Recently relocated to Central Florida and heard good things about PSI. Had some routine maintenance performed (spark plugs, oil change, etc.). Solid independent shop and very knowledgeable on everything BMW. I will be a repeat customer.

I am absolutely pleased with the service here, I had them install a DocRacing single turbo kit along with BC coilovers, struts/control arms, full brake kit, an LSD and tuning. I will say it took 4 months but throughout all the waiting they were transparent with what was going on. Also I’d like to mention if you do something as extensive as my project was don’t expect to be a month because cars will have issues they need addressed. But anyways I got the car back just before Christmas and there have been no issues, the owner Sean was also going out of his way to ask how the car was running and is always open to questions. Overall I highly recommend this for bmw builds.

I know I am just echoing 80+ outstanding reviews but the folks at PSI deserve every glorious review they get. They go above and beyond. They know BMWs (and other makes I am sure) inside and out. They treat your car like they would treat their own. They use a service which allows them to text updates, quotes and invoices making communication with them so simple and quick - and they are responsive. I cant say enough good things about them - PSI is my go to place when my car needs something above my ability.

The PSI team have been a real pleasure to work with. Their professional approach to diagnosing a cars issues make it easy to understand the issues and determine the path to repair and getting your Bimmer back on the road. My recent experience with my 2004 330ci SMG was great. The car essentially would not shift gears. After going in the shop, the PSI team determined that the throw out bearing and clutch were gone. In short order OEM parts were replaced and I’m happy to say the car shifts better than ever. After I picked up the car there were a few other minor items that PSI handled as well to ensure I was fully satisfied.I would highly recommend anyone with a BMW to work with PSI! I am writing a review for Matts outstanding customer service and punctuality at PSI in helping me find the best options for performance upgrades to my F82 M4. This being my first M4, there were a lot of questions on which part is right for me. I have a good sense for authenticity and honesty, and throughout our several of our conversations, I never had a sense that I was being upsold for a more expensive product or service. In fact, I felt that I was being guided towards a tailored opinion specifically that matched my situation.I did a lot of forum research beforehand before asking questions around the performance upgrades that I wanted. Based on what I read, Matt gave me the extra sense of expertise that I needed to make the right decision to get the most power output out of my car. With most car shops, youll find that the person your speaking to will try to rush you off the phone or just throw out generic solutions. Not here.I am aiming to bring my car to the shop next week! Repairs took longer than I would have liked, had a few hiccups too. However, Sean and Alex made it right. They care about their customers and I would be open to returning in the future.

I have a Z4 2011 that needed new struts. Dealership over $4500. PSI, with alignment and new BC racing coilovers that last a whole lot longer $1700 for all 4 out the door! Common sense move.

Great service, friendly staff and got me and my E46 back on the road. Waited at the shop with my kids and they were great with them as well. If you need BMW work in the Orlando area, PSI is the place to go.

Our experience with precision sport industries has a customer for life. Everyone at the shop has been a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable. My check engine light came on and I didn’t want to deal with the BMW dealership since I had a horrible experience with them. Precision’s sport industries did a complete overview of my car, checking for anything else that may be worn down. They were not pushy to sell me anything extra and was happy to show my husband and I the things that were needing attention. They were honest and reliable and when we received our car back it drove like a new car and we couldn’t be more happier.

Ive been using PSI for many years. They always do a great job and stand behind their work. What I like most is that they are true enthusiasts and its enjoyable to speak to them about a build and then work through the process of what will work the best. The outcome is always satisfying!

Ive been going PSI since theyre still in the old place, I took my E92 M3 for inspection and rod bearing services and had really great experience. We are planning on a long road trip for Christmas break so, last week I took my other car, F48 X1 for an alignment. It took them longer than I expected but, boy!!! PSI really knows what a great customer service are, they performed the alignment for free!!

Company did a great job but too hard too get a warranty appointment weeks out too busy is good but like to have more of a piece of mind once work has been completed. Staff is good

I was considering buying a car in the Winter Park area, so I looked up a reputable BMW shop to have an inspection done. I live in Maryland, so I was going entirely off the reviews I read. This shop far exceeded my expectations. I didnt end up buying the car, but they sent me multiple detailed emails regarding the car before I even brought it into them. Highly recommend if you want great communication and honesty from your mechanic!

The crew at PSI are amazing! I have been using them for years. They have done amazing work to my 2011 M3. But just so you know, they do not stop at BMW and Porsches. Their mechanics are very well versed in Honda and Volkswagen and have performed several repairs to my 2005 Accord. Call them for everything from Oil Changes and Tire Alignments to Custom Fabrications, Repairs, and Modifications! They are fantastic!

