I will say that even making an appointment with them will take a whole day from 11am to almost 5pm only to change tires and cabin filter. The experience after all was pleasant and the service is awesome. So why rating bellow 5 when the service they provide is absolutely 💯.?

I came for second time to correct a Aligment was done incorrectly and turn my car at 7:30 am and it 8:00 am my car still waiting on the parking lot to pick work on it. On the same time every one on the hanger ringing coffe and talking but no one really working. I waste already 30 minutes for not reason. Terrible place

George and Giovanni were very courteous and helpful to me with my car repair needs. My cars shifter was getting stuck in park so I needed a replacement. It was an expensive repair and my service needed multiple days due to parts and delivery, warranty, and lack workers being available to work on this specific repair. I did have to bring my car back for a follow-up due to a missing part and I was NOT charged for it which was surprising. Despite it all they were very professional and kept me informed and I felt valued as a customer. Ive been here before and I will continue to bring my car to this location. No, complaints from me. Thanks again, Firestone and to your crew! 5 stars!!!

Please stay away from this place. Customer service is dire. Dont even think about taking your car to fix a flat tire. Wait times are very long for small jobs. They just want to take your money. They will take you all day and promise that they will fix your problem but this will never happen. Avoid a bad time and find another place.

This store is managed to sell first and to give service not at all. My experience with manager was quickly made apparent. Only help in purchasing new sets of tires.I was a stranded visitor pleading for just a little time and help. The technician wanted to help but manager steps in and says we have no time. So many disappointing customers you will read in other reviews at this location.

I read some good reviews about this store, so I decided to tow my 2007 Lexus to there since it wouldnt start after instilling a new battery. They did a diagnosis and told me theyll try fo find the correct part, that was a week before I found someone else to take care of my car. I followed up everyday but either the part never came in or its not working for my model.I ran out of patience and towed my car to other repair store. Just when I was ready to pay for the diagnosis fee, they waived it. Thats why its not one star. I understood its not their fault (?) since it might be pretty hard to find the right part for my car, but they couldve told me if I should fix it somewhere else earlier ?!

When you bring your car in for a leak and its returned with a leak what was the point. Spent 3x the cost of parts on labour, that tells me it should be a good job. Remember you dont always get what you paid for. Take your car to a REPUTABLE COMPANY/MECHANIC. STAY FAR AWAY.

I waisted one day, from 8am to 2pm, for an alternator drive belt replacement. They tried a couple of belts that turned out to not be a good match, in the end they installed a belt on, that lasted about 2 miles and it broke. I paid about $200 for nothing plus the $20+ for the battery inspection. They have a Free curtesy inspection banner on the building but that did not apply to me. I was having problems with my car on my way from Miami to Atlanta and they did their best to take advantage of my critical situation (my wife and 3 under 5 kids were waiting to make it home). All they offer was 3 - 4 times more expensive than what my mechanic requested for the same (and for sure better quality) service.Stay away from this place!

Best experience with any tire place I’ve been to here. I was a few hours from home on a Saturday when I started having bad tire problems. This place said they could fit me in even though they had a full schedule and were only a couple hours from closing and they finished my car after they closed. Everyone that helped me was super kind and polite AND they told me I had paid for lifetime tire alignment with them 5 years ago and then was charged for a tire alignment a few years after that so they credited me $80 off my bill. That is great customer service.

Just the worst. I called yesterday (09.04.2020) at around 9:30-10 and was told that they would call me back because they were “busy”. Two hours pass by no call so I have to call back. I was going to get an oil change that same day before work but I couldn’t because whenever I call this place your either on hold for almost an hour before you finally decide to hang up or they say they’ll call you back but won’t.To get back to my experience, after speaking to someone I made an appointment for the next day (09.05.2020) for 7am which is when they open. I asked the person if it would be a quick service because I have things to do and they said yes.Next day comes I drop the car off and the guy who was taking care of me asks me if they can have my car till 11am. I said no I have things to do I made an appointment for 7am. Like I didn’t come to drop my car off early after getting off of work late the previous day to get my car back by 11am. I left waited for a call back and do not get one so I decided to call and at 11:40 they were still working on my car. They told me they would call me back when it’s done, but again no call back. Like that’s insane my car was there the entire day and it’s unacceptable. Then they give you a sheet of maintenance recommendation for the car and it’s just insane and funny how much money they are charging. For coolant it’s $146.96? My boyfriend can do that himself and probably waste less than half of that. Do you think people are that naive and stupid? Never coming back here, from now on I’d rather go to pep boys or tire kingdom but this? It’s not it. Another thing, I see that many other customer complaints are about getting the tire rotation and alignment but the tires not getting filled with air when they are clearly low on air. This also happened to me, thank you but not thank you firestone for the horrible customer service and for scamming people of their money!!!

