Manager Joey made my dreams come true. I have been looking for kens Homestyle ranch for seven years and finally found it at restaurant depot. Normally they would not allow a civilian like me in there to buy it but manager joey made it happen. When I wasn’t able to locate the ranch the staff went above and beyond and took down pallets to search for this product for me. Thank you so much restaurant depot for satisfying my ranch needs!

Its a great wholesale restaurant. It is only available to restaurant or business stores. But if you can Its worth the money to join.

Delivery Driver!!!Great place to deliver to they take me early 3 hrs earlier to my app time and fast unloading in and out when get here keep straight not to the customer parking lot park in the side of the curve and they give you door right away not a big lot to maneuver but enough to get in dock Thanks guys!!!

Beware of the forklift drivers! Reckless driving and speeding. They don’t care that you the customer are patiently waiting to get to a product. There’s an accident waiting to happen if this isn’t addressed

I am visually impaired and its almost impossible to see the little yellow post-it used for pricing items. This should be clear large print and over near the item. The forklift drivers run the the place like they are in the Daytona 500.Im sure I am not the only person whos noticed the pricing is very difficult to read. I will say the forklift Daytona 500 team are helpful when it comes to seeing the tiny yellow post-it price.

Wish there were more paella related items, but overall really great!!!

I went to buy salmon at seafood department. The guy at the time gave me the worst experience i have ever had at this store ( orlando on princeton ave). He did not listen what i had to say. He was so rude me. He should not deal with customers if he has that attitude toward people.

***** CREDIT CARD FRAUD *****Be careful here !!!! When ever you shop, please go thru Credit Card Charges, as the credit card information is being released, and you will see fraudulent charges. I dont know why they will not take care of these security information being leaked. Why is that once you shop here, than you get fraudulent charges on credit card. It has happened to us more than 8 times. We have reported to Joe Romano, the Manager, lets see what steps they are going to take.

If you need stuff in bulk, this is a great place. You need a restaurant or small business owner to get the membership. When they have special deals they are AMAZINGLY CHEAP. Not the most customer friendly display, so will need few visits to figure out what is kept where. Big tubs of spices for very low price

Would get 5 stars if the aisleways were not piled with pallets. Prices are decent, availability is usually very good.

I have 2 restaurants in Orlando and when restaurant depote started making delivery they made my life easier especially with José the best delivery guy he is amazing he delivers sometimes in the same day .. keep it up José amazing customer service

You can find good deals,the only downside employees are constantly back and forth with the forklifts and it makes it very hard to shop. They drive pretty wreckless and seem annoyed when they need to stop for customers. They should restock at night or when customers are not in store. Also,if you dont go atleast once a month they cancel your membership.

This place is getting worse day by day...........No item of this, no item of that....... Many items and supplies are short, not available especially since it is open to the public. THIS IS A WHOLESALE PLACE FOR RESTAURANTS ! The carts are not readily available you have to look for them and if you find one, they are not desinfected. The isles are a mess and packed with stuff. They are selling damaged cans which is against the FDA law.

Great place to shop for restaurant supplies. Food, packaging, cleaning, cookware, PPE, etc.You have to get membership and have a tax ID to shop there.

This place is RAD. Basically you can buy 10 Ribeyes for like$55. Need I say more? You gotta have a tax resale certificate. Worth it

I was at this restaurant depot today and looking for foam containers .and one of boxes were previously open I believed . And one of employee came and very anger guy . I did said it wasn’t me And still accusing me, after 20 years restaurant business I have never seen .

Its a retail store where they sell grocery, vegetables, meat, dairy in bulk etc. Its a giagantic warehouse and it has good prices!

Didnt get to spend to much time here today. But I will definitely be going back. I never been to one until about 15 mins ago. I was in and out in less then 5 mins. UPDATE: I got to spend a few hours in here, OMG I found a new store I love coming too

Great warehouse for restaurant food and supplies. However, they always seem to be out of one item you may need.

Great selection of products and employees are always friendly. The only issue I have is most of the time the checkout lines are very long and it takes time to get out but other than that its a great place.

They need to work on basic customer service. We had to interact with four different people and only one of them exhibited even basic courtesy. The rest were downright rude. Even though the prices are good, I will have to strongly consider whether I want to subject myself to that kind of treatment to save a buck.

The most horrible customer service I have experienced in my life. Zero respect . No name tag on employee I asked for the name and wouldnt give me. So disgusting!

