I called and got a same day appt. Upon arriving my Appointment started within 5 minutes ( Many nail appointments at least 15 minutes late to start, For me historically ). My nails look fantastic and he was quick but thorough. With littles at home timing is everything So I appreciated getting in and out in less than one hour. 10 different people give you 10 different reviews of a company, 10 different people give you 10 different reviews of a company, but my experience was excellent

They are better than the Palm Coast average place. My daughters nails almost looked like the picture we wanted. (A sunset bit no blended red through the middle.) The young lady did her best. 😉 My nails, he did his best to rebuild them, I have thin nails. However, he wont let me venture out of pink and white options for acrylic and my daughter says they make other colors now.🙄

Most unprofessional owners and staff; the owner insulted my wife over an appointment. We have been going there for more than 5 years, but now we are done with VIP nails.

Horrible experience the guy that did my nails was very rude to me and he was very careless. They do not clean tools between costumers and of i could rate 0 stars i Definetly would.

Went there a week ago, Rosa lied gave me regular polish told me it was gel a day b4 I had to leave town within 24 hours my nails were bubbling and polish coming off I paid 80 dollars and tipped her 20.. The next day I was furious couldnt redo I had to leave town with horrible nails... They still owe me but been too busy to get there

I took my daughter here to get her nails done and I thought it was gonna be really expensive. But come to find out they were great on pricing and they worked well with my daughter and she was extremely happy with her nails. I’d recommend them to anyone who are getting their daughters nails done for the first time or who won something simple done they did great and my daughter would definitely love to go back so that’s why I’m writing this review for any of your first timers that want to go use a gray nail salon I have people that will work with you or your kids

I am never going back. i asked to get acrylic nails with white polish. within 3 days the polish turned grey and brown on my nails. some nails are longer then others, diagonal on my fingers and didn’t even bother to clean up the extra polish on my cuticle when finished. while putting on the acrylic i had asked the woman to cut it since it was not the length i asked, she told me she would cut it later and she never did. my under nails are a mess. even cut me a little bit, bad experience 🤷🏻‍♀️

VIP NAIL SALON AND SPA. Tom is the best! And his staff. Because, they give 110% of their work, experience, guidance, and decisions to help you make a good decision about your service. And dont RIP you off. I will always go back to VIP Salon n Spa, as long as I live in Palm Coast!😆😁💅

Nails are great but get there before 6pm time says 7pm and they will tell you to come then doors are locked not for those working a bust schedule like 12hour health care workers.

By far the best nail salon in town! Quiet and clean, the staff is always super friendly and even though I only come when I’m in town visiting my parents, they always remember me. Today my mom and I walked in and were able to get pedicures together right away. It was so relaxing we decided to add manicures too :) Highly recommend!

VIP Nails had a great atmosphere. It’s nice to get service in a nail salon and you are greeted by your name because of the relationship they build with their customers. Tom is a great nail tech and I am very pleased with the service.

Yesterday was my first visit there. I went in expecting to wait and fortunately saw a friend of mine, so I sat and talked with her while I waited. As soon as I sat down they were ready for me. I have pretty bad feet with callous problems. They have a service which caters to my particular problem so I chose it. Although I didnt expect much, I was very happy with the end result. My feet were so soft and felt so good. Still does today. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. I believe theyve found a new customer in me. Highly recommended this place .

We had such a lovely time at this place. My husband finally relented and came in for his first pedicure and was overwhelmed by the experience. The staff is attentive and highly skilled. The whole place appears to be quite clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning.

Been going to Tom and Vivian since 2001....thats 17 years that I will not go anywhere else. Always get my nails done the way I want and overall they last unlike some other places Ive been to. They always do want you want and prices are very reasonable. They have tons of acrylic and gel nail polish selections and they do beautiful artwork on nails.

They do a very good job, but never without a wait. My schedule is personally quite hectic so it would be nice for them to stay true to schedule. However, my nails always come out lovely and stay 3 weeks.

Poor! Im giving two stars because the customer service was very good. I went in for a pedicure and fill-in. They were busy due to people coming in before evacuating for Hurricane Irma. I understand they were busy, but they seemed to be rushing through everyone. Within a week, my gel polish was coming off 3 nails. The polish from the pedicure came off as soon as I got into a pool. I wont be returning. $60 plus a tip is a lot of money to spend for below satisfactory results. It wasnt until I was in bright lights that I realized my polished also looked bumpy and the shape of my nails were uneven. I should have checked thoroughly while there so thats on me. Still, if people are paying you for a service, the service should be done professionally.