I like Firestone and thought that it would be great to go to this location since it’s less than a mile from my house. I was wrong!!! I asked questions about my car and understood what was needed and what I need repaired immediately. Since, I was only getting the oil pan replaced and oil change with tire service this appears to be easy and less maintenance. I picked my car up the next day and as I was driving home...I could smell burning under the hood. I called insurance company and had the car towed back and asked the guy to test the oil and verify if it was oil in there and he was my witness that it was DRY/EMPTY I called the manager before going back and they were waiting for me. As soon as the operator took my car off the flatbed a mechanic went and got the keys from the driver and drove it in a stall and filled the oil up. I told them that I left with no oil and this could have caused real problems because they work carelessly...he insured me it was oil in the vehicle and not true. I insisted that I need to provide feedback and details to the corporate office and he was upset and insisted that wasn’t needed. I never go there for service again.

Ive been bringing my car to other Firestones for years and generally like them. This was my second time at this location, and Im very concerned about their attention to detail. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and new rear tires. I also paid an extra $10 for a more thorough inspection. They sloppily missed three things:1. All four of my tires were under inflated, despite that fact that they rotated them, inspected the car, and put two new tires on. How do you miss that?2. They told me my airbag needed to be serviced by the dealer. It did not: the light was simply on because there is a weight sensor and no-one was sitting in the seat. The technicians should have known that.3. They failed to reset the maintenance required light.All of these are relatively minor things, but if theyre missing these details I wonder what else they might have missed while servicing my car.

The worst firestone store. I purchased my tires and the back suspension of my car. I drop my car at 9am and it was 3pm and didnt start working with my car. I didnt even received a call for the delay. Even that I have to pay to the dealer $100.0 because the car has a weird noise. The result the installation was done wrong. Never I knew of the manager...for apology at least.

Would not do a tire inspection for a possible manufacturer defect for a tread separation on a Bridgestone Dueller tire since it was not purchased at this location. This is counter to what Firestone/Bridgestone corporate told me.

My family and I have been using this Firestone since it opened and have only ever received excellent customer service and car care. Angello always takes the extra time to fully explain everything that is going on with your car and gives very fair recommendations and prices. I have never felt pressured to purchase any service which I really appreciate. I would recommend this Firestone to anyone I know!

The service at this location has always been spectacular. We have multiple cars in the family so we are in quite a bit. The service advisers remember us every time we need service and offer the best recommendations. Weve never felt pressured to buy a service. The answers they give us have always been very honest.

I ended up stranded in Orlando with a flat tire because of a nail. Jim at Firestone saved me about $260! Another location told me I needed a specific tire to replaced my current tire that was flat with a nail in it. After almost completing the tire replacement, one of his guys told him that the current tire was easily replaceable. Jim told me he couldn’t allow himself to charge me for something that wasn’t necessary. Honesty is something that is so rare, especially in this industry! I highly recommend this location!

This is the worse place, Bad Bad service, every time I need to bring my car and I have to wait sometimes more than a day just for oil change and tire repair, nothing major.They always have an excuse. They always say !!!! Sorry we are full!!!!!!! . This is not good for any body. They need to teach them how to give the customer the best service. This is Not a good place for a car repair.

