They can be busy here so be prepared to wait if there is a line. With that said, people come here because the staff is awesome. They have all been friendly, knowledgable and did their jobs perfectly. I couldnt have asked for better service and I will continue to come here for my oil changes.

The guys working there today were very professional and courteous. Two cars were ahead of me, but the staff got through everyone very proficiently. I would definitely go back. I admit the price is a bit steep, but they do offer coupons on their website. The great service is worth paying a little extra.

I’ll be honest, they said 30 minutes and it was an hour. But they were so nice and helpful, and every other oil change place had a much longer wait.

Was today I would need to wait 30 to 45 minutes before they could get to me. I asked to make an appointment for later but they dont do appointments. I am not able to withstand that much time in the 95° heat. And with the price of gas I cant afford to keep the car running. I guess Ill wait until it gets cooler, maybe October. Or find a place that makes appointments.

Drove up to Valvoline, great customer service, quick, efficient, and professional. Took me 10 minutes, never got out of my truck, and cost me 12 dollars.... they are above and beyond a typical mechanic

I’m in the wholesale car business and they tried to charge me 134.99 for a “synthetic” oil change saying that’s all I can have on my truck. Obviously a blatant lie. Went to Tires Plus. 24.99 and said he used to work for that Valvoline and they intentionally upcharge and lie to customers because they’re “uninformed”

Getting your oil changed is a chore, but these guys are fast and courteous. Valvolines prices are also competitive, and they usually have coupons on their website which take a little off the total. Ive never had any issues with the service here, but they do try to sell you all the stuff you dont really need - fuel additives, etc. They also do tire rotation at this location, which is nice! Would recommend.

Really great check. check tire pressure, headlights turning signals and more. Miguel and Luke were really nice and amazing even with me being there in the last ten minutes. Very friendly and made sure everything was great. I was done in ten minutes. Drive thru oil change it was so cool.

I called to verify the cost of the oil change for my particular car with the specific type of oil I wanted to use. I’m sending my friend to this appt. They quoted the price 42.99 and sent me a coupon for $10 off. My friend arrived at the shop, provided the exact same information and when they pulled the car into the bay and then said that will be $66.99. Plus tax.They are trying to take advantage and cheat a young person of color. Plain and simple.

I have been going here for 8 years never a problem but went for oil change on 10/4 today I noticed oil from engine to rear of can on the undercarriage of truck. I stopped back in and they did not tighten cap so oil leaked no big deal. I returned to have it fixed but they refuse to offer anything to clean truck covered in oil. I’m contacting corporate office on Monday. Don’t expect any help from manager Ronny if sometimes is not correct with there service.

I always go here for my oil changed and sometimes there’s a wait but they get me in and out quickly. They open the car door, scan it and have all of my info already there.The people who work there are nice and I also get coupons every so often which I appreciate.

Great experience. I was there for about 30 minutes, as there were people in front of me. Service was quick and efficient and additional services were offered but not in a pushy manner. The guys were nice enough... But its because they rip you off while smiling in your face! They didnt top off any fluids like they were supposed to... Window washer fluid AND antifreeze were both empty! Didnt realize the antifreeze wasnt topped off until three days later in Chicago when the car overheated! I wont send anybody to these guys ever!

Quick oil change. Pretty much 50 bucks but they do alot for the 50.

I had to wait a hour just to get in the garage. They never checked all my lights. I had to ask which seemed to annoy them. I also had to request that they check my tire pressure. Very unprofessional. I have been going there for years, but now I think Im going to find a new place that actually cares.

This location deserves 5 stars because the staff is phenomenal. They are personable, knowledgeable, and super quick! This was the first time I have been to this location, and from now on this will be the only place I go for my oil changes. Great job!!

Conveniently located downtown for quick service. Other than the standard sales pitch of trying to get you to pay for a multitude of other things, never had any issues. They seem to have a high staff turnover as of late, but that may be normal for this kind of business.

Refuse to give you a paper receipt. Only email the receipt to you. Then you get unrelenting emails from them constantly. The last thing I need is another email

I came to Valvoline today to have my oil topped off, since for as long as Ive gone to them they have done the service on the house.When I arrived the manager let me know that there was a 25 minute line, which is understandable. I parked the car and waited my turn.Once I was in the port I was informed by an employee that the manager told him to tell me that top offs are no longer free.I understand that company polices change, what I dont understand is why the manager wasted my time. He could have easily let me know of this when I first arrived instead of having an employee do it after I waited half an hour for them.If it was a regular employee who did this it would be an understandable mistake, but instead it was the manager who couldnt even tell me himself.

