My wife and son found themselves in a bind needling an oil change for my son’s 2019 Honda Civic. No Honda dealers had appointments so they went here. Two days later my son calls me from the side of the road telling me there is a “plate” hanging under his car dragging on the road. Apparently the tech failed to reattach the front screws after changing the oil. Son was able to zip tie and make it to class at UCF.Next day he returns and is told by Zach that it’s not needed and they’ll just remove it. I get on the phone with him and tell him that’s a no go. Long story but they tell me they don’t have the screws to attach it back. They remove it so my son can drive his car.Wife calls and again is told the plate isn’t needed, they fall off all of the time, etc. This was perhaps the 4th time his oil has been changed, all at Honda Dealerships, and never an issue, now one time at Jiffy Lube and this.District Manager Mike Russo calls my wife and at first says they assumed the screws were not there when he brought the car in. After a bit of an exchange he relents and says he’ll secure the necessary screws and attach the skid plate. They video it and show my 18 year old the plate and the two screws in place.Fast forward a couple of days and he comes home for the weekend. One screw already gone and the other one barely in. It was obviously damaged when it came loose and he dragged it on the road before being able to safely pull over. Their “repair” was hardly appropriate and done only good enough to get rid of my son.I had to zip tie it so he can return to Orlando for school tomorrow. Looks like we’ll be eating the price of not only a new skid plate but the plastic piece between it and the bumper since taking it back to this JL at this point is not an option.In summary: If you need an oil change, go somewhere else, your vehicle won’t blow up overnight if no one has an appointment that day. Deplorable.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I have always used Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. Today was HORRIBLE! The salesperson gave the wrong information for the use of a Groupon. I ended up paying $24 more for my oil change and that totalled $94. One of the Technicians was very nasty and acted like he wanted to slap me. It was awful.

On july 5, 2021 I went in for an oil change. It took about 30 mins total and I was on my way. The very next day while driving I seen a warning pop up on the dash about “low oil level”. So I took it to Infiniti in Orlando to see what the problem was. Infiniti of Orlando advised me that the oil filter wasn’t installed correct thus causing an oil leak from the filter. Ok cool, then the advised me that I should get the oil complete changed out because jiffy lube may not use the dealer recommended oil type.I paid for a oil change at Infiniti. I immediately called this location. The manager answered and advised me he would call me back because he didn’t know about giving me a refund. I haven’t received a call back nor did they take any responsibility of the work done and the damage it could’ve caused driving with low oil levels.I would. Not recommend anyone going here. Had they have call me back and handled me with professionalism this review wouldn’t be here. Will I get a call back? Probably not. But I will never ever go back and I suggest no one does.

I am always apprehensive going to get anything worked on with my car. I am not sure if it is because I am female or look younger than I am but they always try to up-charge me or sell me things I know I do not need. The guys today at the Winter Garden Jiffy Lube were amazing. They didnt bs me at all. They were friendly and very professional. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!! And definitely a repeat customer!

John is a perfect manager. I came in for one thing; he knew my car and convinced me to take care of 4 more things I needed and didn’t know it. His knowledge was scary but my car is purring like a kitten now..I want to thank John and his crew for an awesome job.If you need a great service on your car the north orange blossom trail store is the place to be.

Guys were quick efficient and funny!! They are practicing social distancing, only contact is when making payments!! WHICH IS ALMOST NONE, BECAUSE YOU STAY IN YOUR CAR!!Ate lunch while I got my oil change.

Jiffy Lube is the only place I allow to service my vehicle. John is so personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I trust his expertise and I always get whatever he recommends to me my car is in need of. He goes above and beyond and his customer service is through the roof. I appreciate service men like John.