Came in with a screw in my tire, they were backed up 2 1/2 hours but Angelo took the time to walk out and take a look. He was able to pull the screw out and it hadn’t penetrated the tire enough to leak and wasn’t charged a dime. Great customer service, something that’s been missing at a lot of places here, like tire kingdom across the street, they need work. Worst place ever were employees take their time to walk around while the supervisor or whoever is in charge don’t care at all about customers waiting for so long and most of the time don’t realized customers been waiting for more than three hours for a oil change... for three times on the row I had experienced it the worst customer service I made an appointment to do three things, oil change, alignment and brakes, none of that was done, the only thing they did was the oil because I told them I have been waiting for two hours and a half when I make an appointment at 1:00 PM and by 3:30 I tell them to work with my car, for 3rd time I have to leave the place without completely job done, they are so unprofessional the only thing they can say is I’m sorry we didn’t realize you’ve been here since 1 PM that is completely unacceptable never ever going to this please and I’m gonna make sure I calle corporate office to complaining about this place and employees! I can’t rate this place at all, not even a penny worth. Walmart does a better job service!!

Great service for my oil change. Everyone was nice. It was also cool to see so many women working under the hoods. They gave me a small discount even though the coupon I had wasnt right for my car. Ill return again. 🙏🏽

Got an oil change done here back in March, took way longer than expected had an appointment for 10am didnt start working on my truck until almost 1230pm, thought everything went fine until I go for my next recommended oil change service and notice that they had put an out of spec oil filter on my truck. Not cool.

Extremely nice and honest. I came by last minute because my splash guard came loose and was scraping against the ground. They secured it quickly for free. I will definitely come back in the future!

Dont like Service

I hit something on 417 and my tire started to go flat. I drove straight to their location. It was after hours and they were closed. The employee was clocked out. Despite that, they found a good price for my tire and changed it because they had no appointments the following day. I was out of there within an hour. This is a fabulous location. It is very woman friendly and I highly recommend it. Both Angelo and John went above and beyond what I expected. They far exceeded my expectations. They didnt rush me out either. Awesome guys!!!

Received dependably terrible service from this location, namely by the associate named Priscilla. After my wifes tire sprang a leak, the location refused to mount a new tire after 6pm so I had to come back the next day. The following day we returned, and the tire was mounted. Afterwards my wife noticed the spare tire was not in the trunk. We went back to the location to inquire about the tire, and we were informed that wed have to return on another day to speak with Priscilla or a manager. My wife returned the next day to get the tire. Four trips in total for one tire. Firestone did not attempt to contact us a single time about the tire. If we hadnt checked, they would have kept it. Fast forward a week. The same vehicle needed a battery. My wife limped the car to Firestone after being jumped. She was informed that a battery was not in stock and would need to be ordered. Order was placed and we were advised to return first thing in the morning the next day. Wife went to the location as instructed the following morning and was informed that the battery was not there, she would need to return later in the day. My wife and I returned later in the day and received extremely rude service from Priscilla. She had an attitude because we actually came back. The time was 6pm and the location closes at 7pm. Apparently, she did not want to take on our work. She told us that she had to beg the technicians to replace my wifes battery because they didnt want to do the work. After the battery was replaced, Priscilla continued to verbally scold us for bringing the vehicle in. I told her that we brought the vehicle earlier that very morning as instructed the previous day and were told to come back later in the day. We were there only because of Firestones continued negligence. Priscilla stated that she sincerely hoped that nothing else happened to my wifes car, so wed never have to return. I certainly wont. Seven total trips to this Firestone location just to change a tire and connect a battery, with horrible customer service on top of that. Id recommend going somewhere else.

Exceptional customer service! However, dont blindly accept the quote for major repair works like brake change or fluid flush. They do price match so call other places to confirm that they are not quoting you something outrageous like they did to me. They lowered the price for me significantly but they didnt exactly price match to other vendors quote per their policy. A few calls to other places saved me $100.

This is the most honest and trustworthy auto shop I have ever been to. Moreover, the prices have always been reasonable. You can rest assured that you and your car will be treated well here. All employees I have interacted with have been professional, but George takes customer service to another level. He always takes the time to understand my cars needs, explain the problem (he shows it to me as well when possible), and he gives a thorough explanation of the estimated price. Every estimate I have received has been the price I pay at checkout. I recommend this shop to my friends and family. A tip: I chose the lifetime alignment so I can get my car aligned for free any time I go there.

