My Mani pedicure looks beautiful but when trying to tell them about customer service they literally hung up on me instead of listening to what I had to say. Will not be back . I should never feel rushed when Im paying $50 to get my nails painted. I basically got an Indian burn on my arms when he massage me please take your time when dealing with your customers

I usually love going here for a my nails and eyebrows...the service is usually wonderful. This time I went about 40 mins before closing (I wasn’t sure if their closing time) for a gel mani and waxing if we had time...I felt like I was rushed through the entire process...my cuticles did not have time to soak and I felt like she was ripping my skin off. My nail technician cut me on 2 fingers 2 times in one finger. My eyebrow was was even more painful, she did not take her time here either nor get all the hairs off my eyebrow area that normally would not be there....I suggest checking hours before walking in at the last minute.

Reccomend by a friend to have my nails redone in the SNS powder.The cost was $30 which was alot cheaper than the places in St. Augustine charging $40-45.Since I was in the area at least once a week, I decided to give a try.Now, the first application was done in NY while I was home for the holidays and it was beautifully done and last a whole month!This time...not so much.The nail technician took over am hour to do it only to have one break 6 days later, another one later that night and then a third one the next day.Even today, 2 weeks later the nails feel weak instead of strong and it looks like there are cracks on the surface of my nails, which probably means those are about to break, as well.I dont know if its poor technique or poor products either way, I will not be going back.I guess cheaper is not always better.

My nails are falling off already and the staff was rude and dismissive... another place in Palm Coast where the reviews don’t match the service. I should have looked more carefully before going. Some woman even had her screaming children there running around.

Ok place, just dont let the young asian guy with the rockabilly slick hair cut do anything to you.He gave my girlfriend a pedicure but somehow forgot to paint her toenails (kind of important part) and then put the acrylic on them....

If I could give them no stars, I would. I went there this morning, had a scheduled appointment forget French tip SNS nails. A young man starts doing my nails and the white on my thumbs is not even at all... he said to wait til he files them... OKAY... then he files them, I explain to him I am still not happy, at which point he gets the manager because apparently he was frustrated with me. So the manager files down my thumb and re-applies the white. I’m aggravated because I’m still not happy. But I pay, I tip (only out of courtesy, although I wasn’t given ANY), and I left. I’m not in my car for 5 minutes when I notice how ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE my nails looked (as it’s very dark in the shop... probably to hide the horror of bad manicures they provide.) I call the salon and ask for a refund, because I literally CRIED when I realized how AWFUL they were. Uneven, bumpy, poorly filed, just utterly atrocious! They denied me the refund- I said then I wasn’t them completely taken off and redone. YET AGAIN the manager does NOT take them off completely- he files them down some and attempts to “fix” them. Which he STILL DID NOT. I tried to show him the polish or whatever he was using is BAD and OLD, because you can SEE all these little speckles in the overlay polish. AND HE TRIES TO TELL ME THATS JUST MY NAILS, EVEN THOUGH ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT. I am APPALLED that a place like that even stays in business between the poor customer service & mediocre nail techs. I’m going to ANOTHER salon to get my nails fixed because I’d rather spend another $50 than have these on my nails! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Went in as walk in for 2 manicures and full sets and a pedicure for my pregnant swollen cousin she already gets hers done so it’s really minimal. They weren’t that busy and I was able to be taken by a lady who began my full set. She glued two of the acrylics on horribly and then when I decided to ask if she could please redo the one I would pay extra she said “ it’s not crooked your finger is” which is just not only an insult but completely ignorant to say when I can look at my pointer finger and in all my years of life I have lived hasn’t been broken and looks pretty straight to me but anyways she seems really offended I don’t want a very sideways nail so I say “okay” and then she grabs the cuticle clipper and rips the darn nail of like ??? Hello?? It hurts ?? But anyways she rushed, didn’t care about how horrible my nails looked as she wasn’t even looking at them while she was doing them and answered the door and the phone the whole time and got up 4 times extra to go talk to another employee and then who knows what even though there were 2 employees lounging in the back on the seats for pedicures. If I could figure out how to include pictures I would show how some nails are significantly longer then the others (not that she asked before she started clipping them how I wanted them) and how terrible my cuticles and sideways the acrylic stuff were put on to avoid my cuticles I got a triangle in my nail bed were the nail polish is all messed up everything looks terrible because she didn’t push or trim anything so I’m also kind of wondering why I paid $90 because the full set is $25 x 2 + $30 (pedicure with the wax) so I mean what else is the extra $10 for because I did tip cash so it wasn’t in that. Maybe someone could explain better to me? But I’m so upset about the money I wasted on the worst experience at this nail salon that I just don’t know what to do other than write a review because nobody else deserves to have as embarrassingly ugly nails as I do for no reason that I can think of. Edit: My cousin later told me that the young guy who did hers cut her three times and blamed it on her for moving as if she’s never gotten nails done before and knows to sit still. Her nails were cut about as short as mine but she likes them round so he then proceeded to round them down all the way to her finger almost and she got a French tip painted and I feel so bad they look like they were drawn by a three year old like honestly she could have done better herself. I’m trying to include pictures they will write a review themselves. :( I MUST SAY THE LADY WHO DID HER PEDICURE WAS SUPER NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB! This was May 29th 2018 btw the pictures are only 12 hours after the torture. LOOK AT MY COUSINS NAILS WHO CHARGES SOMEONE MONEY FOR THOSE THINGS SHE ACTUALLY HAD NAILS BEFORE THIS NOW SHE HAS WEIRD STUMPIES

