Apparently you only get to shop before 10 am if you pay $100 a year for membership. As a business owner shopping that late is impossible. Weve had a Sams club membership for 20 yrs. Looks like I dont matter to them as a long term member. Good thing Costco is opening a new location. Adios sams
Placed order on app to pickup items. Got all the way home to realize all of my items were not accounted for. I immediately got on the phone to call store had someone transfer me to department that handles pickup items. I literally stayed on the phone from the time I left home until I got into the store and still noone had answered phone. Got there spoke with a manager name Sandra who went to speak with personnel about issue. An apology is not sufficient when the behavior remains the same. Now I know why I dont shop at this particular store they are very unprofessional. Last time here shopping
My experience was terrible, Im a member for over 13 years and I never had any problems. Im from Brazil but always when I come here I use my sams club card, last week I was shopping at this store and they didnt recognize my card… no employee was able to release the purchase even though they verified that my card was active.
Great barbecue ribs. Got an upgrade for $1 to premiere account. Offered randomly per the cashier.
Had a good shopping experience. I hadnt been here in a while as I didnt have a card and now Im a member again. So Ill be making frequent trips there. A lot has changed since the last time I visited and the prices are good and even comparable to other stores. The cashier was great and friendly.
Appt @ 8am for tire install. The only mechanic they have to cover the entire tire center is late and the supervisor does not know where he is. He shows up at 8:10 and walks in the entrance very casually, and goes to clock in, while 2 customers have been waiting. Were waiting for another 30 min because neither he nor the supervisor has the key to open up the bay. Another supervisor finally comes with the key (its now about 8:40). When I address the issue with her professionally, she causally says well, I guess its an off day. Unbelievable. The reviews are really bad here. However, I thought that if I was the first car for the day it would be ok. Not so. Now, I have the tire in my trunk to take to Discount Tires because with Sams Clubs work ethic, I dont want them touching my car and possibly creating more problems. Dont waste your time or energy on this unprofessional place. Went to Discount Tire down the street from Sams and they got me in. Discount Tires staff are very professional and courteous. Go there instead!
Everything was good but the substituted (2) of my items which was ok. Online shopping is better for me to pickup. Thanks. I am waiting on some items to ship to me. They say by today hopefully they come today.
It was a great first experience. The lines was not long at all for a Sunday. We found everything that we was going to buy at a good place.
The location was clean, well-staffed, and am overall pleasant experience. If youve read more than one of my posts I apologize for mentioning again, but I LOVE THE APP! Never wait in line again. Seriously.
Who can say No to good, clean shopping 🛒🛍️ at the coolest place in town? Clean, tidy atmosphere, complete with sanitation of every surface from counter tops to shopping 🛒 carts. Prices are cool enough. Friendly staff and a great floor plan makes shopping an adventure. Spacious. Fast food such as awesome Pizza, hot dogs, and ice cream 🍨🍦 makes this All American establishment a treasure 🪙 just for us! P.s a lady named Indra was Very accommodating and helpful. Thumbs up on this one kidz! 👍
Ironically I went in today to do a return and to receive a gift card a manager offered me for a bad experience I had back in February. On the way out an associate skipped me to show her receipt at the exit and got rude and nasty once I told her she could of atleast acknowledged she skipped me and said thank you. At this point anyone is getting hired here and revisiting common courtesy and customer service may be a good idea. This location needs to do better because people pay to shop here. If it were a regular grocery store I would not even care but as a Plus member I expect better.
Ive been to this location many times, especially for the convenience of the yummy rotisserie chicken. But its twice now Ive gone and the chicken seems to be undercooked and spoiled. All the other times the chicken was fresh, moist with a nice Caramel color. Its twice now the chicken looked pale and has a funny smell to it. I just bought a chicken on 6-11-2021 and we couldnt even eat it. I hope i can get my money back for this experience.
I prefer BJ s rather than Sams took God Sister there and she danced on my Last Nerve ! Other than her being a nuisance it was alright. But you have to watch prices some are higher than the should be. Is always crowded !!!!

