I am so amazed with how cleaned up this jewelry store is even with covid going on at the moment ! When I walked in I was greeted by two females and they both were so nice and very helpful. I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings and Adela knew so much about all types of diamonds and really educated me on what to get and look for. I was in town wanted to stop by this jewelry shop, however, after asking to see this fine piece of jewelry and he gave the price of what it was going to cost so i said ok but i was looking for something bigger. We were on vacation from Liverpool in the UK and my wife took 2 loose diamonds which she had wanted putting into a ring for over 6 years. We have been coming to Florida for over 20 years and always look for a diamond ring for my wife as the designs and prices are so much more competitive in Florida than back home.We found the Bellagio while shopping in the Florida Mall one evening and were greeted by Craig the manger of the store. We showed him the diamonds and explained what my wife wanted, he took his time to show her several options. He was very attentive without being pushy and made sure she was completely happy with her selections before finally giving us a very reasonable price.In fact we were so impressed with price that we decided to look at some of the other rings that were on sale in the store and finally came away with another 2 beautiful rings. Craig ensured us the rings would all be ready before we travelled home and gave us a collection date of 2 days before we travelled home. All four rings were ready at the agreed date/time.When we went to collect the rings my son and his wife came along and were also impressed enough to buy a diamond ring themselves.If you are looking for diamond jewellery of any kind, make sure you visit here before anywhere else I guarantee you will be more than happy that you did.I cant recommend this store enough for the quality, prices and the service received we will certainly be calling in again on our next visit to Florida.

Worst purchase ever! My husband got me my wedding band and engagement ring here. I had to take it back because the ring broke in half and not even more than a week a diamond fell off. I have tried to call them multiple times and no one picks up my phone calls. Don’t waste your time or money . This was suppose to be a memorable experience of a new chapter in our lives and it has been a horrible one because I can’t wear my wedding ring due to it always being broken. Go somewhere else everyone !!
