A really great towing company that made a bad situation much better. Car broke down om i10 in Holt, Florida on a Sunday afternoon. Called them and the lady was so nice and professional. She quoted me and of course I called around to see if anyone was cheaper. Hard Core was $50 cheaper and gave me a eta and they were dead on time. They towed my car to Pensacola for me. I was nervous about it because I had to leave my car and trust everything would be done as promised. I was called by the driver when he arrived and he went over everything with me and he was also very professional and polite. I got a email and text when the car was delivered/dropped off and there was a link in both messages. Clicked the link and they send you pictures of the car when they get there, after its all hooked up and then again when its delivered so you can see exactly where it was delivered and the times of every step. Also it shows that nothing was damaged and it was towed correctly. Ive never seen a tow company do that and it really puts your mind at ease. So a bad situation was made as good as possible every step of the way by Hard Core amd I really appreciate it. Best tow company I have ever dealt with at a really good price forbthe service when most companies tend to take advantage of people because they know they dont have a lot of options at the time. I called Hard Core Towing a week ago because of running over a piece of metal and put a gash in my tire. The guy that came to my rescue was Robert, one of the most professional young men I have ever met. So polite, caring and understanding of my issue. He was to my aid very quick and the care he took of my vehicle was so amazing. Never have I ever worked with a tow company with that much heart. Plus eye candy to add. I got a tow from this company company and was not only pleased with with friendly service but mister Robert Ward also got my car hooked up and ready to go in Record time and was even 15 minutes early to the site so needless to say I was very pleased and would definitely use this service again 10/10

Needed a tow, insurance company originally called Danco towing, they were AWFUL and RUDE. In fact, the man that was supposed to actually tow me called me, said he couldnt help me, the worst part...he hung up on me. Insurance then called Hardcore and WOW, the service was night and day difference!!! Could not have been any happier!!! I needed to pick up my car on Friday afternoon after it was towed, I was told I couldnt the owner/person who releases cars was out of town and had to wit till Monday. I was charged for weekend storage even though I was wiling to, and wanted to get it. It just didnt seem fare, should be illegal.

I don’t recall the drivers name, but he SAVED US! Our van broke down on the side of the road and he was the quickest to pick us up and he was able to drive me, my boyfriend and our big dog as well. And he was super friendly, social, and helpful. Very grateful for him!

I was in a pretty bad accident and shook up when I called. Joe was very nice and arrived at the scene promptly. I was 25 minutes from where I lived and he offered me a ride home which saved my stepmom the drive. I called 3 places(including hardcore) to get a quote about towing a truck. By far the customer service and price out of any of them. The lady was so nice. The other two companies sounded like they were mad they had to answer the phone.

The cheapest tow I found In Crestview. They were quick to get to me and quick to get my vehicle back to my home So they deserve a 4 out of 5 Only reason Im taking the other star off is because of the price Even though it was the cheapest tow, It Was still way too expensive For the short distance I had to Go.

Was not available for after hours pick up from friday night till monday morning and still charged for the weekend. Was told one daily rate then charged a different rate. Transmission lines were damaged and pulled loose during the hauling of the vehicle.

The Indian guy doesnt even know how to load vehicles on the equipment. And he DEFINITELY doesnt know how to treat customers let alone how to talk to them. While I was working in fort Walton my van broke down by way of the gear shifter not changing the gears.i live in Crestview and called quit a few towing company a and got prices ranging from 150 to 225 .I received a quote of 125 from hard core towing.the owner is the person who showed up to tow my van.when he got there I told him I could not get it to come out of reverse.he crawled under the van and asked me if I had a zip tie.i did and gave it to him .he tells me your van if fixed torarily so you can drive it to the shop to get fixed.he refused to accept any payment from me.great people no doubtdespite the fact to fix my van at no charge they also have the best price and they were there on time I will definitely be using them in the future when the need arises

They were prompt with the service provided in looking at the area my 46 Jeep Willys was in and how they were going to tow it out. It had been sitting in the same spot for almost 20 years. Yesterday we had the unfortunate hand dealt to us on a Monday when one of our vehicles broke down with no warning. We called Hard Core Towing to get us to the closest dealership. He was there within 30 minutes or less in terrible weather. Hooked up the vehicle and had us at our destination ASAP.They were very affordable and prompt and even appreciated my sarcastic humor during the whole ordeal.Hopefully we will not need their services in the future, but if we do, they will be our first call in that area!Thank you!

Around the middle of May I reserved a truck through U-Haul to be picked up at a location other than this one. I found out on short notice that instead of picking the truck up at the predetermined location, I was going to have to go to Hard Core Towing & Recovery to pick the truck up there. That was frustrating, but it is more of a problem with U-Haul than it is with Hard Core.I arrived at the time U-Haul told me to but the office was locked. There was a sign saying that nobody was coming in and I would have to do the process on my own. That wasnt ideal, but I understand that during this time of quarantine businesses want to go the extra mile, sometimes at their own expense, to ensure the health and safety of their customers and their staff, which I understand and isnt a problem.My problem is that the telephone numbers provided by the signs in the window didnt work. The signs in the window did not give very good information on how to access the required online support needed to do a self check out. When I finally figured out how to get this information on my own, the bar code in their window, which U-Haul needed to confirm I was at the correct location, also did not work.This is indicative of a lack of attention to detail and an apathetic approach to customer service on the part of Hard Core. They did as little as possible to prepare their location for customers to do a self check out.Furthermore, there was a man walking around between the office and the garage and a small home next to the business. It was early and he was dressed in what I assume were his pajamas. He came over and asked what I was doing. When I explained to him that I was trying to get in touch with a U-Haul representative he cut me off mid sentence and said that he dont know nothing about all that. I pay people to handle U-Haul for me. I was meant to understand from this that he was the proprietor but I had me doubts based on how unprofessional was his demeanor.I had to call U-Hauls 1-800 number directly and speak with someone at their corporate customer service. There was a lot of personal information I had to give her and a lot of information pertaining to the location so I had a small area in which I was able to do all of this efficiently. Unfortunately, while I was on the phone trying to pass this information along, the unprofessional man felt as though he needed to get into an old blue truck in front of the office and rev up the engine, making it impossible for me to conduct any business over the phone there. I had to walk away, get the customer service rep to repeat what information she needed, walk back over to get the information, and then walk away again to communicate it to her.Eventually, she, not the unprofessional man I assumed was at least a representative of the business, was able to help me through the self check out process and get me a truck. The inside of the truck was dirty and smelled bad. The windshield was filthy. When I got back home I looked Hard Core up on Facebook and learned that the unprofessional man was, according to social media, George, and is identified as the business owner, though I cant say he runs the place.During the quarantine we have all seen and heard a lot of stories about the intrepid spirit of the American small business owner, but Hard Core Towing and Recovery, in my experience, is a terrible example of this idea and it is certainly operated by some real garbage human beings and I strongly recommend you do not give them your business. I found them to be very frustrating.

This place is brilliant! I sold a car earlier this year, lets just say the guy was not responsible, and didnt register the vehicle. The car wound up here recently and I was served the bill through certified mail. Immediately I called and we were able to talk about what happened and that the car was sold without the person being hostile or saying oh well thats not my fault (which is rare). Within a matter of hours everything was settled and they worked with me! Staff was friendly and made the WHOLE process simple. I would absolutely use if I need a tow!

Had an engine issue with my 2018 GT350 on HWY285, called USAA, they dispatched a flatbed car hauler from Hard Core Towing. Joe showed and was very professional and very experienced on getting sport cars on the flatbed without issues. Would definitely use this towing service and highly recommend Joe as your tow guy.
