The staff is very nice and so are the watches. I am rating this 3 stars because I went there for a Citizen watch and end up paying over 600.00 dollars for two watches! Additionally there is no refunded policy only exchanges! I realized that I was overpriced when I went to Citizen at the Orlando mall and saw one of the same watches for $125.00. Be sure to shop at the actual store. You will get a better price!

When I was going to make a review and I realized that several have commented the same thing that happened to me, they should be careful who they put as sellers, for many people buying watches is important, very bad seller, very rude, he is a man I dont know what his name but it is not from here, nor spanish, which speaks of discounts when the truth only inflates prices

Day 1 (03/13/19) Gave my wife’s 1.5 yr old fossil watch for a battery replacement. One of the two employees present there change the battery, but can’t put the ‘watch back’ on. Ask me to come next day and claim their ‘Master’ should be able to fix it when he’s in tomorrowDay 2 (03/14/19) Their Master can’t fix the ‘watch back’. He says Fossil watches have issues! Seems to have zero remorse on what happened to my watch, which this store has made unwearable. Moreover is rude enough with hand gestures while walking me away from the store.Why claim the ability to open a watch when you can’t and have no ability to close a watch?Anybody reading this: Please go here if you want your battery replaced. Don’t expect the watch to be wearable again. They don’t care

I took a Fossil watch to change the battery and they returned my watch because they could not change the battery but upon receiving it I realize that they broke the strap when trying to change the battery, they are not responsible and they tell me that I should talk to the owner . I already have several days calling to locate this Moe but it has been impossible. I need you to be responsible for the belt that costs $ 40

The attention is very good, but:- The watch I bought at US 580 + tax was US400 on Amazon-The seller told me that the tax paid would be returned to me at the airport. When I tried to do it at the airport and after asking several people, they indicated that this does not exist in the state of Florida. Information that I later confirmed by searching the Internet