I have never been so disappointed to the point where I would have to write a review about a nail salon for the sub-standard work done on my nails. While I was there, the woman who did my nails was on the phone with her friend. She cut not one, but two of my fingers. She wasnt even paying attention to my nails while cutting them and they came out sloppy. The acrylic wasnt done well either. After a day, two of my nails fell off. Overall a horrible experience from an incompetent worker, so lackluster it makes me never want to go back again. Saying this place is mediocre is beyond an overstatement.

My mother went to this nail salon. She went back a week later to discuss an issue with the manager. The girl who did her nails was not attentive. She spent more time talking to other people than taking care of her customer. She burnt the sides of my mother’s nails and my mother now has infected nails. Not only did she bring to their attention they were not cleaning tools between customers they refused to make it right. Needless to say, she will not be back and will not recommend them to anyone.

I love Vip Nails. They always do a very good job. They are very friendly and helpful here. They just remodeled the inside. It look very new now, and they keep it clean.

This place was overall nice but when it comes to the nail techs work... terrible. i haven’t had these nails for more than a week and one fell off... ACRYLICS... first the top coat started to chip off and then it hurt went all down hill from there. The acrylic was sloppy and uneven and started to rush at the end.

This was my first time going to this salon, and Im not going back. the lady who did my nails was on her phone talking the entire time with her friend, which is very unprofessional. When cutting my nails to length i told her i wanted, she went very fast and all of the nails ended up being different lengths. She also used the wrong size acrylic nail on one of my thumbs so it looked wider than the other.

One of the employees got an attitude because after my girlfriend got her eye brows done I didn’t know that there was a 10 dollar minimum to use a Bank card. Not only was that my first time there I was never told that there was a minimum before hand soo how am I supposed too know?. either way the lady was very rude we were not greeted as we entered the store by any of the the employees there as far as the lady who did my girlfriend eyebrows she needs too be disciplined I don’t recommend any one to come here

The only nail salon I use. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly employees make this spa a monthly treat for me. Also, it is very well ventilated, so one isnt bothered by fumes, only the soothing aromatherapy of mani and pedi treatments. I also have my brows done here; they do an awesome job

This was my go to place for a pedi but I was very disappointed today. A wedding party and I walked in at the same time. I was not part of the wedding party. The girl rushed through my pedi experience, and when though I told her to be gentle with my feet, as Ive been having issues with them, she was rough and hurt me. Im looking for another nail salon.☹️

Its funny that it would say Closed today on Yelp or maybe its a sign that they should be!Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to a pedicure chair but then left sitting there, unattended for 45 mins?! Seriously???They might want to change there name from VIP (clearly they do not understand what that means).

I went there 4 times and each time they scrapped my nails hard to remove the gel instead of letting the chemical do the work. After 4 visits, my nails were thinner than paper. It took 4 months for them to grow out enough that they do not break if the wind blows.

For someone who has been getting their nails done for quite a few years now, I have become very ‘picky’ or particular if you will, about my entire experience. I moved to the area a year ago and spent a lot of time switching salons every few weeks. It wasn’t until I came across Vipl Spa and their nail technician, Ivian, I was completely satisfied. The spa has an organized and relaxing essence. When you walk in you immediately know it’s a clean environment and the staff is so friendly! Ivian is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. She is not only so sweet but takes the time to make sure her work is perfected! And she doesn’t take forever doing it either. Ivian, I appreciate everything you have done for me! I would recommend this place to anyone who is as OCD about their nails as I am and especially having Ivian take care of you!!

First time here and will not be going back. My friend and I both had a full set done and both of us had them popping off well before theyre due to be filled. The lady cut 3 of my fingers due to apparently being in a rush to finish. Very bad experience overall with a unprofessional and careless staff.

Horrible service. Literally came in with my mom and sister to get our nails done, my mom ans sister got their feet done while i waited patiently to be attended. Well once the only nail tech was done she moved on to another customer instead of attending me. Even after removing my nail polish, making it seem that i would be next. Never will be returning here.