I came in for an oil change and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle wasnt looking well and it smelled like vomit in the bay...no one was wearing masks and there is still the issue of Covid19 ....the mechanic had asked to leave but was specifically told that unless he was dying he wasnt leaving...management at this store needs to be changed...the mechanic did the job quickly and efficiently and i had no issues with him at all...but im rating this store low because of poor management. I believe the managers name was Nelson.

My wife took her vehicle in for brake inspection they told her she needed new rotors caliper brake pads on the rear only going to be $1,208 the rotors were perfect I went to AutoZone bought the caliper for $79 and the upgraded brake pads for $51 and installed all of it and bled the brakes in an hour and a half by myself total cost a hundred and fifty bucks plus 1 and 1/2 hour time if you go here take Vaseline with you cuz theyre getting ready to bend you over

I called some other oil change places before I called here (FireStone off Narcoossee Road). Their store manager Nelson was very friendly and knowledgeable. So I ended up going to this place. Their entire staff is courteous and very professional. I met Nelson while there and he was absolutely great. I will be taking all our 4 family cars there from now on happily refer this place to all my family and friends. Thank you Nelson and his team!

Thank goodness I broke down near this store. This crew here is awesome. Everyone at this store was courteous and knowledgeable. As busy as they were they still were able to take care of my brake system fiasco. My caliper came completely loose losing both bolts. It took awhile but they handled it . I definitely recommend Nelson and his team.

Simply put, they are awful. We regretfully used them twice before and in both cases we had to go back because they failed to actually fix the problem. In addition any time we have tried to use them to get an oil change, the wait time is ridiculous (5+ hours). Simply put there’s just so many better options right there on Narcoossee.

Dishonest is the best word to describe the group that work here.Went in to get a nail removed from my tire or just patch it up. 7AM. When it opened. An hour later, was told that they cant patch or remove the nail as it is too close to the outer side of the tire (it really wasnt). They suggested I drop $150 for a new tire. I declined.Came back 20 minutes later to tell me that the mechanic did the soap test and that my tire is leaking from several places.I still declined and told them Id go somewhere else.Mind you, the guy who I spoke to initially did not make eye contact and was trying to avoid it. It was weird. When you talk to someone, you normally should. Weird. And when he handed my keys back, instead of looking at me and wishing me a good day, he looked out the window while handing me my keys. So, was he lying?Turns out, he was. As I was leaving, the mechanic approached me and suggested I head on over to Jrs Tires to get the nail removed and patched up as they do amazing work. Your tires are fine and in really good condition. They should be able to fix that for you.I did just that and now its been 3 months and my tires have no deflated in the way it did before.Do not do business with these people. They just cant be trusted.

I went to get front tires balance, Rep stated tires are old and cant be balanced. Went to Charlies tire, they did it for me and now car drives smoothly, thumbs-up Charlies and thumbs down Firestone.

Best firestone I’ve been to. Finally found a technician smarter than me. (Hard to admit) Robert the lead tech there took the time to explain to me what was wrong with a part of my ac system that i didn’t fully understand. Very knowledgeable young man. Had the repair done (paid a pretty penny) and the car has been flawless since. Expect to leave your car for repairs. This location is very high demand and always packed with cars. So waiting is never really a good option. Definitely recommend this firestone for major repairs. Two thumbs up!

Bait-and-Switch... they’ll tell you they have your tires in stock over the phone and when you get there they say: “We ask that you be patient while your tires are delivered to the store.” Then over an hour goes by before your tires even show up to the store.

I called cause I had a flat. Someone picked up the phone and then immediately hanged up.

Was told they can do an alignment on my car so I went in, waited 25 minutes at the counter to finally talk to someone, just so they can tell me they cant do an alignment on my car.... they people dont know what theyre talking about or doing.

I brought my car in for a VERY slow leak in one of the tires after. A week prior, I had brought my car to their sister company, Tires Plus, to have the tires rotated and balanced where everything checked out (I mentioned the same issue to Tires Plus but they found no fault with the tire). This Firestone said that the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced in order to make a buck.This is not ethical business. I will not come back to this Firestone.