Time to switch to Costco. Just realized that much of the food we bought was old or expiring. Opened up a bag of frozen tonight (6/19) and see that it expires on 6/21. Not acceptable.
Twice this month I had to return spoiled chicken that was purchased from the fresh poultry area. There is a very rude woman who sits at the entry requiring that you show your card to enter. You cant make a purchase without it? When other people are at the door they are usually polite and dont give you a hard time.
I dont know if its just his location.. but every time I go there Im asked minimum 2 times do I Have a card/membership.. at the entrance and while shopping.. I also feel watched while shopping! Why would people waste their time and shop if you need the card to scan in order to purchase. Then when youre leaving they scan your receipt to see on handheld what was purchased to compare it to whats in your cart and EVERY time Ive went they scan EVERY item in my cart.. like I didnt pay.. This location Should be called Securitys Club and not Sams Club And I havent even had my membership for 2 month! Ill be driving to millennia to COSTCO!

I go to the Sams on West 50. The customer service team has always been focused on customer satisfaction and is easy to do returns with. Today I did club pickup. Martha went well above and beyond ensuring I had everything I needed. Amazing!!

Went to tire center to repair a tire I bought at Sam’s that had a bolt in it and it was loosing air. They said only servicing appointments. I understand the appointment for tire exchange but in case of emergencies walk-inns should be accepted. Sam’s lost my business.
No one was available to help in electronics but Mayra at the exit was so helpful and polite !

Went in to buy printer ink. There were none on display, so I asked if they had more in the back and one of the employees explained that I must take a price tag, go to the checkout lanes and the cashier will grab the ink for me as they do not display it on the shelves. I did that. The cashier was a very nice lady who called the manager (Christa or Christy) to grab the ink from storage. The manager took the price tag and vanished. For 20 minutes no one could find her. The line was growing behind me, the cashier continued to call her on the radio, no response. No one could find her. Then, I started looking, while the cashier held the line. I finally found her at the exit door and I asked her for the item. She apparently forgot about it. Without making eye contact, apologizing or acknowledging me in any way shape or form, she walks away. About 10 minutes later she comes out with the ink and throws it on the checkout belt. I asked the employees whats doing on, only to find out that everyone hates this manager and their response is yeah, this is how she acts with everyone.Took 45 minutes to buy ink due to this managers incompetence, unprofessionalism and pure disrespect. Sams usually has the nicest employees but definitely not this one. She doesnt deserve to be an employee, let alone a manager.
I did self checkout. Needed to use the extra cart at the checkout. I was trying to be nice to let the associate know they would need another one. She was very rude! Told me I could not use the extra cart. Now mind you the two self check outs next to me were not working and had carts just sitting there. I mentioned the other carts were just sitting there. She said she would have to call a supervisor. Call a supervisor because I needed the other cart? Really! I told her the items I had in other cart were very heavy and I was having trouble lifting them and she said Whatever! So I moved them. I should have let her call the supervisor!!
Save money and get covid-19 at this Sams club.They allow people without masks on into the store. And not just one or two but entire families so theres no excuse about a couple slipped past us. We witnessed entire groups without masks on.The team members appeared oblivious to it. At worst they seemed unconcerned.This might not be so bad if we werent barely a month into vaccines availability, a couple weeks into finding out our federal government did not have a plan to work from from the previous administration and finding out day after day how Floridas government has failed the constituency by running out of vaccines, by running out of second doses and by betraying those most vulnerable to us by giving virus denier politicians and their wealthy donors vaccines ahead of our most vulnerable populations.Do better.Cheap meat is not worth being dead meat.
Very crowded but I have the self checkout app on my phone so it was much easier than waiting in lines to checkout. Only line I had to wait in was the receipt checker at the exit which wasnt very long of a wait. Overall despite being crowded, store was clean and very well stocked. Good job 🙂

Nice store checking out was not to bad on Monday at noonish . Cash, atm, credit, Sams Club charge, and cash with exact change due to nation wide shortage . I had no negative experiences I have never been to this Sams club but I look forward to returning when ever the need arises . Parking was plentiful and Handicap friendly with parking and wheel chair access . Special note the cashiers were very friendly and reached out to be personable I believe the store is a well oiled outfit motivated friendly staff well organized must be a great place to work I have to give five stars when things go so smoothly . I tried to think of anything I could scrutinize but to no avail I believe if you go here with buying what you need wear your mask like every person there did wait in line like a law abiding normal person you wont go viral on You Tube you wont go to jail and you will àlso give this place a five star rating .

