All my friends told me not to go here and how horrible it was but I decided to try it anyways! I had an appointment at 2, arrived on time, and they did not seat me until 2:50. They did not even start on my nails until 3:30 (they were not even super busy). When the guy started on my nails, he cut my finger. And within 4-5 days my dip has chipped. I will say it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had - now I see why everyone told me not to go!!!!!

Went in 8 days ago for a luxe mani with dip. Two of my nails have already chipped, and I have scabs on 4 fingers from my cuticles getting nipped. Will not be going back.

If you’re looking for a custom nail design they really are the best in Oxford. Punctuality is about what I expect from nail salons (typically always a wait, even with an appointment), but that doesn’t mean it isn’t slightly irksome. Staff is nice, vibe is cute and clean.

I started nail bar in august. Loved the way they did my nails in the beginning. staff although has never been the friendliest. They are always understaffed with that being said the last time they did my nails in March they were rushing through and didn’t use clean supplies which ended up causing me to get a nail infection. I had to go to the doctor and get on an antibiotic that I had to paid for. When I called to let them know the situation they have made it in every way possible difficult to resolve and give me a refund. From staff at the store to management, no one has been friendly, helpful, apologetic or understanding. Instead they blame me for the nail infection due to my autoimmune disorder and told me to let them know that I have type one so they can go lighter on my hands. In all my 6 years of diabetes and nail salons I have never had an infection from a manicure.

I have been multiple times and never been seen sooner than 20 minutes after my actual appointment time. Most recently it took until an hour after my appointment time for someone to actually come start my pedicure. Hit or miss if upgrading is worth it, after an hour of waiting all of the “extra” scrubbing and massaging lasted about 60 seconds. Getting tired of it constantly being overbooked and lacking in quality experience.

The lady who helped me with my nails so was so sweet and did an amazing job! She hand drew the stars and moon I wanted and it looked amazing. Very impressed and super sweet people!

As a dude going to get a pedicure, this place might turn you away. Its super pink, feminine, etc. But, going with my girlfriend, I figured why not? Ill give them this, the staff is great, nice, they dont make you feel like your have surgurery on your toe.

Squeezed me in when I did not have an appointment. Love the big screen TV with current movie. Nails look amazing!

If you go in to get your nails done, even with an appointment, be prepared to be there a while. If your nails need to soak, they will soak them for an hour while they finish up other people before even starting on your nails. Ridiculous way of dealing with bad timing. If you don’t have enough people, don’t just allow people’s nails to soak in acetone for AN HOUR while you wait for an open nail tech.

Super kind, fast, and knowledgeable staff. Quite possibly the only place worth going to in Oxford... Classic manicure lasted full two weeks and got compliments on the shape. Thanks Nail Bar!

Went by this place the other day. The inside was very nice and they had nice large TV’s with a newly released movie playing. It is also very nice to have people working in a nail salon that speak very good English. The bad part about the experience is that they do not do a good job and it’s all about how quickly they can get you “in and out”. The young lady that did my pedicure was not detail oriented and scratched the mess out of my toes while buffing my toenails and cut my Cuticles too deep several times. This left scratches all over my toes and she did not do a good job on removing the hard areas on my feet either.With a little more attention to detail, they could be a good company, but with service like this, they will not be taking care of me again. Hopefully the management reads this and puts measures in place to prevent this from happening anymore.

Came in for a pedicure. It was extremely rushed. Polish looks okay nails themselves are jagged in some spots. You can still clearly see dead skin all over my feet. I’m giving up on oxford pedicures. Should just drove to Southaven. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

My experience was not that great. MOST of the people were friendly. However, I went in for a simple gel fill in - which the website says is $17. My final total was $41! All I got was a gel fill in and my nails cut back. On top of that, my polish has already chipped and its only been 2 days. I was fine with using anywhere else in Oxford but had read about this place in the Mississippi magazine and decided to give it a try. I am a regular visitor to the town but I will never go back to the nail bar.

Ive been here 3 times. The people are nice and the place is clean. They do a good job on nails. Best price in Oxford.

Cool atmosphere but my gel manicure didn’t even last a week. Super disappointed.

I got a pedicure and literally within a week of getting it, the nail polish was already chipping off. It’s been cooler this week so I’ve been wearing closed-toed shoes yet the polish still did not last. For the prices of this place, the quality doesn’t match!!