Where do I begin with this place. Here are just a few things this place has to address.1. Fork lift operators have no regard for customers, I’m always moving out of the way of them, should be the other way around. Customers need access and it seems we’re in their way. I’ve come close to being hit by them many times.2. Check out is always a nightmare, under staffed, long lines and many products don’t scan and they have to look up codes that further delays checking out.3. Getting out the door requires another check out, person will count and recount your items like your trying to steal something. Try spending 20 mins plus in check out line and then get a shake down by checker.4. They have a generator blocking 4 of the best parking spots for their customers, obvious customer service isn’t a top priority.5. Carts are in disrepair, wobbly wheels cause our food to fall off the cart.6. Overall customer service is average at best.Every time I go I tell myself it will be my last, but I continue shop there anyways. Truly hate shopping their.

HORRIBLE QUALITY AND THE WORST PART THE MANAGERS DO NOT CARE. I own a healthy food business based in Orlando and I’ve been going to the restaurant depot in Kissimmee which is great we never have any problems. Once we started buying from this one, we have noticed mold in all the cheeses we buy, mold in the ALL THE FRUIT, and WORMS IN THE BROCCOLI. We respectfully brought it up with a manager and his response was “ you should look at what you’re buying next time” . So disrespectful and arrogant. This isn’t something that has happened once, it’s been a re occurring event every single week we are going somewhere else from now on & not doing business with them every again. HORRIBLE TREATMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

I went to restaurant depot today I walk to the section I normally go to soda and juices with my 11 year old daughter who is always with me I was approach by a short white heavy woman and told I need to go to the front desk and sign a waiver for having my 11 year old with me no problem I told her I just have one more thing to pick up and I will go to the front desk which is on the other side of the store I was then told you and your daughter have to get out now which was then echoed by a tall white or Hispanic older man she proceeded to say you people always want to give me a hard time all you have to do is go and sign the waiver first of all I dont know who you people are I know the way she spoke to me and my daughter is because of my color I have been shopping there for about 7 years never have I ever been you people in front of my daughter as I told her after we left this is life baby there is always going to be people like that in this world dont let it get to you restaurant depot will never see me again what ever products I carry in my store that is from there I will faze them out thanks for the education to my 11 year old

Had a great time! It was busy and crazy with the forklifts. But all the employees were beyond helpful and thankful for their help!!!! Wish they had a better Gator meat selection, but still had all the things we needed!

I love this place, and the Orlando Restaurant Depot is even better than its Philadelphia counterpart with a fresh fish section!Great buys on Lobster, Gulf Shrimp, Fresh Scallops, fresh clams and mussels!I just wish they had a better variety of Minors bases, they dont have any lobster, crab or shrimp base.

Bought Skyline Pot and Pan Detergent and can not find the msds anywhere online. The website does not even allow you to click on the product and has no customer service contact information. Also the store phone has no voicemail to even allow you to leave a message with a concern after hours. Terrible customer service! As a restaurant supply store sds need to be made available for all chemicals. How has this company grown so large without providing safety information on their products? I am beyond shocked and disappointed.

Had a delivery appt at 10:00, showed up at 9:30 behind a long line of trucks. They still managed to get me in fast, and unloaded in about an hr. Great place to deliver.

They usually have what I need and if there is an issue, they are willing to fix it.

I absolutely love this place its a One Stop Shop if you want pots pans cooking utensils pork beef vegetables drinks its all there staff is friendly kind and courteous I would suggest anyone that has a restaurant food truck or anything to do with the food industry to go shop there

I love this place it has everything you will ever need for a food service business. Its a one stop shop. From pots, coolers, cleaning supplies, seafood, fresh meat, cheese, containers, bags, fresh veggies, live lobster, drinks. Just everything and in bulk.

Youll get unloaded in a timely manner. The entrance and exit are the same so its a tight fit when leaving and trucks are parked waiting to get in. Friendly staff, no place for overnight parking.

If you schedule a appointment time then you should be in a door at the appointment time not waiting in line to get a door .. if you choose to do a job then be efficient about the job you chose . Slow unloading at this Restaurant Depot trucks keep showing up

I purchased a metal pot at Orlando location two weeks ago. it has bad smell after boiling and cleaning.The restaurant depot manager refused the return today. I do not think the smell will go away but I have to use it. It could be poison from the pot. If so, the store could has huge problem. The restaurant depot will respond to any bad thing happen.

Love coming here for all my seafood needs. Always fresh and tastes delicious. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
