Bella Nails & Spa is a wonderful & relaxing Nail Salon in Oxford, Al. I had received a Gel Pedicure 🦶🦶 Gift Card as a gift. My appointment was made, they were waiting for me with an open Massage Chair. I chose my Gel Color of choice. Wonderful employee, wonderful work! Id highly recommend Bella Nails & Spa! Bella Nails isnt like the other nail places!! It is so bright, bubbly, VERY CLEAN & welcoming in there. I always sign in and never have to wait to be seated for more than 2-5 minutes, whether it be in a pedicure chair or manicure chair. All the staff are very friendly and treat you like family. The owner will definitely make you laugh and brighten your day!! I always get the powder dip nails, and I usually get a pedi with gel polish. My nails are ALWAYS done perfect from there. They always take their time and make sure they make your nails absolutely beautiful. If any of my nails break or mess up, I go back and they fix it at no charge. They have great prices, and I always get compliments on my nails!! Ive been a customer since July 2019, and I wont go anywhere else no matter how convenient. Bella Nails is THE BEST NAIL SPA in Calhoun County!

Look no further for an AMAZING nail salon with an absolutely phenomenal customer experience. Bella Nails is hands down the BEST nail salon in East Alabama. John is my favorite, he always remembers me & makes me feel important and appreciated. I love the other employees too, though. When John isn’t there, I am still treated with the same kindness that he shows me! The employees have always been so patient with me and my somewhat complicated nail requests. And they are SO good at what they do! They have absolutely nailed my “Pinterest inspired” looks. They are very professional and definitely focused on satisfying the customer. Even when I get my eyebrows waxed (which the lady does a GREAT job with that), I am treated with nothing but kindness and good conversation. I LOVE this nail salon. I drive 45 minutes from Wedowee to get my nails done here. They are THAT good. Not to mention Bella is the absolute cutest. I adore this family & this nail salon. Five stars is an understatement.

Nice selection of colors and products, but poor quality. And my nail tech was constantly on his phone, while doing my nails.

Was told it was a 30 min wait.... waited 45 mins in lobby then another hour in the pedicure chair. Took about 20 minutes to do my pedicure with no massage at all. Was very rushed. Felt uncomfortable with nail tech who got a attitude when I asked for tips with my SNS dip. Had to have another lady do my nails. They are very uneven. Had two other people with me their nails have bubbles and dents in them. Where not cut it shaped correctly. Not very great service. Very disappointed

Only thing is they went up on their prices it cost me 70 just for deluxe pedi and French tip toes thats insane my nails cost only 40 at nail 2001 and got acrylic and French tips

I had an appointment for 4:00. I was there at 3:45 and with nobody in front of me. 5 more people arrived and all 5 were seated and started on before me (and no they didn’t have an appointment. I asked. ) I sat there until 4:40.... still no service. Not to mention they are extremely rude.

Great salon! I moved to Anniston/Oxford about a year and a half ago and finally found the best nail salon. The prices are very reasonable, HUGE variety of colors to choose from, my nails and toes always look perfect! They stay pretty busy, I would recommend calling before going in or making an appointment. Or I’ve noticed early afternoon during the week you can usually walk right in no wait.

Went in for pedicures left with dead skin still on my feet, poor quality of service. Gave them chance to fix they said they don’t do that. I could have soaked my feet at home.

I love this nail salon SO much! Everyone who works there is an amazing nail artist in their own right. I’ve had my nails done by every person in here and can honestly say they all do a fantastic job. I have also had wax services on my brows and pedicures as well as full set acrylic nails on my hands and everything was done with the highest level of professionalism and service. The salon is always very clean and the wait times are low. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got a dip nail set done. Looked nice at first however after I got home I noticed my thumb nail had two bubbles on it. And my pinky nail’s top coat was some how messed up and not fully coating my nail.Two days later I have two bios crack, now I am not hard on my nails at all.I went back and a different lady fixed my broken nails, however that day two more nails cracked tht the original lady did. I didn’t want to go back again, so I just soaked them off. Will not be returning.Everyone is super friendly there ! But dip nail service was subpar

Waited for over 45 minutes past my appointment to get a pedicure, meanwhile walk ins were being serviced. I left after an hour and went somewhere else. I will never go back here.

I stopped in this salon based on the reviews. Do not always believe what you read. I went in to have one nail replaced that I had broken and had a polish change so all the nails matched. The nail that he replaced was lumpy and crooked and on top of that I was charged 35.00 To fix one nail and get a polish change. I will never be back. They way over charge and did not do a good job on the nail repair

Great 1st experience at this salon. Linda was super friendly, they used a new pack of equipment for my pedi, seemed sanitary. Will return.

Dear Paula Houser1st of all I am the owner of the salon i dont know what you have done with your nails and i dont know if we are over priced but one thing that I know if youre not satified with your nail you should ask why your nails charged like that and like you said just polish change and One nail repair i dont think its cost that much or maybe you did something else to it? maybe your nails are super long? and yes if your nails are long there will be different pricing for it and you said your nails are lumpy? i need a picture proof our work so that we can improve, i just want to get it correct so my employees doesnt over charge anyone thank you