Priscila, my service advisor, seemed genuinely interested in ensuring my vehicle is running its best. She and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean and Wi-Fi is free. The location is also easy to find and not difficult to exit going north or south on Narcoossee.

First time here! I normally take my car to another FIRESTONE location that I trust but theyre always so busy! This experience was great from beginning to end. I have a larger Lexus which my car requires more oil than most cars. I asked regarding coupons and was given a discount with no problem. Ill definitely return for this type of service

I have a 2005 Nissan 350Z. Im a car person. My car is my baby and my most cherished possession.The night before I was driving home from work and spun out really bad in the rain. It was a near death experience. I made my appointment as soon as I got home and went first thing in the morning.Ive had an extremely rough 2017. Things have not been easy.The staff at this location took really good care of myself and my car.I have stagger tires and was pretty adamant about getting all seasons. (Obvious reasons)They didnt have performance tires, but they were able to get them from another location and set me up before I had to go to work.They were kind, honest, and respectful. When I got into my car and was able to feel the difference in the driving from the extensive amount of service they had done for me, it was night and day. I felt like she was new again.I can not even begin to describe how grateful I am for the service I received at this store. It really did make for a great start of 2018! Thanks guys!!!

I went in for an oil change and inspection, because the car was acting weird, and they said up front that If it was a transmission issue they cant fix transmissions. They were very helpful and kind, the work cost what I was quoted and there were no unexpected charges. Worth every penny thanks Firestone.

I had one of the best experiences when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t make an appointment which pushed my wait time to 1.5 hour. Understanding of the wait time, I took a seat and continued reading my kindle and watching the news. Throughout my wait I overheard Angelo, a representative, be very helpful to other customers. He took the time to explain the importance of various vehicle maintenances to one costumer, gave unbiased advice, and was respectful of everyone’s time. My wait exceeded the 1.5 hours and Angelo apologized and made sure I was taken care of. I’ve never had anyone at an auto shop be so considerate of my time. I highly recommend Firestone! I would not recommend this place. This is not my first time going here, but the quality of service during this visit was no different than before, so I decided I would write a review.***All I was having done during this visit was an oil change:I called the day before to make an appointment for 9am, because the man on the phone told me an appointment would ensure that my oil change was done quickly, as apposed to if were just going walk in. When we dropped the car off at 9am, and we were told that it would take an hour and a half to finish the oil change. This was very disappointing because I was specifically told that an appointment would guarantee fast service! We ended up leaving the car at the shop and I got a ride home with my parents because I did not have the time to wait that long. By 2:30pm we had not heard anything from Firestone, so I called them and they told me the car was ready. I would have really appreciated a phone call as soon as it was finished because I had things to do that day.On the phone when I called to make the appointment, the guy I talked to said the cost for an oil change would be somewhere between $22-$25. However, when we arrived to pick up my car once the oil change was finished, the guy checking us out said the cost was $40. He did finally give us the price of $25, but informed me that next time I have to bring in a printed coupon or have the phone app to get the $25 price. It would have been nice if the person that I set up the appointment with had told me this information ahead of time.

I always get a fair deal there with an estimate before any work is done. Might not be cheapest show in town, but have never had a problem with their work. Employees are professional and friendly. George is very pleasant.. They take time to show you (on the lift if necessary) what needs to be done.

