I went to this place 3 weeks ago and had a good experience but after making an appt for today, the technicians that I made the appt for were not there today. So I waited 40 min for someone to be free and then ended up with someone who did not know how to do SNS and left my nails bumpy and rough. I asked a few times if they were going to be shiny but that turned out to be the least of my worries. Wont be going back.

My sister and I had a gift certificate for our birthday from November and had to go to back to NYC to finalize our moving arrangements for several months. So then we called today to make Appointment for pedicure. We explained we had been gone for six months and asked if they would honor our certificate. It was only two weeks past due and they wouldn’t honor it. On top of that we waited more than an hour and asked what the situation even though we had appointment. When asked why we are still waiting, the rude woman said they were understaffed. So I said then why make an appointment if you don’t have capacity??? If this business has any professionalism, they should honor our certificate for full credit in addition to making things correct as a professional courtesy. This is bad business and I will not be returning ever nor will anyone I know. I know this isn’t NYC but if you have a appointment you shouldn’t be waiting an hour. Some streamlining needs to be done here. Horrible!!!

I made an appointment. I got there, it was my first time going there. I sat down she started working, the tips she used where super thick and when she was shaping my nails they looked horrible but i thought oh maybe she’ll fix them. Later when she was putting sns she made it TOO think. It took her 2 hours to do a full set of tips with sns and a basic base. and the results were awful she left them crooked, super thick, and there was a hole/gap in one of the nails right where the tip is supposed to stick to my nail ig it elevated literally a nightmare I wanted to cry and they still dare to charge me $40 for them. Definitely never coming here again. The next day I went and got them fixed at Palm Nails at Island walk and they did a beautiful job they did them black and beautiful shape.

This place has horrible service. I brought my mother in law to get her nails done and was told there would be a half hour to 45min wait. Cool. We wait. When its our turn to be seated 3 ppl walk in and jump in front, we ask whats going on because we were next. So then yelling, they claimed they were there first and told to come back. One staff member had a bit of an attitude telling us we had to wait again.But I told them dont worry about us, you will not be getting my money today after the attitude we just got from staff as well as customers that were not addressed.Never going here again!They are unorganized as hell, and rude.

I just got acrylics done at this location and they are fantastic! Lauren did mine and she was so good she knew exactly what she was doing to a tea. They are perfect and she was also great company! Definitely recommend

Made 6:00 p.m. appointmen May, 4, 2021heyre open until 7:0 0pm manicure pedicure and eyebrows waxed. The lady that did my nail was ok however the polish I picked upon application it seemed a bit thick, she continues polishing she applied a serum to assist with the drying and put my hands under the special light for quick drying, she said 5 minutes, when she checked my hand at the five minute, it was still not dry so she put my hands back for three more minutes, after completion of the added three minutes, she checked and let me know its dry...so went home. Its about ten minutes to get home, no stops along the way got home removing my dress I realize the polish four of my right fingers was messed up as well as two on the left hand.. I had to go to work and try to obscure my hand most of the day, my fingers visible to my clients..after work at 4:45 I went to the salon for them to fixed the problem, one young lady came to inquire what I need done I showed my hands., She then went about doing what she was doing I waited 8 to 10 minutes, she came back and told me all the manicurist had clients at their station and if I could come back in 15-20 minutes.. I complied went to my office came back within the given time frame, sat down for about 7 minutes when I guess the lead person came over to tell me everyone has some one at their station and she has one young lady she will be doing, the woman who did my nails the previous day was not there, that I know,,, anyway I asked why did they have me leave and to return later her response she has no idea why I was told that...I was upset to say the least, I cant told her I will never use their service again..If I had just walked in and needed work done that will incur a change they would make the time....Shame on sNails & Co for such poor service...I am in from of customers everyday, I have nothing positive be to give for recommendation

Walked in with no appointment for 5 Pedicures. I was accommodated quickly with less than 5 minutes wait. Technicians were very friendly, thorough, and oh so gentle with my little girls. My massage was AMAZING!! 2 1/2 weeks later, polish still looks freshly done. Will definitely return!

Was not pleased with the prices for my kids they charged! Very poor communication with customers there are no prices listed up front or anywhere so I had to ask the lady to ask another lady! Then my mother went to pay for everything forgetting about me still needing to get my eyebrows waxed. As I was walking back the lady then asked another employee about how much we tipped right in front of mother!?! I really still cant believe they just charged us $25 each for my 10 and 6 year old to get pedicures....needless to say I will NOT be back here!!!

