Dr. Carter is not only pleasant, witty and charming, he is extremely competent. He was very helpful in defining my options and answering my questions. My procedure was a difficult one, but was performed quickly and painlessly while he softly whistled. I have no hesitancy in recommending him, and his helpful and courteous staff, in the highest terms.

Amazing service! I can not say enough about my experience with Dr. Chandler & Chloe. They both were warm and very detailed. If any of my friends or family have an issue and need an Endodontis I will 100% recommend Dr. Chandler. I was even able to speak to Dr. Chandler over the weekend when I was having an issue. Also, I am forgetting the young ladys name who is the office manager (sorry), but she was very helpful with scheduling, insurance questions and made me laugh everytime I am at the office!!!! Dr. Carter is phenomenal - caring, reassuring, and very skilled at what he does. I’ve had at least 8 root canals done by other excellent specialists, but I can honestly say my experience with Dr. Carter yesterday was the absolute best. The techniques he uses make the procedure as smooth and pain-free as possible. Plus, he called me last night to check up on how I was doing. Impressive! I’m very happy my dentist referred me to this wonderful office.

I had an appointment with Dr. Carter today at 11am. I ran a little late, but they were understanding. He assured me throughout the whole process that he he’s going to take care of me! That was such a relief. He made me so comfortable! This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had! Here’s the kicker! At 8:13 tonight he called to check on me! He asked if I was feeling any pain (I’m not)! Not his assistant, not his receptionist, Dr. Carter called! I never had anyone do that. I would recommended this dentist to any and everyone especially if Customer service is your priority! Thanks again Dr. Carter!❤️❤️❤️

This office, and Dr. Carter, are amazing! I’ve needed their help more than once and they never fail to be kind, caring and professional. Dr. Carter is extremely concerned about reducing pain and has personally called to check on my condition. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend!

Everyone at the North Charleston office was professional and friendly. They explained everything before and during my procedure which helped me relax. Ive had a root canal before BUT this one was the best. Im not sure what type of needles he uses but I had to get a needle in the roof of my mouth and I did not feel anything. The icing on the cake was Dr. Carter called my after 8pm to check on me. OUTSTANDING service.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was initially very anxious about getting a root canal but they thoroughly explained the procedure which helped ease my anxiety. The whole procedure was painless. They did an excellent job!