Im really disappointed 😕 I have heard great things about Palm Nails from quite a few girls! Really thought I was finding my new place.. well the guy was nice, quiet, very respectful. They were nice... but its a week later and 3 of my nails have popped off!!! I would feel better about that if these nails didnt cost me $40. Guess my search continues....

I’m not from the area, visiting some family. Very rude when I tried to come in for a last minute fix up. They don’t like walk-ins, which is understandable, but the rudeness was uncalled for.

To bad there is no zero star review because i am VERY disappointed in this nail salon. after hearing highly about it from trusted friends i went to scope it out for myself. i visited this disgusting place with one of my friends who was coming in for a pedicure while i was getting a gel manicure. the lady worked on my nails first. keep in mind i’ve gotten a gel manicure before so i know what to expect. so i go and sit down and this woman began speaking in her native language and talking to her coworkers and laughing. this made me very uncomfortable HOWEVER what made me MORE uncomfortable was to watch her finish shaping and buffing my nails and then not clean or even rinse off any of the supplies and she proceeded to use the unsanitary tools on my friends pedicure. a week or so later my friend got a terrible infection that left her in severe pain and with a very unattractive pus filled bubble around her toe. MY STORY however doesn’t end quite yet. so it’s been nearly three weeks since my visit and my gel polish hasn’t worn off yet. now typically that would be a good sign. so i go to use my nail polish remover that is SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR GEL POLISH and guess what... it didn’t faze that little bugger. i was TRICKED and FOOLED into believing i was recieving a gel manicure when in reality they gave me something called SNS which can only be removed in the salon. ok so normally this wouldn’t be a big deal. in my situation though, IT DOES MATTER BECAUSE I WAS VISITING ON VACATION SO NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS CRAPPY MANICURE UNTIL MY NAILS GROW OUT. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS NAIL EXPERIENCE AS I WAS NOT ONLY LIED TO BUT PUT MY MAIN LADY FRIEND IN PAIN AND OVERALL WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i think i’d rather drown myself in a tub of acetone then come back here.UPDATE:FINALLY after having this filthy manicure for over a month the polish came off in the shower after it was ripped off because it got stuck in my hair. after violently scrubbing off all the remaining polish it was revealed my nails are SO UNHEALTHY FROM THIS MANICURE THEY ARE WEAK AND HAVE STAINS. the most disturbing part is the fact my nail bed is uneven because the gel polish ripped off some layers of nail and left others. if you are reading this review PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SALON YOU WILL REGRET IT SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE

Absolutely aweful. Service was horrible and my nails came out terrible. When I asked to have them fixed, that I wasnt pleased woman walked away. Still not happy with them. NEVER going back

I have made several appointments wrote them down get there and Kevin would say no you’re appointment was yesterday and what Navin say well if you wait I will get someone else to do it for you or something like that they have very bad with their customer service they put people on the phone that can’t even speak English we don’t even understand what they’re saying and then you get there they tell us we had no appointments but it was the day before I had been going there for about 2 1/2 years I stopped about a year ago and haven’t done my nails sense