I’ve been to so many nail salons and i was never fully happy until i came here! Nicole did my nails and she seriously did an amazing job. On top of her doing a wonderful job her personality was so welcoming and i had a great time! I didn’t make an appointment and i only waited maybe 5 minutes.The price was a little higher than i usually pay but honestly it was worth it. I can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks!!!!

We walked in on a busy sunday, we were greeted with rudeness because we didn’t book an appointment 😬 I had no problem waiting but they took advantage of that and forgot about me while leaving me to soak my previous acrylic set for an hour while working on new walk-ins. I had an absolute angel work on my nails when the time came though! The absolute saving grace of this salon. If you want ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS ACRYLICS please do yourself a favor and book with Stacey!!! Could not recommend her more.

Ive always had a great experience here whenever I get my nails done. The girls are very attentive and friendly. The only service I wanted was the removal of my gel polish. The man who provided my service used the Dremel tool excessively. I now have a divot on my pinky nail that is hyper sensitive. Three of my other nails are also sensitive. My natural nails are typically very strong and healthy. I only had the gel polish for a couple weeks. Now I have a mess.

As a new resident to the area, I was in search of a salon. I was met with a warm greeting and no wait, which I wasnt expecting. Sabrina was my tech, she was very attentive to my needs and so pleasant. Ill be going here for future appointments.

I took my 3 and 7 year old in for Mani Pedis. They had a long wait. We waited 20 minutes. I called ahead and they said they were not busy at all. They took my girls and just painted their nails and toes in the same chair..no foot spa..nothing...no manicure and no pedicure, then they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I told them no I wanted one with my girls and that I will just get a manicure...no manicure..they just painted my nails. I know my girls are young, but I wanted to treat them and instead I felt like I was just rushed in and out. It was not a good experience. People that came in after us even got pedicures. We never even made it to the chair. I could have just painted their nails at home and mine for that matter.

Just had a great pedicure at Nails & Co. My nail technician was Roxanne who did an absolutely great job. In town on business and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Had the exfoliating pedicure and by the time I left my feet looked and felt better as a result of the visit. Roxanne ensured that I left a happy customer. I would highly recommend her to future clients. The salon itself is clean and the other technicians seem to be just as friendly as Roxanne. Will come back again the next time that I am in the area.

I called to see if I could get in for a fill-in. The guy asked “how soon can you be here? I can get you in 10-15 minutes” I left and was there in 10 minutes. Picked out my polish and Sat for over an hour. While I sat, I noticed how filthy the salon was. I left and went to another salon. Bad service. Dirty salon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is rude to customers and employees. As a result of her not taking her time and rushing to get me out the door, my nails look horrible. Will not go back and do not recommend.

I have been here several times now. I am a snow bird from Michigan. I would recommend Sabrina for a pedi and gel for my nails. What a sweet gal and she does such a wonderful job. The salon is very clean and I will continue to go there when I am in Palm Coast.

Horrible experience. Save yourself a head ache and dont go there! Full set. 3 crooked. Some wide some skinny. The owner was there and told her to do gel polish. The worker told her NO AND THE OWNER did nothing about it.. Then the lady tried to get loud and argue with me in front of everyone! There are a few very nice women there that do pedicures and the shop is very clean. Just DONT let the lady that sits right beside the cashier when you walk in do your nails!

Nails & Co is one of the cleanest salons I have been in. Teo is a very good nail tech. He takes his time and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Nails & Co. If want a great manicure ask for Teo.

Possibly one of the worst experiences Ive had in a while at a nail salon. Highly unprofessional. My nail tech got up 3 different times during 1 fill. My gel polish is streaky, and lumpy at the tips. My nails were filed crooked. And they under charged, so when I went back to get something I forgot, they would not give me what belonged to me until I paid their mistake. Do not recommend, and probably wont return.

Only if youre desperate...the staff is unprofessional and disorganized. Was repeatedly told my nails were thin and uneven...even after 3 coats of nail polish so I left with one of the worst manicures. Ive never had anyone give me this feedback in the 20 years Ive been getting manicures. Will NOT recommend.

I made an appointment with Lauren to get a full set The appointment was at 11amShe was finished with her previous client at 10:45, told me to pick a color and disappeared into the back. At 11:05 I left. She callled me at 11:14 and said “Where’d you go?!”If my business doesn’t mean enough to her to at LEAST BE ON TIME? She doesn’t need my money!