Curbside pick up is bad, they never get all the items you ordered and wont refund you for the missing items, you have drive back down again to the store to fix the issue. 4 times this has happened now. I tried calling them but they kept me on hold for 80 minutes. I drove back down there and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to find someone who works in the curbside dept. But couldnt... In the end the CS lady just went and got the missing items for me. Its gone down hill badly!
Very good for family shopping grocery,outfits,liquor,electronic. Prices always cheaper than other places and if’s not Sams Club beats prices easy to find your stuff in store familiar staffs and taking care of your safety special COVID time you can see safety signs all over it’s super family store
The unprofessionalism and poor work ethics displayed by the cafeteria worker who yelled at the cashier and talked to her as if she was a kid, was very displeasing and uncalled for. No one has the right to belittle another employee or make their work environment hostile. As a customer having to witness that type of treatment, I felt so uncomfortable that I had the need to write this review.
Have been shopping there for over 10 years. The store is clean. I find the quality of meat very good. I especially like their pork back ribs. Prime beef boneless rib loin is $9.73. I shop at Costco too, but the traffic there is bad and is farther away from me.
They have to small of a footprint, no employee assistance and rough clientele. The parking lot is hell to get in and out of. Small selection of product not like the east side location.

This review is to commend a particular receiving dept. employee who was on duty at 3:15 pm on 10/20/20. Im hopeful that his manager will see this & recognize the young mans initiative, work, & service.My driver was given an 11 am appt. to deliver to this store. Upon arrival at 10:17, he was told that someone had made a mistake, & that he wont be off-loaded until 8 hours later at 6 pm. Strict trucking hours of service rules wouldve made it impossible for the driver to make his next few deliveries on time. Mistakes happen, but this one couldve been costly & a chain reaction wouldve affected several subsequent deliveries.Hours later, the driver found a Sams credit card on the ground while walking to his truck & went to the dock area to hand it to an employee. He met a young man who looked to be Hispanic, has short hair, is of slender build, & is possibly in his 20s. After hearing that the driver was made to wait to get a few pallets unloaded, he said hed be happy to unload the trailer immediately. He did so in 15 mins. His willingness to work is not only a great reflection of his work ethic, but also made him an excellent representative of the store. Furthermore, that willingness to work positively impacted the deliveries for three other businesses that wouldve otherwise been delayed.Although we sometimes encounter employees who dont go out of their way to make things happen, its refreshing when we encounter those who do and thereby make the day better for those around them. Though the driver didnt catch the employees name, we want to express our appreciation and hope his managers realize how fortunate they are to have him as an employee. Im hopeful theyll be able to identify him from this review. Kudos!

This place is great, love buying in large quantities. Only problem is the instability of the lines.
I went at 9:30am on a Wednesday. Got in and out as quickly as I could find my grocery items. Lots in stock, plenty of parking, gas was $0.20 per gallon cheaper than gas station next to my house.
The Sams Club is good but you had to get your own cart from the parking lot! They are better off doing the same thing Aldi does and put down your quarter for a cart.
Club associate was very helpful, took me personally to the location in the store for the item I needed.

Went to get my vaccine had an appointment but they said I didnt verify it no where in my email did it say to call so we made Trip which is very far for nothing they gave another appointment but if I find something closer I will cancel.
Bought fresh blueberries on Tuesday washed them and placed in my fridge. Today we went to eat them and there were bugs/beetles crawling out of the blueberries like they were coming out of the actual berry. Tried to call explained to customer service who answered and explained what was happening. She transferred me to meat Dept supervisor who said he can’t help. Guess it doesn’t matter on this issue but it made us sick so we won’t be buying “fresh” fruit there now. Ugh

Their products are cheaper than competitors and if you are looking to buy in bulk its a double win. Facilities are always clean.
Dont do carryout here. Ive done it a handful of times and have found that they use it as a way to unload damaged items. Not worth it. The Kissimmee location is better for pickup