Im very disappointed in the quality of service. I have an import car and needed an oil change desperately. This was just Monday evening. The next day, there was a large puddle of oil all over my garage. I noticed my car smoking a bit, too. Very sloppy work. Im on my way to the Valvoline right now to see what they did. Im worried. I am not a mechanic and hope they just spilled oil or maybe screwed on the oil filter incorrectly. Whatever they did, they sure left a mess all over my car. Ive never left a review before. I wish I could post a picture of the oil all over the floor iny garage!

Great, professional and helpful staff. Quick and easy service for an oil change, in and out in less than 15 min. They checked all the filters, fluids, lights etc and werent pushy about anything. I told them I wanted to replace the cabin air filter myself and they said no problem. When I went up to auto zone to get one and put it in, the AC was making a really weird noise. I went back to Valvoline and the service manager pulled a handful of leaves out of the back of the vent! Great customer service, will definitely come back for all oil changes.

DO NOT GO HERE ...they are clearly paying undertrained kids to work here for 8 bucks an hour ...I went in for a basic oil change and they accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil! How can you be so ignorant ...Now i need to go to Subaru to check that they put the correct transmission fluid in there! HORRIBLE

They seem to have done a good job...but took forever...the reason why i didnt take it to ford dealer was because they were going to take an hour and half only for an oil cha ge...but brought it here and took more than 2 hours..and they want to sell you tires and all that so they take a few minutes trying to upgrade You before handing over your car.

My wait was more than 25 mins to get service started. I understand being busy so the rate of 4 stars wasnt influenced by the wait. I will be back and do recommend this service.Once my time was next, they didnt rush, even with a line behind me.Good job.

Always have a great experience at this location. Professional service with very little wait. On top of that, we ran into an employee at the 7-11 and I was low on change, the employee was kind to buy my daughters Slurpee. They are good people in and out of the work atmosphere.

On October 30th I purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change and took my 2012 Prius to this location for a full synthetic oil change. I only drive this car for long trips to Atlanta On November 28th (less then 1000 miles from when I got the oil change) when I was getting ready to go out of town for the holidays when I turned on the car it made a noise as if the engine was going to jump out of the car. And a faulty hybrid system turned on. I rented a car and went out of town, I came back dec 3rd and sent the car to a hybrid specialist. Yesterday December 5th the mechanic advised me the issue had nothing to do with the actual electrical hybrid system but with the engine, the car had zero oil in it and from driving the car with no oil it had caused internal damage and the engine will need to be replaced at the time of about $5500. I called valvoline immediately as it had been less then 30 days from when I got my oil changed. They said they would send someone to investigate and should get a call back from a regional manager which I never did hear. Buyer beware!

After my oil change that was fine, I was going to reset my oil change notification .during this process one of the guys working was telling me to start my truck and turn it off. I asked him what he was doing .He said Im going to show you how to reset the oil. I replied I was in the process of doing that before you asked me to start and stop the truck. I then tried to show him I had it already pulled up on my screen and look. He rolled his eyes,walked a way.He then turned around and in a sarcastic smart mouthed way said ( Ive been doing this since I was 17,Im 30 now). I was so mad at the disrespectfulness and attitude from him that I lost my cool. It takes a lot for that to happen .I dont have to go here for oil changes. I have one closer to my house but I stop by on my way home from work .Its on the way. NOT ANYMORE.The younger manager Ive dealt with in the past was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. Guess it really doesnt matter now. The disrespectfulness left so much hate towards this store that Ill go elsewhere .

Josh and Fransisco were fantastic. Josh was great in educating me about the service and not just the usual your car will blow up unless you get this service. We talked about the health of my car (RX8) and what in his expertise (he owns a RX7) would benefit my car. I didnt feel pressure to buy anything and it was a great environment to be in. Fransisco talked about his -rusty 350Z-, but he added many things to our conversation. I will be coming back to this valvoline, as supposed to the close location to my home (not as fun).

Went to this location for service. Had oil changed and air filter replaced. On my drive back home the check engine light came on and my engine was acting funny. Opened the hood to find that the technician had disconnected my mas air flow sensor when replacing the air filter and did not reconnect it. Better quality control is needed at this service center. Only the lead tech seemed to be properly trained. Will not be returning next time.

Im a pretty faithful Valvoline customer, because of their conveniency, and today just happened to be my first time at this location. I had a coupon saved from the website on my phone which I clearly told the guy before the service started. I pull up, update my info, he tells me the total and says but ..youve got the coupon so that should bring it down. The oil change is happening and Im getting ready to check out, he looks at my coupon, tries to put it in but it doesnt work, then tells me to hold on. When he comes back he says... We cant accept this because it has to be a paper copy..... Nowhere on the coupon does it specify that, and besides that, it was too late for me to have a choice to come back at a later time with the paper. Extremely disappointing experience.
