Mike and Ben helped me out over the phone because my sons VW had a bad starter. They said they would get it done within a day or two and instead it was done the same day and my son brought it in around noon.They were polite, quick, fairly priced and made it easy for this remote to me transaction which was greatly appreciated.

I was an hour and a half from home and my car’s check engine light turned on about a mile away from Torbitt’s. My car was barely running and I pulled into Torbitts around 4pm. When I came in the shop to let them know what was going on everyone was more than helpful. Even though they were closing for the day within the hour they got my car in right away to diagnose the issue. They cleared the issue and got me back on the road. Mike would not write me up a bill. The crew were some of the nicest people that my wife and I have met. I wish I could say that I had a garage like Torbitts in my town. I guess we will have to move to Oswego. Great Job!!

Havent done business there in a couple of years since I dont have a vehicle.So since he is my neighbor he is a good neighbor, if anything blows in my yard he is right there to pick it up, and he also snow plows my driveway.All in all just a good neighbor.!!!!

Well Mike and his Mechanics are really good at what they do. His prices are not bad at all of coarse it all depends what you need done on your vehicle.All of his employees are very helpful and Mike and his other two mechanics will explain what needs to be done and why.I would recomend anyone to get there vehicle done at Torbitts Service Center.

Mike and his staff always take great care of our vehicles. Timely service, updates on maintenance and most important honesty. When I have brought vehicles in to Mike with a problem he always calls to explain what needs to be done and why. If the vehicle is still eligible for warranty coverage he always defers his opportunity to make the repair and sends us to the dealer with specific information to ensure we get it taken care of. I would not have my service done anywhere else.

I live almost 4 hours away. My son attends SUNY Oswego and has his car at school with him. My son called to say that his car wouldnt start. Mike and his staff were recommended to my son. Being so far away I trusted the persons reference. I cannot say enough about Mike. He called me as soon as he received the vehicle and was able to diagnose and service the vehicle within 24 hours. His bill was fair. If we need service again, while my son is located in the area we will definitely return.

Mikes and his guys have always been fair with me. My parents went to him and now I go to him. He never tries to force a repair on me just to make a buck, he tells me what I need and when I need it.