Ive been taking my BMW cars to PSI for a couple years now. I love that theyre open on Saturdays as it helps with my work schedule. Ive always had honest and professional repairs and diagnosis. Whatever I cant do myself, I have PSI do. Alexis and Chris have been the best to work with. I dont mind hanging out there for hours waiting on my car, they make it an exciting place to be especially if youre a car enthusiast. 10/10 highly recommend for BMW and Porsche service and repairs.

Ive been to Precision Sport Industries for two big installs on my F30 and I was completely happy with both. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. Gorgeous shop and awesome team completely trust them with any of my cars for any job big or small. They are super meticulous and know the cars they work on inside and out. From bimmers, benzes, p-cars, daily drivers, exotics to race cars, and from classics to brand new state of the art, they can do anything needed to make your car look, feel, and perform better than when it left the factory and before you dropped it off. I’ve been using PSI to service my E36 M3 since 2007. They always provide top-tier service and never falter to make sure the job is done perfectly. Simply put, I trust them with my car more than I trust myself with it.Outside of getting my wheels, suspension kit, and exhaust from them (to name a few), what really keeps my car in pristine shape is PSI’s attention to detail on everything that maintains its overall drivability and performance. My experience at PSI was similar to other posted reviews- great! They went out of their way to test fit wheels on my car and even stayed after hours to help me choose a wheel. When it was all said and done, I couldn’t be happier and look forward to dealing with PSI in the future for other modifications/maintenance.

By far best shop in Orlando for Bmw’s. I previously went too three different shops where I got charged for things that I didn’t need. Until one day one of my friends told me about PSI. So I towed my car there and they figured out the problem right away.The service was amazing and friendly.The amount of bmw knowledge that they have is crazy. I recommend anyone with a bmw to go there especially if you own a N54 like me.

Highly recommend. Great staff, very friendly. Went to get catless downpipes put on my E90 335i. Every place in Tampa wanted $350+ and said it would take 3 hours. PSI put them on in 1 1/2 hours for less than half that. It was worth the drive from Tampa to Orlando for the savings.

I’m new to the Orlando Area I just previously got back from the Middle East after 11 years contracting.I just purchased a 2008 BMW M6 and was looking to do some upgrades.I came across PSI On the M5 Forums and heard nothing but great feedback I just got The pulley kit and the BPM SMG Trans flash. All I have to say is the car is amazing it feels like a different car I will definitely be going back for The ECU TUNE / Rod bearings and a few more goodies. I recommend anybody with a BMW To go here friendly staff and very helpful

The BBS FI-R is the current must have wheel, and as such commands a ridiculous premium and is almost impossible to source. I ended up finding PSI through a mutual friend, and despite living in CA they really helped me with fitment, procurement and handling the entire process of getting this amazing wheels for my F80. It was the last missing piece in my build, and now I break necks everywhere I go.Its really rare to find a team as responsive as Sean & Co to my constant emails of is this really going to fit, when is it going to ship and so forth and so on. I wouldnt hesitate to go to them again for rare and hard to find parts.

Ive brought both of my bmws to PSI for all of the maintenance and repair work. They have always been very upfront and honest with me about what the car currently needed and things they would recommend but were not urgent....cheaper and better alternative than the dealer!!

If you know what your Bimmer is and you love it which you should if you know what your Bimmer is and you love it, you should take your baby there for maintenance and for custom work Chris the head mechanic is awesome and also his support team! If you want to install parts that you bring with you theyll do it gladly they will advise you if they think theyre good or not so its your call not like others who dont want to do that for you and they charge $125 an hour which is cheaper then the dealer buy $35 as it stands right now so I call that a good deal!

I have been coming to PSI auto sports since 2013 and decided to write a review. As a small business owner myself, i know the importance of reviews, and simply thanking people for a job well done. Me and my fiance both have had bmws for a long time and both of us always take our cars to PSI for service or repairs. I recently bought a newer BMW and took it in to them for inspection. Everytime I have been there, I have been treated like a friend and they know exactly what they are doing, and there pricing is extremely fair, they are not out there to try and make money off of you, they will simply fix the problem at a fair rate and send you on your way. I enjoy working with them and developing a friendship. If there is ever a problem bring it to there attention and they will make it right.

Nothing but quality work, great atmosphere and awesome staff willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and satisfy the customer! Would recommend PSI hands down to anyone!