I have visited this location several times, mainly because we purchased the lifetime alignment from a Tires Plus in Tampa, who was usually pretty good in all respects. This Firestone, however, has been pretty disappointing to myself and my wife. They usually do the job right, and the advisors are often friendly, although I dont think they respond to customers in the right order at times, sometimes answering the phone over speaking with an in-person customer.They also have not inflated our tires most times, even though they said that was part of the service. As others have said, their punctuality is horrible! My wife has made appointments in the past, and all have resulted in 2+ hour waits, for things as simple as oil changes and alignments! The last time she was here, she made an appointment for an alignment, a/c check, and check engine light diagnosis. The main reason for the visit was the alignment, and after over 2 hours, they hadnt even lifted it on the rack! As far as we could tell, they only checked the a/c and said they found no code alerts, even though we know the light flashed on several times.I am here now, as I made an 11 am appointment for two new tires. Here it is over 2 1/2 hours later, and Im still waiting, although they are finally working on the vehicle. I dont believe they even pulled it in until 12:30! I was told an SUV was ahead of me, who had an appointment ahead of me, but I have a feeling they arrived after me. If thats true, my appointment should have been honored first, since I arrived on time.Once again, they didnt inflate my tires to correct pressures, even though I specifically had them make a note to do so. This may have been because I rushed to leave since I had to pick up my son from school, but even the new tires were inflated to 39 psi. And they raised to 41 after driving, and the recommended pressure is 32!Ultimately, the service is okay, but time is precious and irreplaceable, and weve lost way too much of it here. I dont know that any one person is to blame, but there need to be some serious improvements here. I may consider getting a lifetime alignment somewhere else and taking my business there from now on.

I took my jeep in for new tires and the service I received from Service Advisor Angelo went above and beyond what I expected! He kept me informed, thoroughly explained the alignment check to me, gave me options with no pressure to go forward with an alignment right then or to buy a package. The interaction made my choices much easier to make and so much less stressful. Spending money you are not necessarily prepared to spend on large care bills is never fun - never easy, but Angelo made it a much better experience. I walked out of Firestone in a good mood and feeling confident in my choice. Thank you to Angelo at Lee Vista Firestone! A real asset to the Firestone Family.

Ive been coming here for years, not to mention I used to be a Bridgestone employee before the merger, and the services always great at this location. Today I stopped by for a Road Hazard tire issue and after I was taken care of inside I asked if I can have the air pressure on my tires checked, I was asked to pull up to bay 6 and after waiting and not being acknowledged the tech screams to the manager, why does everyone inside continue to send customers with air pressure issues to my bay. Personally I think it couldve been handled differently but it was quite embarrassing. As Nelson walked up to help I said to him you guys are lucky that Im an actual (Blah Blah Blah) employee and that he didnt have to handle the situation like that. Luckily it was me and not an actual customer that will never come back again.

Worst service ever! Completely disrespectful customer service!! I was with an oldman and two kids, they asked for 2hr to get the service done. We walked out, spent 2hr walking at Home Depot, dollar tree and party city and when we got back, guess what??? They don’t even touched the car!! Won’t come back and FOR SURE ISNT A GOOD RECOMMENDATION !!!

I misdiagnosed source of loud noises but they kindly checked that then found actual source and repaired that. Price seemed reasonable, service people friendly but entirely business like and dependable, and estimated wait time very close. I will return when I need next service.

My husband and I always get excellent service here. Weve been Firestone customers for over 6 years and always have great service. I love the fact that they are conveniently located in different areas.

Lack of communication and a general understanding of customer service. Ive been there multiple times, and each time I told myself I would stop going but somehow I went back due to the location. This time I called and scheduled an appointment several days in advance to drop my vehicle off at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. I specifically asked if they had the capability to replace my battery cables as I need to replace them and I was assured they do. I asked how long would it take to get an oil change, tire rotation and my battery cables replaced. He asked if I was dropping off or staying, I said dropping off but I would need my car no later than 12:00 and he assured me that would be fine. On Saturday morning I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. an hour earlier then scheduled to give them more time. I confirmed again I wanted to replace my battery cables, get an oil change and tire rotation, I also confirmed it could be done by 12:00. He said, we will check the battery cables. I again explained I need to replace them, not check them, I know it is bad. Please replace. he said okay. at about 12:45 I started calling because I never heard from them. Got placed on hold and said they would call me back, a few calls later and 20 minutes I get through to somebody and they advised me my battery cables were corroded and suggested I clean then. I explained to the lady I needed them replaced and she said she would call me right back. Somebody called me back and explained to me they were dirty and would suggest I clean them, I asked if they could please replace them. He said let me call you back, that expensive I have to get a quote. I am now late for my other appointment, dont have my quote or my truck and dont have confidence in Firestone anymore. Ive clearly explained to more than 5 people what service I was requesting but nobody took the time to actively listen and care.
