The lady that did my nails was wonderful ! She was clean, took her time and was very nice to me and my friends. I would definitely recommend!!

Although the customer service was great, I was not happy about the results. I get dip powder manicures regularly. So the nail shape that I desire was all ready present. The technician filed my nails too long making my nails much shorter. I had to tell him to stop. Instead of going with the flow of the shape that was present, he gave my nails a pointy oval shape. And they look terrible. These are my real nails. And now all my nails have different shapes and I will have to cut them off and start over.He kept filing. And filing and filing. I literally saw my nails just filed away.It shouldn’t take 2 hrs to do a nail polish change to the toes and a dip powder manicure.There were also dips and bubbles in my nail. I was told to come back to fix but I was visiting from out of town.The extra star is because they have slot of guys there. And they seem to have a cool vibe. However, they need to listen to the customer.

Nails looked beautiful and the workers were very nice.

Got here and was told wouldnt be long, I understand they were working on some but put me and my group in pedi chairs and 10 employees disappear! And one of ours was waiting on nails and they took several ahead of her ! My first and last time coming here bad customer service and I have used nail shops all over the US

Hands down the best nail salon in the Oxford area. We visit every couple of weeks and get our pedicures and my SNS manicure. We have “dated” a couple other places in the area and they are simply subpar. We went for our first experience last night. They took care of us immediately and paid attention to all the details. They even have a rewards card! We will definitely be back soon. P.S. my nails are perfect!
