Employees were extremely nice. Very professional and followed all Covid protocol. They sprayed every station down before and after each client. They carried a conversation with me and made me feel very comfortableHands down the best nail salon around.

In a nutshell neither the daughter or mother are practicing standard sanitation so definitely not following COVID protocol. They’re also both rude as they don’t greet or talk to their customers but rather have conversations with each other or whomever they’re on the phone with. The daughter is always outside smoking and the mom’s nails should be knives the way she uses them to unnecessarily push back your cuticles and sides instead of using an actual tool.I was excited about a nail salon in my area that seemed to have the quality of the ones I go to in Birmingham and Atlanta. I’ll never know if what I seen on social media is true. I’ve made 3 attempts to get my nails done by the person whose work is shown on Instagram and Facebook. I booked my daughter and myself for the 1st visit but only my daughter was able to get hers done. My daughter had to wait 2 hours for her “appointment” and I had to cancel because I was now late for work. My daughters nails were done by the older lady and the younger lady did the designs but quality was no where near what’s on social media. I thought the daughter was doing my nails on the second turn but it was the mom and she is not good. There was no apex, my nails were lumpy and now I have to grow my natural nails out more because of damage.

I asked for coffin matte black nails and for a very easy design. Didn’t get any of it. The older woman who I guess owns it started my nails and oh my god. She dug her own nails into my fingers and cut them. The nails them selves are very sloppy and it took them over two hours before they even started on me after I was told an hour. Which that part was whatever. They soaked my nails in acetone for an hour and then started. This place is a joke. I can go and get my nails done somewhere else for $35 and have them look better than what they did. If I could post pictures I would a waste of $80

I have had the best experience every single time. I became a new consistent client about 3 months ago and I have zero regrets. Theresa can do ANYTHING!! Very clean, welcoming, and organized environment.

Her attitude is very rude and unprofessional. As I walked in the door, she never welcomed me in. And She takes Marijuana smoke breaks, which is also very unprofessional.

We pulled up in the parking lot she locked the door oh well moving right along.