I recently had a set of KW Height Adjustable Springs installed on my 15 F80 M3. I ordered the kit from another vendor but always have my parts installed and services through PSI if Im not doing them myself or if still covered under warranty/maintenance plan by BMW. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning (9 a.m.) about a week out. They had one mechanic and one person working the phones. The couches in the waiting area are comfortable and theres a huge window so you can see your car getting worked on the whole time. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and interested in, not only my car, but cars in general. Installation of the KW HAS kit is fairly difficult compared to a normal set of springs or a coilover set for that matter. This kit requires the front perches to be pressed off for the new kit to fit, so I understood why it took a little bit longer and cost a little bit more to install. Additionally, the mechanic was careful to ensure the car was at the height I requested, at the same level on both sides, and was careful not to mess up the alignment. The work started around 9:30 and I drove off around 1. The alignment was still ok, but one of the features of a height adjustable coilover is the ability to get a corner balance with an alignment, so thats next on the list. I would definitely and plan to go back to PSI for installation, maintenance, and service. Their customer service, knowledge base, and skill is top notch.

Not only are they located in Florida they also send their excellent tuner Anthony to Hawaii to tune my Subaru. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM OVER ANYONE ELSE!!!

Do they spend all day writing fake reviews? To me they are a nightmare and far from “BMW enthusiasts” or “helpful”1. You have to repeat the repair somewhere else2. They are too cool to talk to you3. They left my engine area with a mess as they splashed coolant and oil everywhere (of course they don’t have time to clean)4. while repairing your car they might break some stuff or burn your car down! BMW requires battery to be disconnected during VCG replacement as a short circuit can cause fire! I was lucky they just blew a fuse ( maybe more to come?)5.you should be a mechanic as well. Because you have to coach them through the repairs6. repeat everything many times & make sure that they listen. Later they will tell you: you never told us about it. sorry I cannot force you to hear mefor more info. here the story:I took the car there to fix a leaky valve cover gasket (VCG) that dealer had diagnosed during last service as well as a sudden ABS light that I had suspected to be a faulty speed sensor. I found PSI online based on all these fancy reviews and called for a quote, which was 300$ cheaper than dealers quote for the VCG. They also told me they will also diagnose the ABS issue. I happily made an appointment and called them again a day or so before to confirm everything as I was coming a long way and wanted to finish the job in a daywhen I got there, I explained dealer’s diagnosis and everything that was wrong with the car while the guy was looking at his computer screen (maybe multitasking but still rude!). When I finished he told me they had none of the parts needed (wow! what did you think? BTW, the part is 40$). Luckily, I already had bought a VCG when I called a dealer to ask some questions and I wanted to somehow pay for their time - I thought maybe PSI would be ok to use my part so I took it with me. Yet, they were short of one other part and I had to wait till afternoon or I could buy it from dealer.on my way out, I asked the guy: don’t you want to diagnose the ABS in case you need a part that you want me to buy. He said what ABS problem? Really - are you high or something? After explaining everything again, he reluctantly diagnosed the problem (wow - seems you don’t like money).Finally home after 2 days, I see smoke coming out of hood like a chimney (more than pre-repair)! I also notice that they forgot to install couple of pieces.I immediately contacted them and asked to honor their warranty (which they denied). Now they raise irrelevant issues and act as if I was a scam. Finally, we set a time to check the car (one more they off work). This time, the guy does not even turn on the car. Quickly opens the cover and brings me back to see the gasket area and says see it is OK. I ask about the smoke and he says when I open the VC a lot of oil pours down next to exhaust and there is no way to clean that but it will burn away after couple of hundred miles (maybe u should use some cloths before you open the cover genius!) . Still having smoke after 2000 miles - I email them multiple times and no response (only email as they keep changing their words).GOD bless capitalism! I was lucky that I paid with a CC and AMEX got my money back as I would never be able to do anything otherwise. I took the car to dealer to redo the job and I received a clean job and surprisingly no smoke right away with one year warranty just for 300$ more (After dealing with these guys, well spent money). Couple of days later, shop owner finally sends me an email full of threats saying that we are going to fight back and our legal team (your legal TEAM :))) ) is taking this to court for fraud and … . Good luck with that!P.S.: I make well over 50$/hr, so this would be a costly fraud given the time I wasted. I wrote this review to save people like me from these guys.

Ive used PSI for a few different things and been pleased with their prices, work and customer service. Ill keep using them until I have reason to stop!

Anytime someone asks where they can take their BMW, PSI is always our first choice. Not only are they honest, but professional and I wouldnt take our BMW anywhere else for maintenance.