I had such an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube. Matt the store manager was very gracious in helping me find the best battery for my Camry. The service was quick and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Matt was very professional and his willingness to help put me at ease. The waiting area was very clean and I will definitely be back. Only complaint was they did not vacuum the passenger side areas.Update for Review for March 2016 visit.Guys were professional but put the incorrect weight oil. I like to watch over to make sure it gets done correctly. They did drain the oil and replace it. But the correct grade oil pump was malfunctioning and sprayed Oil throughout the engine bay.Update for October 2018:Return visit and again the guys put the incorrect weight oil in the engine. Their explanation was that the oil pump was broken so they used the next closest oil. Im sure in Florida it will be fine but if I were to take my car up north for the winter it would be an issue. It would be best if they would disclose this first to the customer. [filled with 10w-30 instead of manufacturer 5w-30 oil].They guys were professional.

This Jiffy Lube is a diamond! Super fast service offering ice cold water, fresh coffee, air conditioner room, tv, and full view of what was being done. The staff is very corteous and pay attention to your requests. I stopped here for an emergency oil service and Received top quality service.recommended A+.

Absolutely horrible experience! My wife has trusted this store for years for oil changes and other issues with the Subaru Forester. Nothing big. Well we had a belt issue and against my advice she took it to this Jiffy Lube on north OBT on 10/25. She pointed out the belt issue and they changed it out with the wrong belt! The size was different and the belt they used had 3 grooves in it, whereas the existing infrastructure called for 4 grooves. Once my wife gets home there is a horrible squealing noise in the car each time you turn. So she goes back on 10/27 and is told there is nothing wrong with the belt they replaced (for power steering) it’s the other belt (for AC) and they can’t replace that one. She takes it to a real, qualified mechanic and he points out the issue. On 11/3 she returns to Jiffy Lube and points out the incorrect belt. In the process of fixing their mistake they break a manifold bolt and bend another beyond use. She arrived at 9:30am and called me in around 1pm. They put a belt on the vehicle and found some bolts to slap on there and told me it was done around 3:30pm! We picked up the car and I asked for a refund. Now I need to take it to a real mechanic to fix what they did. They refused! I’m seeing red over this. Absolutely furious! Take my advice never go to these idiots for anything ever. Thank you!

Really fast and efficient service. I pulled up and they immediately took my car to change my oil. I had called in advance to ask for a price and they told me if I came in the same day they would give me 10 dollars off. The entire process took about 10 minutes, and they cleaned my windows and the carpets in my car for free. When I went to pay, they honored the 10 dollars off. I couldnt ask for better service!

Felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Didnt check the air in tires as the should. Worse 5 min oil change I have ever received in my many years in Orlando. Save yourself aggravation, go another mile up the road to take 5 on Lee rd.

Fantastic.... I was just there, called ahead to see if they could take me a half hour before they close, Ty the GM assured me, that it would be more than fine. I show up they walk me to the waiting room which was just a small counter, TV with MTV on it and a couple of chairs. I was told to make myself at home, (there was coffee) I smiled, said thank you. Made myself a cup of coffee and scrutinized the every living crap at them, behind the glass.I was impressed, by the time Ty (the GM) had come in to ask what kind of oil change (2 min after I pulled up) I was looking for, they had already had my car draining oil and they were vacuuming my carpet... As soon as he relayed that I just wanted a standard to the guys working on my car (yes, there were 3 of them). We started working on payment. By the time my payment was processed, my car was waiting for me outside. I was literally there for all of 7 min. In that time, I had an oil change, my tires checked and my carpets vacuumed. I kid you not.Everyone was smiling and courteous, especially to someone, like myself, showing up 20 min before they close.. They were fast and efficient. They have single handily changed my opinion on having someone work on my car. Well, at least for oil changes. I will be going back in 5000 miles.Thanks guys!

Service is ok but different new staff every other month not really paying attention to what the customer wants different staff different explantation about the service of your vehicle. You tell them the oil you use every time you go there and the whole time the workers are putting different oils in the vehicle that you didnt want. They need to pay more attention.

We are from out of state, the jiffy lube from indiana said they checked our differential fluid, which they lied and did not....the manager at the jiffy lube on orange blossom drive, orlando was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We are now on our 16hr drive home safely and will make it!!
